Thanks for watching. I usually hit the blade with a spray bottle of diesel between logs and sometimes at large knots. Otherwise I just use my soap and pinesol.
The only fun part of edging flitches is the speed you can run the mill down the track😁 We've had a stack of them flip to the side like you mention and never broke the blade but have put a crimp in one making it unusable.
Well done as always. We tried the spray bottle of diesel with the remaining white pine we milled, and it worked well.
