I love how versatile these products are for everyone! Your "tiny amount" is about 3x what I need for my super fine hair. These products really last ages, which makes them quite affordable in the long run. I think you would really like their new strong hold foam.
I really like using I Create Waves and I Create Lift together. I feel like they give more grit and hold without weighing the hair down. Can also refresh with them. I used a whole bottle of it but think I Create Hold is just too moisturizing for wavy hair, especially compared to Briogeo, Ouidad etc. I found it worked best with mousse-gel-mousse. I also like to use I Create Volume if I am blowing out my hair or as a simple one-and-done frizz control styler for air drying with no scrunching/styling.

Hi, Courtney! Would you mind double checking the first link with your code for 15% off? I've tried it here and in your regular description notes, but it says there is an error. Would love to give this a try! Thanks! 🙂
Hair is usually masculine in a lot of languages so my guess is curls are also referred to in a masculine sense. Also wouldve been nice to see you try the new i create definition which is supposed to be a strong hold foam!
Really glad you do this because it's really informative for those of us with hair that can't handle certain ingredients. Your hair looks great with this brand but I'll never be able to use it, as my hair can't handle protein very often, and absolutely cannot handle ALOE! You saved me money again! :)
I'm going to have to go to confession... I'm coveting your waves! I tried your way for first time today. Full disclosure, haven't got all my products in yet but did use Curlsmith Aqua gel as styler. Good shampoo, conditioner, leave in conditioner, and a touch of bonding oil. CS has nice moisture but probably not enough hold for me . I'm going gray so the gray frizzed a bit. Back looks amazing front and sides volume but little wave. I need more practice and a diffuser.! Thank you for encouraging the wavy look. I just thought I was stuck smoothing and straightening. Also... Went 3 days between washes!
I'm barely discovering waves in my hair, so I really appreciate your videos and the simplicity. I love really clean, fragrance free products, so I'm glad to learn about these. I have their leave-in conditioner. I'd like to see your pineapple for sleep.
The Innersense products made your hair so shiny and soft! Great results with this wash day, Courtney. I’ve been meaning to give the Innersense products a try with my 2C/3A hair as I’m allergic to fragrance and stone fruit, and my hair is starting to yearn for something different. I got bored and cut my hair short again recently, so I’m right there with you that growing back out your hair after getting it highlighted can feel like it takes forever in the summer months sometimes. The heat has been unrelenting this year, so I’d love to hear what products you use for skin and hair care to protect yourself while out in the harsh sun, Courtney! I’ve totally gotta get some new SPF spray from Target as it so good at protecting my skin while going for a walk. Can’t wait for the Autumn season his year. Cooler weather, beautiful leaves, and long-lasting curls!
Hi Courtney, I just watched your video for the first time. I love your dynamic and fun personality and scientific approach. I also have superfine hair, with 2B waves, and need the products to enhance the waves. Thank you so much!
Innersense is such a good brand - I absolutely love their products. Only downside is the price and the fact that they are not easily available in India :(
I have recently started to experiment with this brand. I find the halo frizz to be considerable, even with just air drying and by day 3 frizz is abundant, my hair is quite thick compared to yours, I also tend to have a lot of tangles in the ends. I do try to keep it basic, wash, conditioner and one hold product. I'm in hi heat but a drier neighbor to you in San antonio. Frizz and tangles were before i changed brands (used Shae moisture before) so i dont believe product related. Any recommendations for change up?
I love that cut and I’m thinking of getting something similar. I worry I’ll lose some definition though. That cut is super cute on you. I have went back to sulfates and silicones and my hair is so much better. It’s healthy but maybe it’s a porosity thing and sulfates and silicones work for me. I’m bummed because there are so many good products out there without silicone. Every time I use them though my hair still looks dry.
I really like I Create Hold. It doesn't work well for me in high dew points because it doesn't have any copolymers or polyquaterniums to block the humidity, but it works really well for me in winter or when I visit places with low dew points. I keep the travel size bottle in my suitcase. Here in Austin, I need something with more oomph for summer humidity.
That's interesting that you don't get good hold in humidity. I live in a tropical environment and this is my strongest holding gel in high dew points. Of course everyone's hair reacts differently. I was looking at the gel's ingredients list, and it does contain "maltodextrin copolymer" and " alkyl acrylate crosspolymer" along with "hydroxyethylcellulose" which are all film forming ingredients.
My fine, wavy, silver hair *loves* the Innersense Hairbath & Conditioner! I only use it about once a week because I'm kinda hoarding it! 😂 (I use Raw Curls or Briogeo other days 😬). Now I'm thinking that I might need to try the gel. 🤔 You had beautiful wash day and 2nd day results! 👏🏻 Thanks for sharing. ❤
@@dennissems ha! Thanks! I got one of the foams today, don't ask me why I chose the foam over the gel - I guess I was having a moment! 😂 Anyway, I got the I Create Definition and I'm excited to try it. 😬
Gorgeous results! Question for you regarding pineappling (my made up word 😂) on shorter hair. How do you handle the back shorter pieces? Mine are consistently stretched out! Not sure if I just need to wait until it grows some more or if there is something else I could do. I have a difficult time tolerating anything on my head like a buff etc.. Not sure there’s even a solution 😂
You should try swapping their gel for their foam for summer! That's the trick for my waves when it's hot & humid, lol. The lightest weight I can get that still has descent hold.
As always, the hair looks good, girl! I was worried about the gel at the end of the day 😬 but it saved itself on Day 2 hair🙌🏽🙌🏽 Thanks for sharing, Courtney!
I love Innersense but that gel just doesn't work for my hair. It always makes it super frizzy. I love using I Create Lift foam and then I use a little bit of the Whipped Cream Texturizer. I know it's not a gel but it acts like one and even gives me a cast.
I am the person who commits to one brand, and Innersense is it. Superb brand, and it is highly concentrated. It takes less than you think.

Tried so many products for my wavy hair. Innersense is my favorite! ❤️

I love Innersence. By far my favorite foam is their new one. ❤❤❤❤
I agree. I Create Definition is a game changer for me. Several ringlets that last at least 2 days. Nice that it works for you too.
Kudos to you for wearing your hair down in 100 degree heat. Haha I can’t be bothered to do my hair when it’s that hot. It’s going in a bun lol
Me too! Longer hair than Courtney, and sometimes I wish I looked good in hair her length.
Looks good! I did notice however that the before/after pictures were transposed 🙃

I was going to say this, because in Spanish curls are called (singular) el rizo, and the plural would be los rizos.
In german, hair is neutrum. But curls and waves are feminin 😊
Day 2 is gorgeous!

Hey Courtney this wash day was very beautiful I loved your results! When I click your link it says there is an error.
I’d be interested in seeing you do this with the newer I create definition foam! I hear it’s got a great cast.

How do you diffuse it? I would love to see this step included.
Super difficult to get the pump primed…anyone have suggestions to prime stubborn hair products pump?
I bought the high hold mousse and boy does it work. I’m still figuring out how to not use to much
Eco slay is one I would love to see you do a one brand wash day

I just let them fall! They are a little more stretched out but I am okay with that! Plus, I use a silk pillow case and that helps to protect!
Absolutely lovely.

Is the foam I create lift?

Ohh interesting!
Awesome video
My salon uses this brand!
I refer to my who,e head of curls as she, especially when she looks good!
Love this!
Interesting. My hair HATES innersense.
Awe that's a bummer! But we are all different!
