    I’m a us citizen living in UK and everytime I go back I get asked so many questions about which countries have I been to and why, how long was there in those countries, and why I’m back in the US. Bro I’m literally BORN THERE AND RAISED. US border officers need to chill out

    This is still gentler than the experience I had recently. Apparently it was suspicious that I was spending a week in the states and planned to see a band. I’m convinced their default setting is aggression when it comes to boarder control.

    Well to be fair this is very much possible as I went to Australia for 2 days as well last year for a concert to see my favorite artist and then turned around and flew back home to the US.

    Im from germany and I have friends living in NYC. When I flew for the first time I was a bit nervous but they just do their Job, be polite and they will be also polite, never had problems. So I don't really understand why people say they will never fly to the US just because of the strict controls. ^^

      You're from a "low risk" country and a citizen of a county with one of the strongest passports in the world. In retrospect, Immigration officials are instructed to keep extra caution from a higher risk country, especially if that origin country is known for drug smuggling or illegal immigration.

    Probably only for long trips. In Europe, even between non-EU countries, it's not a problem even if you only stay in that country for 10 hours and take the return plane

      Fact I want to share : If you're a European citizen of any country of the Schengen area and want to go to another country (of the Schengen area) you can stay there for 3 months without needing the official Visa.
      That's why I love it here so much. I can just sit in one train and visit Vienna and Budapest on the weekend and come back.

    6:47 , i’d actually say its the opposite. If you’re training for aesthetics you need to go close go to failure so a spotter is more important, however for strength training you’re never going to failure. If its a pr then sure have a spotter but if its a weight you’ve already done you dont need one

    I recently was asked by a passport controler in Switzerland the reason for my travel, whereby it was clear that my destination was my place of birth.
    As I was never asked this question before (over sixty years old) I was absolutely baffled by the absurdity. The controler was obviously not trained to hear such an answer as: I am going HOME. I expected that to be sufficient, but it was not, as a dissuction ensued, however the controler endured a history lesson from me and I gained some grey hairs.
