Hi Miss Val. Dinner looks delicious 😋. That’s the best way to cook stew peas and I always use oxtails and pig tails, so delicious 😋.

I smell it though the tv. I love how you always seasoned the meats when you cooking soup or stews. Suggestion if you cook 1/12-2 lbs of peas to the amount of meat you won’t need flour or corn starch, JMO/Suggestion. I’m coming for that plate since it too full for you. It’s always a pleasure watching. Don’t get to watch too often because I watch river and sea catch and cook. Oxtails/pigtails stew peas tun way up 😋😋😋😋
Sometimes you get a peas that's is really soft and gummy you don't need no thicker. A plate is here for you 😂😋

IN Trini we add some provisions and pumkin and thats an oxtail soup right there we dont add dumplins to stew peas its a peas stew without that, looks delish.

I loovee your jerk chicken I consider myself a pro at cooking it, but I have tried it cooked by Jamaicans in London and Toronto and it was cooked differently in my opinion its better in Toronto have to visit Jamaica to get the real deal lol.

My mother used to put ox tail in her stew peas I haven't cooked stew peas for a while, but my brothers are coming to visit me from Florida, and they asked me to cook them some ..I'm in Georgia , I'm going to see if I can find some salt beef as I don't eat pork ,they wanted pig tail. so that's a no for me ... Your dishes are always delicious if it's something I eat or not 😋😋😋😋
