He should have shown her Schindlers List ...
Oh I just realized that this was Iron Sky, I first thought it was from Man in the High Castle and I was super confused
That would have been hilarious
Same thing for a second there then till I realized that I watched all of Man in the High Castle
It's just amazing this reuse of Charlie Chaplin:
charlie chaplin was an anarchist humorist actor, he made the movie "the dictator" to criticize nazism. Hitler, however, loved the film, a censored version of only 10 minutes was broadcast in Germany, notably in schools, students were taught that it was a gift made to Hitler by Chaplin.
Besides, Renate shows it to her students at the beginning of the film (the film specifies that it's the censored version), then she goes to see the film thinking that it will convince Washington to adhere to National Socialism.
And then she realizes that the film is longer than she thought, which is brilliantly joked about by James who says that they could have cut scenes in the editing.
It's just perfect, and very serious and subtle for a comedy.
A censored version wasn't broadcast in Germany. Albert Speer said Hitler never saw the film, and it was banned in Germany altogether.
Great showing Charlie Chapman the speech in that movie was amazing ahead of its time just like this movie ...
Chaplin
"Mä elän mun elämääni ohituskaistalla." "Yeah, that's what I thought." :-)
jmtikka what does it mean?
@@derwaldjunge I'm living my life on the fast lane.
@@jmtikka Kiitos!
I seriously can’t wait for this Masterpiece keep up the great work IRON-SKY team :)
Can't wait for the second film to come out
GunMaster X11 Hitler on t-Rex would be cool
I can't wait till it comes out of blue ray and that will be awhile the only issue I had was the lack of imagination in regards to the spacecraft design granted it's a comedy and low budget but at least they could have made the space battle scene decent what do you think
It was truly one of the worst movies I've ever seen. It made The Room look amazing.
Lawls whenever that might be

That sound... 😄😁😀😂😅
SCENE SHOWS REAL RELATIONSHIPS VERSUS DREAMS
0:00 - 0:30 is how I feel as a drow player picking up 5th edition.
Only in movies.....
US CYBER COMMAND ONCE SAID TO ME SOME YEARS BACK CAN YOU FIGHT AS WELL IN PHYSICAL WAR AS YOU DO IN CYBER WAR? AND US AIR FORCE SAID TO ME ANY TIME ANY PLACE BUT THAT WAS SEVERAL YEARS AGO
See. We need more of this. Neo-Nazis being berated by actual Reich officers. Wolfenstein, on the other hand, has the subtlety of a steam roller.
Wolfenstein, what? care to elaborate?
Many Reich officers considered themselves apolitical (which isn't true, you are always political, because humans are political animals).
@@ImperativeGames Not political in terms of abstract ideologies. Many German soldiers and soldiers in general follow orders only to secure their own safety and futures and those of their families, regardless of whatever beliefs are being tossed around by those at the top. ua-cam.com/video/8ALTkMpPLuU/v-deo.html
Absolutely, I find it hilarious seeing those idiot skinheads being berated by the real deal.
yea charlie chaplin looks alot like Hitler
That was intentional on his part.
LIKE NEO IN MATRIX MOVIE 1999, MOVIE SHOWS CYBER WARFARE, BUT QUESTION OF MOVING FROM CYBER WAR TO REAL PHYSICAL WAR
2:21 lol cry
Excelente

Tanz mit Laibach 2:18
OK.
Julia Dietz is gorgeous
Calling underdeveloped Americans a Nazi is disrepcting German culture.
Atleast in Germany people of african descent had the right to join the army way before americans forcedrafted them.
There were black soldiers in the army that fought Nazi Germany, so who was first^^
@@tiefensucht he just said who was first lol, pay attention
Nazism itself is a steep disrespect of german culture. They were literally the worst thing that couldve and did happen to germany, with their senseless wars for Lebensraum and the "reclamation" of "aryan" lands they brought a country that couldve flourished and prospered into a desecrated ruin, split up and disunited.
And african descendant didnt have the right to join the main forces; most "coloured" people were volunteers working for SS brigades under the goal of fighting Bolsheviks, or part of the Colonial Schutztruppen in WW1, neither of which were main parts of the armys and mostly auxilliary forces that depended on those volunteers to fill up their ranks - similiar to how the british, the russians, the french had drafted minorities of their empires to fight for them in conflicts where they could not bring their main forces into the frontlines. They werent allowed to fight because of some weird sense of equality, but because they were expendable pawns to those in power that were easily manipulated into serving for an entity that had none of their interests in mind.
Those black that join the German Army were Muslim who hate the British and the German were running out of men and allies so they got to use blacks,Arabs, and Slavs to fight for them
@@user-hp7bk5so6jSimilar to the royal Irish regiment. Cannon fodder at Suvla and Sud-el-bar in the "Great" War

man did they dress up the black guy to look white or is that just an white actor?
It's a plot point in the movie.
He's a black guy that gets captured by the Moon Nazis, and then they do plastic surgery to "fix" him by giving him blond hair and white skin.
@@macdeus2601 Then we get self-proclaimed "transracial", Oli London, in real life.
Based on the delusional nature of Democrats now.
OMGODS, they're laughable.
Could this film represent it better?
Say it again in June 2020 lmao
@ How far the united states have fallen. From a nation of opportunity and hope, to something that the third reich would have despised. Joke.
