    I really appreciate your channel. The Speedi is a great machine! You've done a lot more cooking with it than I have, but I have used several of your videos for inspiration. Everything you demonstrate is straightforward but with room for flexibility and experimentation. You really make cooking approachable for those wanting to get good use from their machine. I need to take some time to look back through your channel history to see what recipes I've missed.

    I just made this and it was easy and great tasting. I made it with ground turkey, onion powder and seasoning. Also used a vodka sauce, will keep this recipe for sure. Thank you!

    Do you ever have to drain your meats ? I normally use turkey and it has a horrible taste if I just let it sit in its own oil. Am I doing something wrong or is that a turkey vs beef thing ? Also thanks for your videos , you and them are why I got a speedi.

    You should sear both sides of the block of ground beef before you break it up, to give it more color/flavor.

    When the dish is finished, how do you transfer it to the plate or platter? Spoon it or remove the pot and pour it out. I'm a "Speedi" newbie and appreciate you teaching me to cook.

    Hi Doug, why do you Steam the pasta instead of one of the other choices? And then also, do you steam with all pasta dishes? Thanks, love your tutorials! I’ve made many of your meals and they have all been good. Keep them coming!!! Tytyty

    I seem to be confused. I can make "frozen" meatballs and spaghetti in about 14 min with the original NFoodi. This way is 4 minutes longer in the "SPEEDY". i DON'T get the "speedy part". I guess other types of recipes are faster in this machine than the original.

      The Speedi isn’t a pressure cooker like the other foodi’s

    • @TruthSeekerNC
      @TruthSeekerNC 6 місяців тому +1

      Are you using the pressure cooker function? If so, you have to figure the time for the pressure to build and the time to release the pressure. It takes 15-20 minutes just to come to pressure. You can cook it using the sauté setting but you can't walk away and leave it. That alone makes the Ninja Speedi better IMO.
