I managed a small team of people. I had success structuring the team to strengths and weaknesses including my own. Had someone on my team tasked with scheduling, organizing files, taking meeting notes - weaknesses to me but easy and relaxing work to them.
My advice is be transparent with your team about what you're bad and good at. My team was happy that I managed the direction, politics, communications, and problem solving. I was happy they kept me together.

Oh gosh, forgotten flights? They're so expensive! Whew! I've found that I can break things down for planning... actually much better than many people around me. However, I struggle with the execution/ completion.

Good list I can recognise most of them to varying degrees. Would like to point out that that people with primary inattentive adhd (add) doesn't necessarily have that energy you talk about. For me lack of energy have been a big problem and I can sometimes envy the energy of other adhders.

Great points, agree about having someone ask the questions to get into the details of an idea - as long as it's positive and doesn't crush the creative impulse behind the idea... My energy has wild peaks and troughs.
    Yes, first renpose!
Yes also wheel spinning (hyperfocus on negative outcomes? 🤔) and or lack of completion...

I think that you started a good discussion about whether ADHD gives you more or less energy. It is a heterogeneous disorder and there are different presentations and severity levels.
I am sorry if some people question you about having ADHD because of this opinion and the starting on time. As it was said in the documentary adhd and loving it if you know one person with adhd, you know one person with adhd. Keep strong. For me, it is definitely less energy, sadly

I don’t think this lady has adhd… sounds way off. “We get started on projects before anybody else”? Strongly disagree. “We have all the energy in the world?” Not sure what ADHD you have… are you just trying to make a name? I have adhd, major case of inattentive to be exact, and none of these apply other than “creative” but everyone is somewhat creative so this isn’t saying much. I hope you’re not just trying to finesse people to your channel

I agree. I have inattentive ADHD and none of what she said applies to me.
