I drank red raspberry leaf tea during the last trimester of my pregnancy with my son. It really made the birth go easier than my first. My uterus felt toned and healthy and ready to do its job come birthing time. I highly recommend!

Portuguese VoVo here. I just visited my grandchildren and my daughter and made a large pot of veggie soup that looked just like yours for dinner. Of course the drizzle of olive oil is a must along with delicious Portuguese bread. My grandkids love it.

Something I don’t remember seeing on this channel is an apple sauce recipe. In France, apple sauce is called compote and it’s a dessert we eat all year like yogurts. I’m living in Canada now and apple sauce doesn’t seems to be a thing! Especially during fall we don’t want to waste any apples and we all do homemade compote ! It’s so easy and tasty with a bit of vanilla and cinnamon 😍👌

Did you drink the herbal coffee throughout your pregnancy? I just bought it as well from your videos, but I read about chicory causing contractions and wanted to see your thought on it. I like the taste of it and am trying to cut caffeine

What brand is the herbal coffee that you drink? And why grocery stores do you go to? Are they like Whole Foods type of places? I tried looking for some of these things at our Meijer’s grocery store and didn’t have a lot of the healthy options.

I'm here to see how I can eat the amount of food they want me to eat when I can't drink something then eat. Or vise versa. In my third trimester. 30 weeks. Can barely eat anything because I get full too fast and full off of water. Help please!

With my son I craved a bagel with herb & garlic cream cheese throughout the whole pregnancy. With my daughter it was steak for the third trimester haha
It’s crazy what your body craves when your pregnant. I feel like a slave to this baby just eating what she’s making me crave ahah
It’s so true, I had so many food aversions with my daughter. I was actually in Portugal before I found out I was pregnant with her and I was enjoying all of the seafood and greens and then when I got back to Toronto and found out I was expecting, the food aversions started and I couldn’t eat fish or vegetables for the first trimester. Enjoy the ride, I can’t believe your little acorn is almost here 🧡
I’ve been tempted to try magic spoon cereal, but it’s so damn expensive, I can’t bring myself to justify it.

If the cereal wasn’t $39 for only 4 boxes, yeah you can get $5 off, $34… but then you still have to pay shipping and it’s nearly $10 per box basically! That’s too much for me to pay, unfortunately.

There is more than one way to pronounce herbal or herbs. The h is not always silent and a lot of people In Canada pronounce the h. I even think when we lived in Australia they also pronounce the h

my family is portuguese as well, and that is the BEST soup! (calde verde too, but that Veggies + kale + bean soup is fantastic!!!) also, the olive oil is a must 💕
