How is it that you make it look so simple, I actually watched your vid doing these 3 weeks maybe a month ago recommended by a tech. that is helping me grow into my Avance 1501. I told Alen the Tech. with Coldesi that I wanted to embroider Koozie's, so he forwarded a few links for patches and koozies. A few weeks ago, I went out and purchased a secondhand Brother project runway sewing machine, I did my first Koozie this evening, outside of me embroidering the logo upside down did I mention I'm a newbie for the most part, when I go to stich the sides up I'm either sewing to fast slow I'm not sure but the foam wants to roll over just will not stay together. It's almost like the presser foot is holding down to much I'm not sure. First time even using a sewing machine I have spent a few weeks watching videos trying to learn. Any suggestion would much appreciated, I'm looking at a box of 100 well 99 un sewn koozies I just knew I could do Thank You Lance PS I also tried lowering the presser dogs nope didn't help
@@alainescrafts I was wondering if that presser foot should be up, but this Brother senses it being up and doesn't allow the machine to run. Maybe I can trick into thinking the foot is down. Thank You so much for your reply

I'm using a zipper foot, and sewing over about a forth of an inch. Leave your presses/feed dogs up.
