Ecto is identical to the Gatekeeper with trailing arms just a different body. People were complaining about the heavy body so they made the Ecto. I like that every model you buy from Element has a different style garage on the inside of the box that you get to showcase your rig with. Awesome video as always Gerry.
I'm pretty much one sided, but I'm very happy running a TRX-4 Sport and a Deuce. I use the Sport for anything and everything! And the Deuce for extreme rock crawling.
Thanks for the review bud. Just got me a Sendero HD in December and I'm absolutely loving the truck and bit the bullet and bought the trailrunner on Tuesday. Updates like these make me feel that much more confident in my purchase
seeing this for the first time, love the long term reviews they really give me the info I'm looking for when I'm looking into a new platform. everything I've seen on Element RC has been fantastic and i think you've sold me on picking up a Trail Runner!
Very nice brother! I absolutely love my Element trucks and I've recently purchased the Knightrunner, and it's awesome!! I had 2 Gatekeeper's, one RTR and the other one I built. I put the IFS kit on the RTR and man there is a WORLD of difference between the solid axle and IFS. I also built the element Enduro builders kit and it was top notch, so yeah, I really love their products. Great video on a great subject. Look forward to the next video my friend. Keep up the great content Gerry 😁👍🏻
@@gerrysoldguyreview this weekend I was able to get mine out on the trails, such a blast, even walking thru waste deep to hook winch up or use hand of god 😅
Excellent! I was looking at getting an Enduro Sendero recently - it's been growing on me, but they seem to be out of stock over here in England. I guess I should investigate the Sendero HD. My "local" hobby shop (I buy from them online, but they are only over in the next county) has those. They also have 1 review where the buyer was not impressed with the stock electronics - he claimed the ESC tried to torch the truck, but the battery connectors unsoldered themselves prior to letting the magic smoke out! One review and God only knows how the truck was being used - we'll never know. You pretty much covered most of the Element range, but missed out the TrailWalker - any opinion on that one Gerry even though your long terms only cover your fleet (which is kind of the point!)?
Do you get a lot of torque twist while driving on your Sendero? If so, have you upgraded anything in the way of shocks or springs? What do you use? I find that while driving my truck leans to the right (passenger) while under power. It's kind of annoying to look at LOL...but I love my truck!
I do notice it Jon! I've messed with the shocks abit and put thicker oil in them, but now they are leaking so I just keep running it as is.....kinda lazy but I do love the truck!
@@gerrysoldguyreview So I did some more digging and found they made a sway bar kit for the Gatekeeper that also fits all the Enduro rigs. It's only $25. I bought one and put it on last weekend and it fixes all my torque twist on this truck!
Dude you have a great channel!!! Big sub!! Love my Enduro. It’s now on flat rails.... But man it is so stable and predictable. Have great day big sub dude!!
I just bought those bronze team shocks thinking I could use them on my trx4, it does not look like it, lol I should have done more research. you are welcome to them Gerry so you don't have to rebuild those, lol. really, I will end up throwing them away. thank you Sir for the video
These long term review videos are gold , really helps before putting down the $ on a new rig ! Thank you , Great Info
Glad to help out😁

Just another great company listening to their customers!! And the boxes are really great!!

The trailwalker is identical to the sendero, just has the smaller tires and the kinda weird body.
Great video my friend
Thanks bud!!😁
I just took out a new to me cross rc demon sg4c and it was a blast!!! Not very capable but so much fun since everything was difficult with it lol
I hear the demons have been difficult for most people, but they also do say how much they like them!!
Thanks for your video's bro I value your opinion thank you for this video I was thinking of buying this
Thanks peter!
Love the video today Gerry great job
Thanks bud!!😁😁
You can also use a trx6 but I could not afford to buy one so I used my trx4 and made it
It's always fun to build things yourself!
