To any intrepid Arisen who want to save time; it is possible to clip through/under the Moonbeam doors in Bitterblack, and it is especially easy with any dagger vocation. Once you have enough discipline to dodge roll, you can more easily perform the glitch. First of all, throw your pawn in the water because they will prevent you from doing it. Once you get to the Moonbeam room simply grab a barrel and carry it to a door. Place the barrel in the corner of the door while simultaneously moving into the same spot you place the barrel. You are now inside the barrel so your next move should be to roll repeatedly toward the corner of the door. After the seventh or eighth roll, the barrel will realize you are inside of it and will shove you out in the direction you are moving. If the barrel is jammed into the doorway, you will be shoved through the door. You can repeat the glitch in the opposite direction as well, since you are able to grab the same barrel through the door (also there are extra barrels in every Moonbeam room). With enough practice, you can get inside every single Moonbeam door without using a single gem to open them; even that room far above all the others.
A quick aside to save some time on the initial cyclops fight: You can just jump of the cliff on the right side (to where the treasure chest is). You won't die from the fall.. The cycplops, however, will 100% of the time yeet itself of the cliff too and die.
can't replay this game without coming back to this video every time. goblin hardmode with pawns was always my preferred way. only thing I do different is glitching through the moonbeam gem doors because I'm usually super rusty and get caught by the gargoyle or a random ingle. anyway, thanks for doing these. will be coming back for years to come
I found the best place to do this is just outside of Gran Soren. There is a lot of oxen there and with two high level pawns in your party you stay just below 100 exp (which gives you the most amount of discipline percentage-wise). I think it was 98 exp per oxen but I am not 100% sure. If you want to speed up the process and don't care about playing it optimal there is also a lot of goblins and a wolfpack in the area. After finishing the run you can immediately teleport to Gran Soren and sleep at the inn to respawn all creatures.
I found out that if you kill everything in duskmoon tower pre-Daimon, a cursed dragon spawns, definitely not doing slaughtering deers spiders rabbits crows and snakes in duskmoon tower, pre-Daimon ever again
@@Sadistic_77 you also wanna try and invest those levels in a vocation that gives you the stats you want (i.e. a high strength build with assassin or high magic with sorcerer) instead of going through levels with vocations that give you stats you don't want or need. Like why level up as sorcerer while going for a strength build? Sorcerer gives 5 magic and 5 magic defense points on each level up with little to no strength, defense, HP and stamina. If you want defense, you level up as a fighter, stamina -> ranger. You could do what I do, and just watch for when you're about to level up and just go change vocations to the one with the stats you want, level up, and then go back to the one you're trying to max rank. That way you get to min max if you want, while still having fun and enjoying each vocation.
@@Oblivion262 More people tend to use lower level pawns than higher ones, especially around level 40 to kill Grigori. Also it's satisfying killing Garm's at level 40 lmao.
I have both rings on and only killing deer spiders rats rabbits and I’m only rank 7 but level 15 already. Normal mode and have 4 pawns. It’s taken me 3 hrs to get this far. How can you possibly do this as you describe?
If rats and rabbits you gotta do hardmode, solo. Goblins in normal solo, or hardmode with pawns. You have it backwards. Keep each kill as close to 100 exp as possible
I did this for me and my pawn by killing rabbits, deer, and bats in BBI. Both of us had 2 rings of perseverance. I got all vocations to 9 below level 40, if I remember right. I was on easy mode
I found completing the main story and using the guards to max out vocations with high lvl pawns works well, i was maxed out at lvl 35 anyway, would of prefered lower lvl though lol.

You want the augments from the vocation so you want to rank up but you don't want to level up your character because vocations affect stat growth. (strength attack, magic attack, stamina etc.) If you are not going to cast spells but you level up as sorcerer, that magic attack you just gained is wasted because you won't use it. (For those that didn't understand)
I did that but i only killed mice (not rats) and the very small spiders in the water well at the very end where you need to open that door. If there are bandits or big spiders, just reenter. There you get 4 exp per kill. I did it for my mage pawn to train her with these 2 rings. She ist lvl 4, and can heal + heal faster, cleanse, use lightning strike and fire incantation. Is probably better than most lvl 100 mages.
every vocation gives different stat growth upon level up. for example if you want the warrior and fighter augments but want to level up with assassin's stats (highest strength growth). this helps you do that.
Dragon's Dogma. Great game if you like action rpgs. I've played through it 5 times. This youtuber likes to do low level challenge runs. There's also some min-max benefits like Demro said, but it's really not necessary, most of your stats come from equipment.

You can also do this trick to glitch into The Shadow Fort and kill the King Goblin without any hassle.
dont need to dodge roll, just carry another barrel and jump. 2-4 jumps will do the same thing. sometimes the first jump will do it.
I notice on my tiny warrior that sometimes if you're super short it won't push you out as quickly. I had to use 3 barrels-

There isnt any mod that limits the level ?
Song name? The one at the end
What is the point in keeping player level low, while maxing out vocations?
Low-level play with the best augments and/or getting the best augments for your pawns while keeping them low-level.
Get a extra chalenge in the run, high level is much op in this game

ok, where is the quote from? i know i heard it before.
putting the quote in the description of the videos would be nice, im always curious about them

after you are max level u cant level up vocations?
After reaching level 200 you can go through each vocation and rank each vocation to rank9
How do you avoid leveling up once the cut scene with Brock is over?
Don't accept the Notice board quests. 1 of those quests rewards a lot of exp saying "find the Arisen (Barrock)"
