Wait, what does pouring oil on the top of the lid do? I have a Korean stone pot & I’ve never seen anyone do that before 🙀
It adds more to the outside area of the rice and if you take the time at the end to slowly turn the pot over the fire, you’ll get more crisped rice up the sides ! I didn’t show that part in this video but there are other videos that do this !
