I feel the vintage Buzzer just pops more. Yeah he's not as realistic, but he's got loads of character. The colors, too, just pop more. The Classified Buzzer just feels kind of...restrained.
I had some aviators from another figure I used toothpick to put just little dab of glue on the frames then held it in place next w glasses stay on. As much as I like the option the figures never look right with their glasses off.
I’m not a fan of the classified figure regarding the chainsaw. His rifle grip chainsaw was perfect for using one handed on a motorcycle. A gas can isn’t the most exciting accessory but I think it made sense with toy to give that extra level of play detail, like the gas ports on the vehicles and engine covers. It encouraged you to think of the play in more ways than just fighting.?
The "bloody" variant of Clown from McFarlane's Spawn line has a big chainsaw on a stick(sort of a sword) that looks a lot better. Buzzer can hold it. It even has a skull on it matching the belt buckle.
That's not Buzzer... it's Duke in disguise. I recognize that shirt and web gear anywhere!!!
I was hoping the whole thing with the glasses was just on mine but it looks like that's how it is. A glaring problem on an otherwise cool figure. I totally agree with you on this one and can't wait for my favorite Dreadnok, Torch to come out.
I never imagined these Dreadnoks without their glasses, honestly. I think they should have just been sculpted onto the heads.
To me that chainsaw was the real mistake. Hoping they release his rifle grip chainsaw down the line with another figure. Wouldn't be the first time they made an "apology" accessory.
Gotta say my Buzzer's glasses seem to fit better than yours, though.
Nothing else particularly bothers me.
Mines have the same issue with his sunglasses. I used a small piece of scotch tape.
I absolutely have that issue with the sunglasses. Ridiculous, they should have been either sculpted on, or had a way to properly secure them. I will use your idea, thanks!
I will be gluing the glasses onto Buzzer & Ripper both as neither stay on. I also may buy a spare to use the head as a Marvel issue 61 unmasked head... but the round glasses me me wonder if Hasbro made this head intending to do just that on a later figure. The fact he holds the saw so poorly makes me also suspect they were going to have the saw rifle but switched last minute, with the possibility a "retro" figure later will have it & maybe the gas can.
I have the same problem. In fact, I have already lost the glasses because they fell off the figure and apparently went into the carpet. Because I can't find them.

Some heat a squeeze and instant cooling and the glasses fit just fine.
Unfortunately we all suffer from Buzzers' shades,not just you Coco and Rippers are perfect; crazy!?.
I glued his glasses to the side of his head--not an easy task, let me tell you--but it did work.

The glasses on mine are definitely loose and don’t sit right, but as long as I don’t move him, they’re not falling off.

One of my favorite accessories of the vintage figure was the gas can. I can't believe this one is missing it!

Meh, I'm okay with just a drop of glue on the arms of the glasses (gel type super glue.) A. You don't lose them, and 2. I wasn't planning on displaying him without them on.
Got the Gridiron shades, so I'm good there. But, my figure is just too loose and wobbly for me. So I'm gonna return him and try again.
Nice video. It's sad to say that all Buzzers are like that with the sunglasses. I think it's one of the arms(the right one) that is a bit short.
Great review, great figure, but it doesn’t look like Buzzer. The figure looks like James Masters from Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
I think the sunglasses might be an issue with your copy. Mine had no issues with any of the accessories.

I'm gonna glue them on. Buzzer shouldn't be displayed without his glasses. I do hate doing that but I know that if I don't I'll just lose them sooner than later.
I’ve opened multiple buzzer figures and they all didn’t come with his sunglasses. I don’t know if it’s just the Montreal shipment but, it really sucks

Buzzer always my fav of the OG Dreadnoks, I'm interested to see what you're problem(s) with him are, I know mine (though I don't own him, but still, I got opiniooons! 😆😜)
This version looks like they used EDGE as the model.

Got mine today, and yeah, the glasses are loose. It's weird, because this hasn't been an issue on literally any of the other figures with glasses. Clearly a design/materials issue. Either needed to be a more rigid plastic, or should have had grooves like earlier figures.
Yeah, it's definitely the cheaper plastic Hasbro is using now. The super gummy accessories suck.

Nice figure but a shame about no back pack. Could be worse though, he could have come with one that was nothing like the vintage back pack. Also wth is up with the back packs not having canteens on them when the originals had them?

The face sculpt, while nice, isn't very "Dreadnok" to me, too emotionless. In my opinion, Dreadnok figures should have something in that department going on -- a smirk, a snarl, angry and bearing teeth, a psychotic grin...something. Something to show their chaotic maliciousness.

Those are Destro's legs.
A lot of the newer figures feel a bit more cheap. And the lack of plastic in the packaging is a big downgrade for collectors..

it's the ill fitting goggles that aren't sunglasses , otherwise Buzzer is punk rock awesome.
A lot to like but the glasses need to stay on.
