It's good to see that at least some of the press is asking the logical & legal questions instead of just playing the girls as victims now. Sounds like they're getting tired of these shenanigans as well. Thanks for the update!
like a Harry Potter come of age movie. this time, the good guys (Hybe, BangPD & Ador) are now fighting back with a team of international reporters who are on their side. That's the move the bad guys didn't see coming. Dumbledores Avengers are good guys, but when they fight the good fight, you are done with 1 wave of a wand! Do you understand now? 😂😂😂
Yeah, plus those reporters weren’t very happy about being called out from their families in short notice and then being made to wait for hours, so that probably put them in a pissy mood!
@@Ibusaprincess NJ were probably counting on the reporters to fawn all over them like the National Assembly did. Unfortunately, for them, some of the reporters asked real questions, which irritated them.
I dont understand members of new jeans. They dont own name, music, videos, offices, production, marketing or promotion. They are just performers. Only been in existence 2 years. Ador can start another girl group to grow as a company.
@@Qwerty-db1js because they were told they can. Because this is what the contract suposedly says. Mind you they were reading someone elses words in the first place. There is an article over the quote of a Korean Ex-judge saying that what the girls are doing was a briliant idea - I think he was misquoted and is missing context - just like last time. But it seems that ADOR would have to sue for breach of contract or tthat is the idea. The reporters at the conference did not seem to agree with the girls either. Mind you ADOR has refused to accept it - same as MHJ did - but supposedly because of the kind of contract in question HYBE's decision with Min needs court but the girls decision does not. Mind you if the girls are accepting stuff from ADOR they are still in contract. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I would like to see NewJeans facing the consequences of their own actions... They're not babies anymore. By consequences I mean: They publicly quit - then they can't get paid for their Japan promotion... They should also be welcomed back with legal proceedings to have a ruling about the cancellation of their contract.
Yeah they thought when they still following ador's schedules they will still be paid. Girlies cancel the contract but girlies wanna get paid. Even when they want to create their own music they have to pay everythings by their own, they cannot depend using ador's property and staffs anymore
yeah i believe the same. all they wanted to do is media play and cause some chaos to make ador firing them like what MHJ did before but instead of anything ador just trying to be patient and gather more winning point against them.
@@adrianep5106 it is like someone telling the company that they are quitting but don’t put in a resignation, still showing up to work (maybe) and expecting to get paid. Speaking it out into the universe’s does not make it happen, you actually have to follow through. I think Ador should let them go, get the millions from them and invest in another group. I am sure they would like to walk away without owing anything and taking the money they’ve already earned but if they truly want to be free, pay up and leave.
Just a thought: maybe they're already planning and busy with their album outside ador, so mhj can release it under another label (sm/kakao mhj connection). That's why those brats terminated their contract immediately or so they thought it was that easy 🙄.. the audacity to think that was exceptable 🤦♀️
The main problem to NewJeans is that they interfere with their bosses fight, and they let themselves be used instead of being neutral and continue their job quietly.
NJ members wanted the BTS position at Hybe that MHJ promised them!!!!! MHJ told them they were more talented, more successful, and more important than BTS!!!!! Yeah, they believed her!!!! They have been complicit with every nasty thing MHJ has done!!!! These girls are just bad news!!!!
Mhj was their producer and ceo,I think it makes sense that they are worried about their future.regardless of who is wrong, changing leadership when they just started their career may affect them and not in a good way
22 pages of response, but NJs had no intention of staying no matter what Ador said. They didn't go to meetings or wait to read the response. They're fully ignoring their own label and doing whatever they want. How do I feel about this? It makes me appreciate the groups I like, who are professionals and true artists.
😂 and especially that you envest money and after that they change there mind ang go away because you talk something to them you are bully …. This group is scary .. how you can envest for this
Attrakt, the agency that manages the K-pop group Fifty Fifty, is suing Warner Music Korea for 20 billion won ($14.48 million) in damages. The lawsuit alleges that Warner Music Korea interfered with the contracts of three former members of the group. Attrakt's CEO, Jeon Hong-joon, said that Warner Music Korea's actions were "unforgivable and unethical". He also said that the actual damages are likely to exceed 20 billion won.
NJ Hanni: Iliit Manager said, "Ignore her". I experienced work place harassment. NA: Oh, please come to NA to give your testimony. NJ ignoring Ador. NJ is bullying Ador? Do you understand NA? SK Netizens: NA, please call Ador to testify how it is experiencing workplace harassment by NJ. 😂😂😂
I honestly think they are still being manipulated into making decisions not their own. They are literally destroying their reputation in the industry and no one will benefit from this except Min Hee Jin.
I hope they will leave but they need to pay fines too. There has to be some accountability from these girls for their breach of contracts. Unfortunately if they stay we will have to hear about them and their tantrums now and then.
I reckon MHJ is deliberately sabotaging them now so nobody else can profit from her creation. It's diabolical but very clever - press the self-destruct button on the way out the door 👍🏽🖤💜
Totally irresponsible just like MJH. Sad and pathetic they can not see the truth and will get trashed in court. Hard to see how they will ever get beyond this nonsense and the damage their manager and they themselves have done to their potential careers.
It goes to show MHJ doesn’t care about NewJeans because she quit before the deadline of NewJeans ultimatum to reinstate MHJ as CEO, their beloved CEO quit HYBE first 😑.
if hanni being ignored is workplace harrassment, hybe and ador is experiencing workplace harrassment cuz of nwjns since they're ignoring them and not showing up to their meetings. plus, if they really cared about their music they'd at least show up to see the vision ador has w/o mhj in the music direction imo. cuz next thing yk, ador planned some bops. after all, it was hybe/source music that came up with attention (one of my fav songs from them) not mhj.
Everybody had been talking about how Koreans loved New Jeans and were on their side - but I spoke to my Korean friend yesterday and she said no, Koreans were sick of their antics and MHJ. So don’t believe everything you read in Koreaboo and similar sites, or comments from troll farms paid by MHJ.
I think hybe understands that the NJ members were groomed and trapped in an echo chamber for years. It's not easy changing someone's mind to believe the person who you trust the most is actually a terrible person. But hybe is also smart to let NJ keep talking and sending for reporters constantly so they dig their own grave.
Now I understand why HYBE put a CEO in Ador with a strong knowledge in RRHH. They know she would have to face all types of behavior from those girls , handled peacefully according to all the alignment so the girls cannot create a case based on harassment and bullying to leave the company penalty free. Also because of the CEO knowledge she knows pretty well based on what someone can be fired or based on what they can also terminate a contract ,👏
True! She is an Human Resources professional and has worked in big and multinational corporations who has business conduct and practices. She knows what do do in this kind of human relations situations.
everything is like a k-drama with these girls... trying to be mean girls because they're entitled, and because they're underestimating the new Ador CEO, thinking they can push her around. But like in true k-drama fashion, the CEO will have her full house aces up her sleeves and "slap" these girls with reality. I think new jeans should go back to school, study hard and maybe become good civil servants when they grow up because idol life is no longer the place for them. especially hanni, i just see her now as the "regina george" of NJ, with no real substance.
Since the conflict with MHJ began, the members took a stand in her favor and began to act accordingly: from making a huge mess because someone supposedly said to ignore Hanni to saying that everything Ador did was wrong. It seems to me that they think that the company should treat them like princesses and be at their disposal without understanding that it's a job where sometimes there are conflicts and one must demand but also give in. Many say that they're well advised and that is why they act like that, but it's absurd to think that a contract is undone and is no longer valid because one of the part says so. From the moment that they did not even wait for the response to their demands to put on another show, you realize that they never had the intention of reconciling. It's regrettable because this immature and spolied attitude is going to lead them to a long lawsuit and they're confident that having the support of the public that sees them as brave teenagers who face heartless businessmen will be enough to get their way. Wake up!! You can have all the complaints and claims you want, but you must have evidence to back them up. We'll have to wait and see how everything goes.
@anitaherbert1037 I was always intrigued by Bang PD's behavior towards MHJ. He allowed her to choose a floor above BTS, the band that made Hybe possible, and he went along with her of having an independent company for NJ. And here are the consequences of so many privileges. The main person responsible for the current mess is Bang PD, allowing her so many liberties that other CEOs don't have.
@carinaluna1350 Maybe BTS don't want to be like that and be treated as the kings. They sre extremely humble and not at all greedy. I'm sure they don't care what floor they are on.
@@kanohaneYes. This reminds me of this passage from her KakaoTalk internal messages : "MHJ : we need to prepare a strategy for how to get out when Hybe gets caught up in a crisis. Let's meet with people from...(media company)... Lee Sang Woo (former Ador's VP) : Yes...I'll proceed cautiously. First i'll meet and build rapport. I'll work on accountants, competitors, investors, outside directors, securities firms, media and public institutions ...not officially but through personal networks first. JUST LIKE HOW YOU WIN OVER BRAND CONNECTIONS WITH YOUR PERSONAL CHARM."
That's like someone claiming to be divorced and free to marry someone else without filing court papers, right? Did you throw your wedding rings into the Han River like a K-drama? Yet they will continue their activities after they terminate contract. Whose money are they gonna use for those activities? And what will it take to convince Hanni that she is being protected? Get that employee fired???? Or bow to her with a humiliation apology? Girls, pay up and disappear. We are so tired of you.
I like your comments. They just want mama back to CEO seat. And all problems solved. They will not bring "ignore her" manager again or illit plagiarism again.
I cant stop laughing atthe fact the Hunnie girl acted like a victim just beacuse someone didnt talk to her. Noone is going to work with these girls after this, who's going to wanna deal with investing into a group of dramatic girls.
Being ignored in a work environment is indeed toxic, but they should've tried to work something out with their companies and come to a mutual agreement instead of announcing their termination and going ghost.
no facts she said a higher up never spoke to them and when she spoke to another idol group there manager told them to ignore her you have to think they all started 14-18 so there more emotional they someone older
God yes. Like, what, did she expect to be given the red carpet treatment all the time? And her group has only been in this industry for, what, two years? Three? Shes so out of touch. The entitlement is astounding.
If I were the manager, I would do the same thing. Imagine you have the audacity to act like your parents did not make a petition that Illit plagiarized your group. And you want them to act like its okay and not ignore you.
If you feel the contract was violated, provide evidence...Bring it to the court....Youre feeling is not enough evidence...Im so excited for Newjeans to start paying the penalties and termination fee...Byebye Newjeans
"bring it to court" wtf do you think they're doing, genius? The amount of simpletons who think those five teenage/barely adult girls got together in their dorm and decided to terminate their contracts with half a billion dollars of compensation fee without consulting anyone is mind boggling. Not only hasn't Hybe won a round against MHJ in court, the CEOs of multiple subsidiaries were called out, scolded, and embarrassed by the Korean Government over their gargabe practices. During trial is when both sides dig into more dirt so have someone smart explain to you WHY NJ's camp are willing to take this chance against Hybe.
@onlydbrasko what do you think? they went to the press conference without the company of their lawyers...And its a fact that they are just attention grabbers...If they consulted legal advise, why the hell did they declare the termination of the contract by themselves? it should be the judge who will declare it... I dont care about what you feel and how frustrated you are, bring the evidence!!!!
@@onlydbrasko they are just forcing adore to sue them first. and they know adore will get backlash for that despite them saying we will support nj and we care about them. this is just a pr stunt

Such a display of an intelligence, very bright girls.

It does not appear that Newjeans has received the best advice. It also appears that the people giving Newjeans legal advice are not experts in contract law. Also, from various perspectives, the timing of Newjeans' actions is not ideal. Newjeans have painted themselves into a corner that they now have almost no way to get out of.
MHJ only cares about NJ as her cash cow, not as artists or people. She despises them. She's using them any way she can to benefit herself. She doesn't care what happens to them if things don't work out the way she wants, so she's putting them in this precarious position bc she personally feels she has nothing to lose. NJ does have something to lose, their reputation, their career, but the minute they are no longer a viable source of cash for her, she is going to cut and run.
I wonder I started thinking someone is not acting on their interest and only given them instruction that would cause issue or damage to Hybe. Unfortunately since they think Hybe/Ador are the bad ones they won't listen to anyone who is telling them to reconciliate otherwise I don't think it would have come to this. They are saying to would continue as a quintett, but they way the maneuvered themselves at least one member would probably need to leave the country if they don't have anything lined up. The conference also showed they have no agency and maturity, they definitely need I guiding hand. Doubt they currently would be receptive to anything leaning positive to Hybe.
They have received the Best Advice sweetheart But To Benefit Another company their future company!! You'll see all this noise is part of that plan they are going to end up working for Kakao!!
Even if they somehow separate from Ador/Hybe they can’t do anything for 5 years. At that point what company would want to take them on knowing how disloyal and entitled they are? Seeing how they are playing this out publicly, there are so many other artists who would love to have the opportunity to have all the advantages New Jeans have had. It’s obvious they aren’t thinking for themselves as they needed to read the responses sent to them. The last thing I will say is that the claim of bullying diminishes others who are actually in that situation. Honestly such whinny girls. I have not really been a fan of girl groups but I have now become a fan of Leserrafim because of all of this drama. I like how they remained professional despite the actual bullying they got from the New Jeans fans.
Lesserafim didn't get any bullying from bunnies, ILLIT did I am surprised fearnots still keep pretending to be the victims when the whole hate train happened because of Coachella controversy.
Unless they did this because they know there's already a company waiting for them........until Hybe and Ador made an unexpected move and attempting to destroy BTS hard earned company summoned Armies. The dirty accusations thrown on Hybe didn't make a very huge impact on their stocks, although ILLIT was greatly affected, and thanks to LSF solid fanbase who didn't dodge despite a huge rock thrown unto them. I hope at the end of this drama, goodness will win against evilness.
@@ilikeu12 Lesserafim did too ...coz MHJ said HYBE debuted LSFM first instead of NJ, and later we found out thats because MHJ kept on delaying in debuting NJ

And thank you to Sean's audience for continuing to be people with level heads and wisdom when discussing this very unfortunate situation for HYBE and lovers of Kpop.
Yes, it is refreshing over here. I like NJ music but this doesn't have anything to do with that. The girls are being very poorly advised and I see all of this backfired massively on them.
A lot of the people under videos about New Jeans/MHJ drama are immature and blinded by tiktok hits they like from the girls. Or are militant about hating Hybe. Which is ironic that those are the ones who claim others are “Hybe fans”, which is a corporation. Frankly, it seems more like people that do that do so because they have an issue with groups under Hybe or Bang (ahem). Weird and obsessive, no matter what. It’s like they have shutters on when it comes to direct fault regarding NJ.
hybe is still playing nice. if it were any other company, min heejin, newjeans members & their parents would have already been crushed and left penniless. how long will they be so lucky? 🤔
Super tired of the whole thing, tbh. No matter what ends up happening, these girls just made themselves persona non grata in the industry. They REALLY haven’t thought through any of this.
by the way for people who don't know the reason they're still doing the activities are because if they don't, they will be penalized for it they're not doing it out of the kindness of their hearts
They said based on their contract, New Jeans can issue a notice of termination and no court action is immediately necessary for termination to take effect. The termination is presumed valid unless ADOR disputes it in court. If undisputed, the contract is effectively terminated after the specified notice period. So, now New Jeans just buying time and act like they still go to work so that ADOR won't go to court to dispute the notice of termination until the specified time over, then the contract will effectively terminated.
@@rural.cravingNo. It is basic in contracts that contract is presumed valid and duties are performed regularly UNTIL DISPUTED OR CONTESTED. So, NJ need to file the termination lawsuit since NJ terminated and Ador rebutted the termination. ADOR is smart for being calm and professional, and HYBE is smart for being silent on NJ issue since ADOR is a separate entity and is the one to deal with NJ.
@@deyajdndnjd it's in the contract's clause that new jeans can terminate exclusive contract once ador breach the contract. NJ already gave ador 14 days grace period but they were not able to meet the requirements. Hybe and Ador already provided statements and they are trying to win new jeans back.
People are not looking at it objectively. They are swayed by their feelings and confirmation biases. If they like NJ, they want to be on "their side". Not only k-pop stans, the majority of people are irrational. Look what roughly half of America thought was a good idea to elect as a president.
Not just Bunnies. Even an Oz network believes MHJ & NJ. And is shading Hybe & Ador. Just bssed on the Emergency PC. Wait till BTS return and skip the Oz network during their promos. Some people do forget that BTS are shareholders of Hybe.
So New Jeans just departed for Japan. I remember your comment that they better make sure they still have a reservation. Is ADOR paying for their "ride to work" when they terminated their contract? I can't wait for you to find out and let us know. Thank you for your reporting and updates.
Yeah the way they have disrespected the company, they shouldn’t have a company card, and they should have to pay for their own expenses, In the real world 🌎 , out here it’s tough and I think the girls need to experience the real world!
So they just flew to Japan. But did they go alone ? No bodyguards ? Any staff members or interpreters to guide them ? As they refuse to work with Ador from now on they should logically reject any involvement of Ador and Hybe's affiliated employées. I'm confused🤔
That's was the most merciful move from HYBE. Act as if nothing happened. Back to business. These girls think they can continue activities after they terminate contract one-sidedly. Who the heck will pay them directly? Ofcourse all transactions would go through their agency.
Counterarguments: =HYBE's "Merciful Move" is Subjective The commenter claims HYBE’s approach of “acting as if nothing happened” is merciful, but ignoring a serious contractual dispute undermines both the artist's concerns and the integrity of the relationship. If breaches occurred and NewJeans provided formal notice, HYBE or ADOR’s responsibility would be to address those issues, not dismiss them. Disregarding valid claims could further validate NewJeans’ termination and harm ADOR’s reputation. =Artists Can Continue Activities Post-Termination If NewJeans has terminated their contract in compliance with its terms, they are no longer legally bound to ADOR. Many artists have successfully continued their careers independently or under new management after contract disputes. While legal ownership of intellectual property (e.g., group names and music rights) might complicate things, it does not prevent artists from pursuing new projects, rebranding, or working with other agencies. =Direct Payment to Artists Depends on the Contract The commenter asserts that payments must go through the agency, but this only applies if the contract remains valid. If the contract has been terminated and a court upholds the termination, NewJeans would no longer be bound by ADOR’s management and could negotiate contracts directly with other entities. Until the dispute is resolved, ADOR cannot impose transactional control over terminated artists without risking legal consequences. =One-Sided Termination Can Be Legal The commenter’s suggestion that the termination is “one-sided” overlooks standard contract provisions allowing either party to terminate under specific conditions. If NewJeans followed the required process (e.g., providing notice, identifying breaches, and waiting the grace period), the termination is valid unless legally disputed. This means their actions are not unilateral but grounded in their contractual rights. =Business Dynamics Favor Artists Post-Termination The entertainment industry frequently adjusts to artists leaving agencies, and NewJeans’ marketability would likely attract other investors or companies willing to manage their transactions. Many artists thrive post-termination by building direct relationships with sponsors, leveraging their brand, or signing with new agencies. =Summary The argument that HYBE acted mercifully by ignoring the situation minimizes the importance of addressing contractual breaches. If NewJeans’ termination is valid, they have the legal right to seek independent work, receive payments directly, and continue their careers. The commenter’s perspective overlooks the legal and practical nuances of such disputes, including artists' ability to thrive after contract disputes.
I saw a comment recently saying: NewJeans is going downhill... Like in 5 months, I've never seen a group that was in the top 1 in the world fall so badly and in record time like this. And I don't even watch k-pop.
In my humble opinion, Sean deserves to earn the money. He has been at this drama since the beginning. Meaning, he does his research, delivers both sides pov and knows more than those who just jump on it now to earn easy peasy money.
I think MHJ promised NJ a new company and follow the humble beginnings of HYBE and BTS. How they built HYBE from Bighit and NJ will supposedly be the main artist in this new company. That's why they want out.
Thank you, Sean. I can't understand how they think they can just continue their schedules "how they want," using Hybe/Ador's resources? Who is paying for their trip? Who will receive payment from the advertising deals? Not New Jeans. Not MHJ. The audacity they have to act like spoiled brats. I pray that Hybe finall brings the hammer of reality down on this situation.
I'm not Sean but I am willing to answer. So here's the thing, both sides are not willing to throw away money for penalty fees. Why would anyone, right? So, they are taunting each other to eventually snap and breach the contract. In MHJ's side, since the initial goal is to destabilize Hybe while BTS is not yet complete for the Kakao guy to take over, and once taken over have her own label ADOR and NJ as cash cow to dominate, the best way to survive when she got caught is to use media play and scandalize since it would actually work given Korean society's weakness. As for Ador and Hybe, they just gotta keep calm no matter what and keep working because MHJ is going to use the victim card and heroic rebel VS big guys as villains trope which appeals to the public. It's gonna be a long game. MHJ is smart. She may appear crazy making herself a foolish drama queen out there but she knows what she is doing as a mastermind. Ador's new management side has to be smart because Source Music and Hybe via Bang PD's naive decision already got them fooled before. So stock up your popcorn and soda because this kpop and corporate drama is complex with stubborn characters. Pray for NJ members that are unlucky young girls who got chosen for this mess. They need to be saved before it is too late.
@@ma.benjiangelibelgica5826NJ needs to grow up & think about their role in tbis entire mess. They need soul searching & apologize to everyone the hurt in their behavior
And that's the irony of this situation!!!! If they had let the adults argue it out and stayed neutral, they'd have a thriving career. Instead they sided with MHJ who has engaged in publicly disparaging BTS, and they've received the attention and coordinated response from the 90+ MILLION international Armys who will defend, support, and protect BTS at any and all costs!!!!! There aren't enough bunnies to take on Armys!!!!!! 😅😅😅😅😅😂😂😂😂😂
New Jeans accused other people of bullying when they are clearly the bullies... and they're still out here throwing temper tantrums like spoiled toddlers 🤣😂
How can they “terminate” their contracts but continue with their schedules? If they say they aren’t with ADOR anymore, who are the staff that are with them in Japan right now for their schedules? ADOR staff? Make it make sense
So ADOR/HYBE is just waiting them out. They're not going to give them what they want by being fired, so they're playing the long game for them to crack and trip up on their own. They're doing what they're supposed to do, as stated in their end of the deal. It's annoying, but they have the means to. The girls, not so much. Yeah, can somebody please get that 16 year old out of there, please?
Appreciate your sanity, Sean. The announcement from New Jeans sent HYBE's stock shares plunging by as much as 6.97%. HYBE lost $423 million US dollars in market cap. HYBE had a market cap of $5.3 billion US dollars. MHJ's and the five member's reckless behavior, is f*cking with the livelihoods of close to 1,000 employees; Including the sub-labels. The domino effect is real. If I'm a HYBE employee right now, a New Jeans member isn't someone I want to see in the hallway. If they think they were "allegedly" bullied well, now they've gone ahead and created a very toxic work environment. HYBE is having to mitigate the hemorrhaging as much as possible. The fact that ADOR's CEO advised the members to think deeply about the label's request to meet upon their return from Japan says volumes. ADOR must exhibit as much due diligence as possible to properly set their 26 page response into plausible context. If the members don't meet the court won't like it. It's important to note that ADOR addressed the groups issues. They have no control over third parties and can't make people apologize who don't work for them. And the bottom line is that ADOR Board is never going to appoint MHJ as the ceo again. She's got a standing invitation to return as New Jeans producer. Which still blows my mind.
at the end of the trading day yesterday, hybe stocks closed 4.08% down, not 6.97%. hybe stocks will rebound after the sensational tabloid headlines pass, as korean stock market analysts have, as early as the third quarter of 2024, already taken newjeans out of their sales & profit projections for hybe from 2025 onwards. korean stock market analysts are forecasting hybe's sales & profit to increase by more than 100% in 2025 without newjeans. this is because newjeans contributes only around 5% in sales to hybe; 60% of hybe's sales are still generated by bts, and of course, next in line are seventeen, txt, and enhypen which are far bigger artists than newjeans.
Thanks for the update on the closing. I'm aware of the sub-labels profit contributions and that the market wasn't looking at NJ in the 2025 forecast. HYBE will definitely see an increase in 2025 without NJ. Remaining BTS members will be discharged in June. I'm not sure if Korean analysts included Weverse and HYBE America, obviously they're part of the equation. I'm interested in seeing how everything plays out. Quite the K-drama.
They don't have the receipts to back up their claims. People who have solid receipts don't ever have to pull tricks like this. They just file a lawsuit.
Because they believe mhj and whoever is backing them. This has always been the game plan. Leave Ador as empty shell. They don't even realize they're being used. Whose to say whoever waiting in the wings will fulfill all their requirements or even pick up their contracts. I would be thinking twice picking someone who's loyalty is so fickle. Using them yes, but actually employing them maybe not.
mhj is in their ear. See I think she wants to put them in a deeper hole, so that she can cut get away from them, and claim they are in too much of a hole. I dont think she cares about anyone but herself
they are media playing to force ADOR/HYBES hand to go to court...when ADOR stops supporting new activities (provide no staff, not pay for transport etc) retain all income & profits...then we shall see what happens...
Finally! Someone has responded to them this way. All that I’ve been seeing/hearing seems to sympathize with them saying “Oh they’re so great standing up to their company”, “They’re such strong brave girls”. Ugghhh. Come on! If some nugu group will pull up the same stunt, people will say they’re ungrateful not strong or brave. A contract is a contract, they should exercise professionalism as artists. And they’re mistreated? What about those nugu groups that are ACTUALLY mistreated? I may get hate with my comment but I can’t seem to put up with the girls and their issues anymore. Sorry.
The girls said that what they did did not violate the contract, yes maybe by holding a press conference they did not violate the contract but the content of the press conference may be against the law such as rebellion against the company, slander, defamation etc. I am sure Hybe has dozens of evidence of violations committed by the girls especially those involving many certain people. But here we also see that Ador says that they also did not commit any breach of contract as the girls accused them of, and we see that the Company is increasingly adapting to the "pressure game" that these girls are playing on the company. The point is all these girls do is they want to be fired from the company but the company wants these girls to face the consequences of what they did to the company, the more these girls pressure the company and "act out" to the company, the more the company uses their contracts to keep them. companies nowadays are like ,ok girls "you sell, i buy"
I hope when they return from Japan they are met with boxes to put their stuff in to go home, that very day!! They have publicly QUIT so they have publicly rescinded their rights to access to those premises! Ador owes them nothing else! Stop resisting and let them go! No more compromise, bending over and DEFINITELY no apologies!!! Why is this not an automatic public breach of their contract?!! Like enough already!!
@@rinag598imagine the shocked look on their faces! I would love to see that, on film, and splashed all over social media! You girls want to make everything a public spectacle? Ok! And here is our public airing, of your being moved out of your accommodations, keys taken from you, and the doors shutting in your faces! I would love to see their moving day, but Hybe has too much class to do that. But after the sticker incident, the company better expect more immature, hostile tantrums from these brats. They have learned vindictiveness from momma roach.
Social media dynamics should not be overinterpreted. The professional and legal intricacies of NewJeans’ situation are far more significant than whether Min Hee-jin follows them on social platforms. Their actions likely reflect professional obligations, not personal loyalties.
She unfollowed to give the impression that she's not in communication with them, coordinating all of this, which would be tortious interference by her.
These girls are delusional. They deserve to stay in those contracts, and Adore should lock them in the dungeon for their actions. All of this just gives career suicide.
You know what, I am just waiting for Hybe's checkmate move. At this point, I feel like they're just letting mhj make stupid, legally unfounded moves. (because she's so good at it 😆) WAITING ON THAT CHECKMATE, HYBE. Please bring it, and soon. I cannot wait for that feral banshee to get her just desserts.
That's the actual pr stunt. They want hybe to fire them so not to pay penalty. But hybe is smart they have mastermind playing these games for years these ungrateful girls think they are playing instead hybe is playing with them undercoverly LMFAO
Im happy Ador and Hybe kept their sensibility and kept things civil and legal - probably at home and behind closed doors without cameras around they probably cursed MHJ and the girls and the parents out 😅 . I wouldn't have been able to hold myself civil, there would have been some fighting going on. I'm happy that Ador and Hybe are coming out smelling like roses and the others that tried to take them out smelling like shit. No weapons that were formed against them prospered so I'm happy about that.
This group is really lucky they're dealing with a label that's as painfully lenient with them as Ador has been; treating them with kids gloves and actually treating their tantrums seriously. Kpop labels can be cutthroat. Some would have thrown them in a dungeon, never let them release anything and the have them blacklisted when they are released from the contract so they can never work again. They don't seem to realize how bad things could get.
I’m just not liking these girls more and more. If I were Hybe, I’d drop them. But I understand they probably spent a lot of money on them. NJ is doing this on purpose so Hybe will get a bad rep and their stocks will drop. But they’re actually looking uglier each time.
To be honest I don't think anything changed in there status and they are in Japan completely disconnected from the situation and when they come back I expect addor and hybe will drop a vary legal hammer on them and win.
I just don’t understand the part that they say they are terminating their contract, but, they are going to Japan to do their planed activities….?…if you say your are terminating why you go to do your activities?…it’s like i quit my job but still do work at my job..🤔
Because if they stopped doing their activities that would put them in clear violation of their contract and they would have to pay the penalty which they are actively trying to avoid.
Once again, ADOR did a masterclass in how to respond intelligently to contractors with whom you'll end up in court suing for breach of a business agreement. ADOR's CEO is a former HR VP. ADOR has access to the top Korean law firm through HYBE. There are extremely experienced people dealing with New Jeans. These wise and smart adults aren't going to write a 20+ page document to these girls that wasn't thought through with every angle possible. Hours were orobably spent in the document just to make sure Hanni and the other 4 girls couldn't find a word, phrase, sentence, Oxford comma, quotation mark, and sentence period that gave the document a meaning misinterpreted as "admission of harm to New Jeans." ADOR and BeLift executives probably also sat in a room together and made sure that whatever was in this document to New Jeans did nothing to harm Belift's criminal and civil cases against Min Hee Jin. The two labels are siblings that are separate, but still understand that the actions of one affects the other. Then HYBE'S lawyers probably took the 20+ page document and looked across all 15(?) lawsuits against Min Hee Jin to make sure there was nothing in ADOR's response to New Jeans that could be used by Min Hee Jin and Team Bunnies to hurt any current lawsuits and any planned in the future. This all took time...and valuable resources that should be focused elsewhere in other cases. But they did this to ensure that nothing in the response set up the entire Kpop industry and other industries with a precedent that would destroy the Korean law governing legal agreements between contractors and their corporate clients. New Jeans will be South Korea's government nightmare if they are allowed to keep going like this.
To think that the girls didn't even show up to talk to Adore when requested is just insane to me! Like what if Adore entertained their idea of separation for a minute and there were no cars to get them to go to the airport, they get to the airport and there's no security, no managers, no help, just nothing all throughout this trip to Japan. No credit cards, an eviction notice upon their return, a bill for 5-6B Won in return for their independence? But then Adore would look like the bad guys and of course everyone knows they're still in a legally binding contract, but can you just imagine? It'd scare the crap right out of the girls, which is what they need to realize they're playing for real here. Ah well.
I used to love Newjeans but the moment they involved themselves in MHJ's case, I'm just disappointed. The more they cry on screen seeking pity, i get mad. They need to go and like forever, they should go to college and get a normal job cause fame is not for them
Anyone else think that MHJ has a creepy hold on them? They attribute all their success to her instead of themselves. They go against the company that developed them. Its more than stupidity, she groomed them. Is one or more of them intimately involved with her too? Something is sinister about this.
We terminate the contract and leave HYBE. We are free now, don’t need to pay a penny cus you ignored us. What evidence? We don’t need any evidence cus I said so❗️
Spoiled snakes brats with celebrity syndrome.. They think they too up high, they think they are like bts, bigbang, blackpink level.. But this this girls in reality are just spoonfed brats no discography yet, in music industry they have not proven anything yet except for the payola NJ.. Hmm. Their popularity is not organic it is bec. They used the title bts sister, and the benefit from hybe.. It just pissed me off... Haist
ADOR and HYBE, in their unwavering professionalism, adherence to the law, and restraint, stand as beacons of integrity in the music industry. NewJeans, on the other hand, are on a reckless path, hoping to avoid the consequences of their actions, get an adverse reaction from the companies, and ultimately get fired to avoid financial penalties. However, the petulant Jezebels are willing participants in MHJ's games, they will inevitably face the repercussions of their actions. NewJeans is now highly problematic and will be remembered negatively as a cautionary tale in the music industry.
This was very strategic. They won’t sue to terminate their contract forcing Hybe/Ador to sue them for it. This way they’ll look like victims yet again.
Except HYBE/ADOR can play the long game, while NJs can't. While NJ refuses to terminate their contracts, HYBE/ADOR can sue whoever tries to work with NJs outside of the company. No one will want to work with them.
@ yes ofc, and in the end Hybe/Ador will probably win the legal battle. But I’m not talking of legal or corporate strategies. They’ve been playing the media and perception game since day 1. Any lawsuit against them or anyone working with them, while legal, will be perceived as bullying. I’m not saying it is, it’s the way they will most likely play this. Hybe has been playing the legal game since day 1, so I don’t expect them to give up.
@@marar8045 I think most people understand that there is such a thing as contract law, and there is only one legal way to terminate a contract which is through the legal system. Even the journalists were saying so in the latest press conference. I do not think the public will see ADOR suing any corporation or individual working with NJ in violation of ADOR's exclusive contract as ADOR being a bully. Corporations enforce contracts with and against other corporations all the time. NJ will probably try to call it bullying in the media if the situation becomes a reality, but I do not think they will be successful in the media play game in that scenario.
New jeans are now in a legal battle. I don’t know if these young women know but they’re about to lose a lot of money and for the future it won’t look good just my two. Cents.
Min Hee Jin is like that mother in the story of King Salomon, who agreed for the baby to be cut into half during a dispute with another mother who claimed the baby was hers. New Jeans is totally owned by Min Hee Jin now. No company would touch New Jeans unless Min Hee Jin comes with them. BUT MIN HEE JIN can always create a new, younger group, and move on without them. Too bad. I am sure the $5 MILLION USD per member can last them a life time. They still have plenty of time ahead of them. Pretty girls can marry very well and still rule the world. All the best to them. I just want to move on with music, and I sick of them bullying people and creating non stop drama. PS: CL and that actress from Squid Game really put me off taking photos with these girls in a party after they bully ILLIT relentlessly.
I'm sorry but I've had enough of these girl's. In their head's they bigger than what they are. Ador and Hybe is playing a very strategic game of chess while the girl's are following their mama's game plan. No matter how this mess plays out New Jeans will be the biggest losers and at this point I can't wait to see the back of them.
It is obvious that those kids have no intentions of working with Adore and cooperating with Hybe, in any way. So we are looking at a major lawsuit coming. With everything that has already happened, and what is still ongoing, can you imagine the courts, when they hear ANOTHER, MAJOR, lawsuit is on the way, connected to momma roach and now her roachettes? They have to be getting fed up with all this nonsense. And how are the roachettes going to maintain, during this mess? Still living in the luxury accommodations, that they have been so graciously provided to them by The very company they hate so much and are accusing of abuse and bullying? What a reputation they are building for themselves. And for those people leaving comments, “good for these girls, standing up for fair treatment”, they are just as clueless and making fools of themselves! If those girls were given fair treatment, they would have NOT have been put up on pedestals, and had everything lavished on them, from the very beginning. They would have had to EARN their position, like everyone else. NEVER EXPECT A HUMBLE ATTITUDE AND APPRECIATION FROM SOMEONE WHO HAS BEEN HANDED EVERYTHING, AND NOT HAD TO EARN IT. This is pure embarrassment, and they, and their momma roach, are too dumb to realize it. I am just waiting for the final fall from Grace, with these messy girls and their momma. The humiliation will be epic.
All I know is each individual member has a contract so whoever decides to buy them out of that contract as a whole group…. They have money !! Honestly I low key feel like they are bluffing buuut hybe poker face is STROOOONG so good luck NJ I hope your mama will be able to help free you all. After seeing the way they act and the fact mhj is part of the package. No company is going to want it
This comment column is so refreshing because i swear to God the GP and local media in my country championed them as "gen z heroes fighting for work rights" "socialist queen" yada yada and other nauseating praises because they fell to the trap of the crocodile tears and victim playing cards and noone actually following the case since mhj presscon that started it all. Hybe isn't perfect and has other issues to work on (ehm, kick scooter out) but these girls are really getting on my nerves with their audacity. Sad, because i used to be a huge fan as well. Mhj, you sicko.
Let's see who got paid to review the rabid group suit because they said that they don't have to pay any fees and they will keep their gg name hmm contracts, commercial, appearance the group name all belong to the company
Those kids and their rabbit fans 🙄🙄 This is a great lesson for all. Wealth doesn't equal wisdom and this will be a Kanye West level FAFO moment in kpop history.
I used to feel sorry for these girls, having worked so hard and had such success only to have MHJ drag them down. But now their self-importance and arrogance and stupidity make me feel like they’ve orchestrated the implosion of their own careers. Honestly, they don’t seem that special to me. They got a ton of support from Hybe/ADOR, bought some songs with catchy tik tok friendly hooks, their so-called “concept” just looked like young girls with long hair, nothing special or unique to me. They have an inflated idea of their own importance and don’t realize how replaceable they are.
And the way these girls have been failed by their parents - they should have protected them from MHJ, and given them better advice. But clearly they drank the MHJ koolaid too.
They are special they are New Jeans, and always will be, they created something genuinley beautiful artisticly to watch.,,and it's sade to see so much hate and judgment mostly comme from the females,,It's like wishing someone the death.
I have seen Korean corporate co’s to be unforgiving on much smaller level misbehavior- why is hybe taking so much misbehavior from these girls??? As an outsider just trying to understand- are they such an imp group??
Who would want to work with them after this? I certainly wouldn’t. I used to think New Jeans would be a big deal but they’ve turned out to be spoiled whiny brats.
Kdrama in real life indeed! 😂 NJ: Ador you are fired. Reason: Breach of contract. Ador: Listen carefully. There is no breach of contract. Now get on the plane. Or you are the ones breaching the contract. Do you understand? 😂😂😂
I think someone will end up in jail in the end. This cannot be only brainwashing or stupidity. Here are the parents involved. Thank you for summarizing and analyzing for us the press conference.
They have permanently ruined their own brand as individuals and a group. They should have had a lawyer/representative speak for them instead of putting out an image which shows lack of professionalism and discreetness that being an idol requires. Personal opinion if i was a C.E.O of an ent company i would see them as a risk that may bite the hand that feeds them. And that person behind is a whole other topic let alone. If they were sincere towards their career they would not accept being used as weapons.
In my opinion, them saying they would leave ADOR without having any legal action, it just shows how they didn't think this very welll... Probably because this idea didn't came up from them but from NJS rat mama... 🙄🙄
I am kind of confused here... Is New Jeans fighting for their rights as artists or as business women coz they have no clue about any legal issues in a business venture but are here fighting more for MHJ than for themselves... they need to get their priorities straightened out first.
They are fighting for MHJ. HYBE was mean to their bestie CEO, so they are throwing a fit and leaving. Thats the entire motive behind what those girls are doing. It has nothing to do with better treatment for idols. Or bettering the kpop world. Its cause MHJ is pissed HYBE exposed her plans and is turning NJs against HYBE to hurt them and the girls are happy to help her do it.
At one point I was with NJ but now their acting like Mini Jin. NJ can't see that this woman don't care about them. NJ doesn't realize that other companies are looking at this & their behavior. No one is going to want to work with them. I hope the girls get themselves together and see the truth behind their "mama"
@IamJerryTV_0802 The girls are young. They can change their ways and how the way they think. Hopefully, it's not too late. You can't be entitled and make demands when you just started 2 years ago.
atp all of my sympathy for new jeans is gone. i only care about illit now. i hope new jeans gets blacklisted and slammed with penalties because it's the LEAST they deserve for what they put my illit girls through.
My thoughts: when you have a contract you can't just say, "I don't want that contract anymore". They are so immature in their business thoughts. It's not a high school friend pact!!!
OMG I'm sick of them! First of all, they just can't announce they are cancelling their contract without being sued by the company. By going to Japan to do a concert...that means they are still under contract. If they had chosen not to, they would have been in violation of their contract. Listen, they can't have their cake & eat it too. To make this mess go away, I would tell them they can cancel the contract but, it would cost them several millions of dollars to do so. Someone needs to make these brats responsible for their stupid actions.
New Jeans ruined their own careers. No company in their rights minds would pick up that liability. New Jeans literally tried corporate blackmail and they still are. Good riddance. As we say, "take your drama to your mamma."
New Jeans learned from the best on how to lie and try to reflect their wrong doings on something else like Adore and HYBE, I hope these young women get a lesson in the real world of business. They are all acting like spoiled little entitled brats. I wouldn't trust a word that comes out of their mouth. They are just like their stage mom MHJ they are all clueless they don't run anything. They need to get with the program suck it up and do right by their contracts. If they don't then Adore and HYBE need to do what every Company would do and show them what it means to lie and breach their contracts this whole thing with NJ is ridiculous and they are so TOXIC, they act like they have been in the industry longer than the owner and CEO of HYBE and ADORE
Thank you for covering this and explaining easily. More people need to watch your videos and listen to actual lawyers that are speaking about the issue. Many (mostly underage fans) think that we are haters when we say this but it’s just the law and unfortunately the girls are not following the law.
Finally someone asked them a real question. I was excited to see your updates Sean! This entire scenario is an unfortunate mess. It amazes me the parents are so blinded by MHJ’s greed and manipulation. I briefly saw Dispatch is trending on X with a MHJ related leak/story/pics. Just when you think you have seen and heard everything with this mess there is a “hold my beer” scenario. This would certainly make for Netflix movie material.
I’ve lost all my respect for NJs. Getting involved in the fight between their bosses to this extent is just downright embarrassing. Their entitlement is aggravating to say the least. Thinking that they’ll get away scotch free after creating so much chaos and drama by involving themselves. It’s not right to the other groups and employees who got caught in the crossfire.
Wow! They are about to learn a hard hard lesson about responsibility. They really need to wise up and get it together. I think this is the last "olive branch" "peace dove" they are going to get from anyone. Holy moly I can't believe how dense NJ are. Who was feeding them info during that press conference? In the business world I have never seen anything like this craziness.
I was frustrated with Hybe and how they dealt with MHJ and New jeans. but now I respect them more. They did not respond the way SM did with the artists who sued them. They were patient and did it the legal way. Now the question is if the staff of ADOR that resigned cannot do the same job in other companies for a year. Isn’t that the same for New Jeans?
I was just glad to finally see ppl asking them real questions and not playing like it was some fanmeet and everyone else is evil
Yeah the mommy clearly run out of money atp
The guy who asked if they believe that they're 100% the victims and it's all 100% the companies' fault 🥵
Exactly my point! The reporters are asking questions they didn't prepare for
Good luck idiiott😂😂
@@Ibusaprincess NJ were probably counting on the reporters to fawn all over them like the National Assembly did. Unfortunately, for them, some of the reporters asked real questions, which irritated them.
I dont understand members of new jeans. They dont own name, music, videos, offices, production, marketing or promotion. They are just performers. Only been in existence 2 years. Ador can start another girl group to grow as a company.
they are obviously toooo naive. i also cannot understand why they think they can just leave and perform at the same time.
I hope these idiots get everything taken away they deserve nothing! And no more idols for them stick to regular jobs Like grocery store worker

because they were told they can.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Naive? More like stu.. @@Qwerty-db1js
Agree. I dont understand how their parents allow them to be manipulated by the witch.
They are trying so hard to be “fired”, so they don’t have to pay the penalty. Ador’s staff must’ve a lot of self control to stomach them.
yeah i believe the same. all they wanted to do is media play and cause some chaos to make ador firing them like what MHJ did before but instead of anything ador just trying to be patient and gather more winning point against them.
They have no clue that many people know how to play the chess better than them.
@@rieiro6253 in that case it is a win for ador the company will have an album for free.
I think all that is just a consequence of they are as a person. They are just showing their true colors.
Finally someone said it. This was never their fight, Mhj used them to gain publicity on this.
Mhj was their producer and ceo,I think it makes sense that they are worried about their future.regardless of who is wrong, changing leadership when they just started their career may affect them and not in a good way
@@eneri83 I agree. They would not have lasted in the business anyway as they are clearly not very bright.

Those girls were gonna try to leave regardless. All of their demands were never gonna be met because ador was never going to reinstate mhj.
MHJ quit tho. How do you reinstate someone who quit 😑?

Glad to see Koreans are NOT supporting these ungrateful b**ches
Oh most Koreans definitely want them gone, especially after that Hani hearing, which was crazy disrespectful toward real victims of abuse
@ good to Know These ungrateful brats losing fans
She knows what do do in this kind of human relations situations.
smart move
Quick question. What is RRHH?

everything is like a k-drama with these girls... trying to be mean girls because they're entitled, and because they're underestimating the new Ador CEO, thinking they can push her around.
I think being allowed to take the floor above BTS gave them a false impression of their importance in the company.
@@carinaluna1350She's probably just a good manipulator. Narcissists tend to be like that.
@carinaluna1350 Maybe BTS don't want to be like that and be treated as the kings. They sre extremely humble and not at all greedy. I'm sure they don't care what floor they are on.

NJ does have something to lose, their reputation, their career, but the minute they are no longer a viable source of cash for her, she is going to cut and run.

This shows that they know they can't just decide to end the contract on a whim "because their contract says they can" like Tokkies claim
Who is Japan going to pay if there is no contract now?? NJ is hybe's????
That's was the most merciful move from HYBE. Act as if nothing happened. Back to business.
These girls think they can continue activities after they terminate contract one-sidedly.
Who the heck will pay them directly? Ofcourse all transactions would go through their agency.
Counterarguments:
=HYBE's "Merciful Move" is Subjective
The commenter claims HYBE’s approach of “acting as if nothing happened” is merciful, but ignoring a serious contractual dispute undermines both the artist's concerns and the integrity of the relationship. If breaches occurred and NewJeans provided formal notice, HYBE or ADOR’s responsibility would be to address those issues, not dismiss them. Disregarding valid claims could further validate NewJeans’ termination and harm ADOR’s reputation.
=Artists Can Continue Activities Post-Termination
If NewJeans has terminated their contract in compliance with its terms, they are no longer legally bound to ADOR. Many artists have successfully continued their careers independently or under new management after contract disputes. While legal ownership of intellectual property (e.g., group names and music rights) might complicate things, it does not prevent artists from pursuing new projects, rebranding, or working with other agencies.
=Direct Payment to Artists Depends on the Contract
The commenter asserts that payments must go through the agency, but this only applies if the contract remains valid. If the contract has been terminated and a court upholds the termination, NewJeans would no longer be bound by ADOR’s management and could negotiate contracts directly with other entities. Until the dispute is resolved, ADOR cannot impose transactional control over terminated artists without risking legal consequences.
=One-Sided Termination Can Be Legal
The commenter’s suggestion that the termination is “one-sided” overlooks standard contract provisions allowing either party to terminate under specific conditions. If NewJeans followed the required process (e.g., providing notice, identifying breaches, and waiting the grace period), the termination is valid unless legally disputed. This means their actions are not unilateral but grounded in their contractual rights.
=Business Dynamics Favor Artists Post-Termination
The entertainment industry frequently adjusts to artists leaving agencies, and NewJeans’ marketability would likely attract other investors or companies willing to manage their transactions. Many artists thrive post-termination by building direct relationships with sponsors, leveraging their brand, or signing with new agencies.
=Summary
The argument that HYBE acted mercifully by ignoring the situation minimizes the importance of addressing contractual breaches. If NewJeans’ termination is valid, they have the legal right to seek independent work, receive payments directly, and continue their careers. The commenter’s perspective overlooks the legal and practical nuances of such disputes, including artists' ability to thrive after contract disputes.

Thank you, Sean. I can't understand how they think they can just continue their schedules "how they want," using Hybe/Ador's resources? Who is paying for their trip? I pray that Hybe finall brings the hammer of reality down on this situation.
Also, what about their manager's payroll? Stylist's payroll? These girls are really entitled.
It’s audacious- that’s for sure. I’m wondering why they are so confidently taking such a curiously risky step?

@ then they say that they are terminated but they are not, it’s just words….it’s fictionnal, lol
Hours were orobably spent in the document just to make sure Hanni and the other 4 girls couldn't find a word, phrase, sentence, Oxford comma, quotation mark, and sentence period that gave the document a meaning misinterpreted as "admission of harm to New Jeans."
ADOR and BeLift executives probably also sat in a room together and made sure that whatever was in this document to New Jeans did nothing to harm Belift's criminal and civil cases against Min Hee Jin.
They need to go and like forever, they should go to college and get a normal job cause fame is not for them
I Agree Completely
My god these girls are like Varuka Salt from Charlie and the Chocolate factory: “We want everything and we want it now and we will not compromise!”
Anyone else think that MHJ has a creepy hold on them? They attribute all their success to her instead of themselves. They go against the company that developed them. Its more than stupidity, she groomed them. Is one or more of them intimately involved with her too? Something is sinister about this.
That woman seems like a cult leader. It's not just her girls. She has her adults that do whatever she wants as well. I can't figure out why.
@@plckamper9329NLP or MK Ultra programming sort of technique maybe. If you believe in magic, the shaman spell.
Ador just made their whole press conference look like a temper tantrum 😂
We terminate the contract and leave HYBE.
We are free now, don’t need to pay a penny cus you ignored us.
What evidence? We don’t need any evidence cus I said so❗️
You summed it well.
That's how ridiculous their claims are 😂
Exactly this lmao
These girls are spoiled.......
Yup, immature , cannot withstand hardship , whiny.
@@zuriatiabdullah7347 lmao y'all are insane
Spoiled snakes brats with celebrity syndrome.. They think they too up high, they think they are like bts, bigbang, blackpink level.. But this this girls in reality are just spoonfed brats no discography yet, in music industry they have not proven anything yet except for the payola NJ.. Hmm. Their popularity is not organic it is bec. They used the title bts sister, and the benefit from hybe.. It just pissed me off... Haist
Nowadays young people, especially the successfull ones, are mostly over proud, demanding, very smart in arguing to win their favor and rebelious.
Even if New Jeans had a comeback today-
They’ve lost a lot of their fan base -
FANS DO NOT TRUST IN NEW JEANS any longer.
Cap
@@renykick6602 no is not cap lest compacts 4 songs flops so hard
Their fans trust them a lot even random ppl are believing nj are victims
@@marar8045 Sm literally is sueing Baekhyun rn...Laws are laws.
@@kanohaneReally 😦? Just Baekhyun or the CBX thing? I feel sorry for him.
This is such an apt analogy
I am sure that $5 M is gone…. The parents dug into that money so fast! Why do you think the parents got so publicly involved? This is their payday.
NJ never communicate with Adore... That's the problem! They only wanna listen to mama mhj!
I was happy for ILLIT and other groups before, because there is no need to see NJ ever again, and now... "get back to work, girls."
Just came from the video about their press con! It's actually crazy how things are folding out for NJ
Those kids and their rabbit fans 🙄🙄 This is a great lesson for all. Wealth doesn't equal wisdom and this will be a Kanye West level
FAFO moment in kpop history.
You no rabbits have small heads with small brains
NJ: Ador you are fired. Reason: Breach of contract.
Ador: Listen carefully. There is no breach of contract. Now get on the plane. Or you are the ones breaching the contract. Do you understand?
😂😂😂
They are still meeting the obligations as planned so it sounds like they will be getting on the plane willingly.
The company should also give an ultimatum if they don't meet on the given date, sue them, they don't want diplomacy, teach them a lesson
That’s what NJ wants. The one who sues would probably have the burden of proof. Ador probably plans to keep offering meetings and wait them out.
In my opinion, them saying they would leave ADOR without having any legal action, it just shows how they didn't think this very welll... Probably because this idea didn't came up from them but from NJS rat mama... 🙄🙄
HYBE needs to get an exorcist for that 16th floor, man. Who knows what MHJ let her shaman unleash up there
I am kind of confused here...
Is too late for them and I do hope they get Blacklisted
@IamJerryTV_0802 The girls are young. They can change their ways and how the way they think. Hopefully, it's not too late. You can't be entitled and make demands when you just started 2 years ago.
atp all of my sympathy for new jeans is gone. i only care about illit now. i hope new jeans gets blacklisted and slammed with penalties because it's the LEAST they deserve for what they put my illit girls through.
mhj literally abandoned them why are they crawling back to her manipulative ass 😭
Their attitude is sooo disgusting
Hybe should blacklist them make them pay the fee and leave
I have 0 Respect and sympathy since the livestream They are Evil AF
Former CEO of Ador MHJ. These girls have been COMPLICIT in MHJ's plans to take over Hybe by destroying BTS!!!!!
