If you are ridding the foods of pesticides and other chemicals that are not in tap water, but then still having to rinse them in chlorine, yes you are still getting some small amount of chlorine but you are removing successfully a large amount of additional chemicals. Seems like a step in the right direction for those that don't have access to better water.

I heard organic doesn't mean pesticide free, it just means they use approved organic pesticides.
