@@yikes6969 Here is the FIRST clue that you are WRONG: this is a Compilation Video which means it is shot from multiple angles by multiple people and then spliced together. That means multiple BRAINS went into shooting this video. People can THINK.
Here's the SECOND clue that you are WRONG: this was done at a LIVE SHOW on Momo's birthday. People in the audience at the Live show can tell when somebody is lip-syncing or when it is Live vocals. IF IT WAS NOT LIVE VOCALS, this video would not have been on the internet ever since it happened because the fans who were there would have DESTROYED the video by now with nasty comments. It would have been debunked immediately, months ago. Nobody would bother to watch it now. Mr. Rock N Roll would have been duly notified that it was fake so he would not have reacted to it.
Have you EVER been to a LIVE Rock or Metal Concert? Because you are about to have MILLIONS of people jumping on you for thinking she did not really do that, when she did.

She went from growling like an old samurai to singing like an anime character. That's what i call range!
MomoMetal was exactly what the Babymetal group was missing. We can say that they are now divas. Super ladies. And no more teenagers playing heavy metal.
Also gives Su a way to pass the torch if she decides to move on from Babymetal. She started in that band as a young teen (13-14ish) and is almost 27 now, she spent half her life in Babymetal (more than half of her life under contract as an Idol) and this was a project they never imagined would become this popular.
Momo can sing the full range of the Babymetal songs, so she can fill in and take over if Su ever decides to move on or wants to step back to start a family.

I was there on the floor for this. Unfortunately I don't have a good recording of it because when tiny beautiful adorable Momo-chan growled the first time, my wife grabbed my arm and made my video look like a damn earthquake hit it. It was still a special moment, though.

I saw Momo-Metal on the Metal Galaxy tour in 2019 in Boston. I thought she was badass! Every time Babymetal tweeted I commented "give Momo a mic!" She deserves her corner of the triangle.
Momo took her "scream and dance" position literally
I love the way Momo delivers the first part of the verse. That almost staccato way she hits each note gives it almost a music box affect, which plays into the marionette moves they are doing.
Momo Growl is just what babymetal needed its the cherry on top, also her voice is so pronounced as well, Su-metal has the laser cut through, but Momo, just every syllable can be heard.

This concert was on the last night that Momoko was 20 years old.
That’s why the lyric change from “ichigo” to “hatachi” (20) made sense.
They had the same lyric change at LEGEND S and LEGEND M for Su and Moa’s 20th birthdays.
We had another surprise the next night for Momoko’s 21st birthday. : )
Damn I completely forgot about Ichigo meaning 15 for a second. And this although I am always thinking: Shouldnt it be Kurosaki Ichigo (who doesnt know famous main character of the anime Bleach, Ichigo meaning 15 and the one who protects).

I got to see this live at Legend MM. To say that I was flabbergasted by Momo's performance would be something of an understatement. The wild juxtaposition of the growl and then Momo's super kawaii clean vocals was something else. It was a fantastic show all round, but this was an absolute highlight.

This was such an important performance for Momo in my humble opinion. Her front and center position in Metali was great, don’t get me wrong, but this….. this is when she solidified herself as not a Yui replacement and instead became a unique addition to the band. I am so eager to see what they do with her moving forward.
