"What is Tom Kenny doing here?"
Because houses don't buy themselves and food isn't free, bro.
What's his issue with Tom Kenny anyway?
@Raye Johnson Too bad its not just later season Spongebob he hates.
@Raye Johnson true, but i admit there where points where the more so he went on bringing it up started felling kinda strange with how adamant he was. (Which honestly i find unusual for Bob).
@Raye Johnson i don't know if he'd "Love" it like most people (he didn't grow up with it ( at least i don't hink he did) . but he'd probably appreciate or get a kick out of some of the jokes and gags in seasons 1 through 3... but given his current opinions & tastes, i don't see it likely he'd ever indulge, or feel that way if he did. i still love the big guy though.
@Raye Johnson When did he say he hates Spongebob?
“Where am I, a PETA convention?”
“No, all these animals are still alive.”
Twitter is proud
Actually I love when movies switch their style of animation to show some backstory, skip a long travelsequence or do a song but in this movie it somehow doesnt work
probably because it was mostly propaganda
Probably because the sequence isn't even animated. They're just liding the characters' silhouettes along in front of the background.
I was so disappointed when that tiger revealed the real reason he was meowing. Imagine how tragic it would be if that tiger really had been raised as an exotic pet then thrown into the wild. It's sad but it would have interesting to see ( and since this is an environmental movie they could've used that character to show kids why exotic pet ownership is wrong).
But nah, him pretending to be a housecat to fool hunters makes so much more sense :[
Unrelated, but Alex's teeth look terrifying. I know Iago had teeth but at least he still looked appealing.
Did you watch the full movie
I thought I hallucinated this movie
Yo me too when I saw it on UA-cam I thought I was seeing things because all the comments at the bottom said it was a good movie, so I was like, "WHAT?! DIDN'T ANYONE SEE THE MONKEY WITH THE GUN?!!!" so ya
Leo the Lion is worse than this, trust me
That lion's design was very nauseating, but then came the elephant lion hybrids... I didn't eat for a whole day after that movie
Well they do have one thing in common
Good voice actors in bad films.
Hell the villain played Mcree from overwatch, levi from attack on titan, joker from black butler book of circus, yusuke from persona 5, etc
Akaaraq Hansen i agree and oh boy those hybrids gave me nightmares (and we can’t forget the “I’m a vegetarian” song at the end)
Mad-Hatter-ison Very true, and if they have such talent in such a bad film then the voice directors should make a better effort at actually directing the performances
Leo the Lion reminds me of that Vegan Lion from Futurama.
How is Apu harmful in terms of representation? He's smart, multifaceted and has a character besides his nationality.
Apparently his being smart, multifaceted, and having character is outweighed by how he has a thick Indian accent, and he works at a convenience store. -_-
Ironically coming from a country that has Motu Patlu as their role Models
Because moderners are lowlife pieces of trash that probably can't use a bathroom without help.
Because he has an Indian accent, practices Hinduism, engages in the traditions of his homeland. Apparently being Indian is racist. Don't you know? All ethnicities have to speak fluent English and wear American clothes in order to be positive representations of their culture.
@@koichidignitythief7429
EXACTLY!!
*facepalm*
20:14 "No pumping the monkey!" quote of the day by Bobsheaux. 🤣 Youre so awesome.
So basically this movie is saying humans suck and animals rule. Am I right?
Unamused Animator that's basically every environmental awareness movie ever. Lol
@@JokerFan-hj4iv Fare point. But after seeing this review. I just feel annoyed and angry afterwards.
Unamused Animator yep it is annoying. I'm mostly making fun of these lazy kids shows for never changing their formula. Animals are cute and friendly and the most evil thing in the world?... "man!! Dun dun dun!!" - nostalgia critic
@@JokerFan-hj4iv Funny. I might make a quote about these kinds of films if I return to my reviewing ways.
I love Linkara's rant about animals are depicted in stories like this in his Marville #4 review.
ua-cam.com/video/weAVXVE6rwc/v-deo.html
I love Tara STRONG!! She deserves so much better than this! Is this a Indian film. it sure looks like it.
She must be down on her luck to even be in this movie honestly :(
It actually is an Indian film.
agreed
You know voice actors. They'll take whatever job they can get.
@@KewlNerd20X6 she's aesome but the film still sucks
All I could think of during that Humaity song or whatever was “Hey Hey! Blinky Bill, Save is from that woodchip mill, if you don’t do it, no one will! Good ol’ Blinky Bill!”
Also Alex Totally has the Roar of the Elders from The Lion Guard XD
the ecology message basically says respect nature OR DIE.
that's a little extreme i mean.
at least happy feet didn't have death threats and that movie was great because
the message wasn't as forced and wasn't really the main focus. (not to mention better animation) this film on the other hand is just a big rotting mess of animal waste.
You're right, Happy Feet was gold
This movie is actually very nice, idk why this guy said bad things about it
"And you're a person, despite your species"
That's a great answer.
I'll admit, when I was like 12 (most likely the Target demographic for this movie) I would totally have thought that this film was providing really clever, biting commentary. It's not difficult to make young people think that what you're saying is deep.
Agreed. This was a favourite of mine at that age.
Same, but when I was 13
Maybe do a review of The Spongebob Squarepants Movie
R.I.P. to the creator Stephen Hillenburg
@Brandon Roberts - Yeah I know, still doesn't mean it can't be reviewed.
That be great. I know he doesn’t like spongebob but he can still find something to like in the movie.
@Raye Johnson im a little bit a fan of spongebob
R.i.p
Alex Olinkiewicz NO! He’ll ruin it for all of us!
I love watching bobsheaux, the reviews are so funny and articulate 💜
Me too.
I hate this movie so much, especially because of the way it conveys its message. It's basically a representation of what PETA thinks of animals and humans.
I'm shocked that in 30 minutes not 1 smokey the bear joke was made.
Maybe it would’ve been too easy.
Owl:"I found these glasses on a hiker's corpse."
4:23 Aaaaas youuuuu wiiiiish!
Tara Strong and Tom Kenny are among my favorite professional voiceovers and RIP Stephen Hillenburg, creator of SpongeBob. And hey, if there is a female version of SpongeBob that comes by Bikini Bottom in a new special they better get Tara Strong to be SpongeGirl.
Honestly Tara has only 4 voices
The Bubbles voice
Her Twilight/Normal voice
Timmy Turner
& her boy voice (Ben 10)
Don't exclude Raven she has a variety of different voices.
Actually her normal voice is Raven
3:36 That's the least of your problems; Mommy Leopard referenced Rambo at 3:23.
I remember watching this as a kid when I was sick. Now I've watched this and also found my copy of the DVD.
This STILL feels like a fever dream to me.
The moral of this story:
Apu isn't the worst thing to represent India.
I'm surpirsed you didn't say anything about how Yuvi's mother knows what Rambo is, Bob.
Omg it’s still up yay!
Uvie’s voice sounds like a toddler timmy turner
I thought the “Stick More bills” signs were a riff on when people used to put “Post No Bills” on walls, meaning, “do not put up posters here.” Ironic. Kinda like spray painting “ NO GRAFFITI dammit”
........So the parrot's camera has a footnote at the bottom right saying "Casting Couch No. 69?" ........I'll do it. Must be a Bobsheaux
Well today is going to be a hell of a sarfari
Ayyyy
14:27 Uh, even if they did deliberately spell it "Dilli", they managed to do it both upside down, AND mirrored!
@Rodan Gizzardcrusher Then its very odd cause there isnt a lightsource behind it to make us believe that. Actually, the way the scene is shot it looks like the only source of light there is is right in front of him.
My heart *really* goes out to all of the voice actors here, it must be a total Drag
Oh, man. The amount of PETAesque Human Bashing is off the charts... Where's Penn & Teller when you need 'em?
Also, the thought that Cary Elwes went from Saw (The first, and only great one) to this... Yeah. speaking as a horror fan, I couldn't be more disappointed.
Fun fact: Despite the stereotype, British dental health is ranked as the 4th best globally, beaten only by Denmark, Germany and Finland!
Delhi Safari will always be a guilty pleasure of mine despite how cheesy and weird it is!~ X3
Did you know that all the songs sound much better in their original language (Hindi)?
Especially "All Day Party Dance"; that line was originally "Aao Re Pardesi", and I'm guessing they changed it to the former for the English dub just because both phrases sound *kinda* similar~ XD
They can all be found on UA-cam, too!
I am willing to accept that foreign movies, shows, etc. are better in their original dubs even if not by much.
everybody go to 28:17 pause the video and just bask in the glory
Lmao
That deforestation machine looks like it was made by Orks.
From the creators of Kiara the Brave and Son of Aladdin comes... a better movie! But not by much.
4:27 Cue the Mufasa death scene music.
Finally he reviews it!!!!...*3 WHOLE YEARS LATER*...
After having a shitty day at work, I needed something like this! Thanks, Bobsheaux!!
Also, I APPRECIATE BOBSHEAUX AND LADY RAVEN DOING ALL THE THINGS!!!
Man, I love your show, Bobsheaux, I hope you can keep up this fantastic show. If you and Raven would like to could you please review Sonic's original movie before the release of the theatrical one next year? I'll leave a link to the film on UA-cam if you all would like.
Great Deli Salami😂
My ex-girlfriend and I just saw the beginning of this movie and that was just as well, for she surely knew a bad movie when she saw one! She nearly fell asleep when we saw "Planes" at the cinema, for example.
Can you review Animals United, Ribbit, Frog Kingdom, Amazon Jack, or Jungle Shuffle?
Simon Janevic I've sent him the original subbed version of Amazon Jack (aka Jungledyret 3) and he downloaded the files! I'm excited to see what he thinks of them ^^
Something the so and so that’s awesome
Why haven't I gotten any notifications since "Dreams come true: A mule moms story"!?
I missed 3 months!!!!!
Binge marathon! lol
Maybe you turned off notifications by accident.
Is it bad that I actually like this movie 😂😂
Carterboii555 •._.• it’s a guilty pleasure of mine even though I agree that it has many flaws
I'm sorry but I just don't hear twilight sparkle in that cub
Because she's doing a male voice that sounds like Timmy Turner.
She's doing her Timmy Turner/ Omi voice
SPeaking of Carnivores telling you not to eat meat... have you've seen Leo The Lion?
Oh he'll have a field day for sure, especially since this film is the same as Leo the lion = Awesome voice actors dragged in a crappy film
Hell if you haven't seen Saberspark, he pointed out that the villain's voiced by the same guy who played Mcree from overwatch, Yusuke from persona 5, Levi from attack on titan, Joker from black butler book of circus, and many others
@@Mad-Hatter-ison Yeah I watch Saber too. Bob should also do Sheep & Wolves while he's at it.
&Mad-Hatter-ison this film is way better than Leo the Lion (but then again what isn’t?)
@@simonj3413 Joshua and The Promised Land?
Guanglai Kangyi, Age 15 yep that’s a good answer
I remember watching this movie on Netflix years ago, just cause anything could be on Netflix and sometimes these cheap movies can be decent. But this just looks low quality in every sense. Like Captain Planet it has a noble goal in environmental awareness and conservation, but it's just so stupid looking it just makes me want to forget about the problem even more.
Oh please, this movie is not nearly worth of referencing monty python.
I'd say Tom Kenny is on the lead, because he's a voice actor first, while Alexander and Lynch are "regular" actors. Meaning that someone like Kenny could basically be entrusted (more-ish) on finishing all the lines throught the whole movie. Just a thought
I had a feeling he was going to review this
You forgot to mention that this was backed by PETA =w=; it explains a lot of why it sucks lol
I watched this on Netflix, and I actually had to try to watch this twice because I "noped out" the first time.
you brought up pretty much all of my grievences with this film ha ha
@jbiehlable
I've watched the movie.
It's in the very beginning, there are little credit words right in the beginning
"in association with PETA" or something.
@jbiehlable
Didn't see the notification.
@Bobsheaux I just like you to know, I did NOT vote for you to review this!! I am sorry you had to watch and review this Rob, same goes to you Raven!
EDIT: Thank you person for liking this comment!!
I usually would feel sympathy for Tara Strong for having to voice in this but considering recent developments about her true character ua-cam.com/video/b6FR_L--Mdw/v-deo.html
*sigh* guess this is another instance of where I will have to separate the art from the artist.
Also, I would watch this while it is still up apparently either Tara Strong or some very mental gymnastics-esque fan of hers is on a massive flagging campaign.
You and Raven are so cute together and have great chemistry when you do reviews together.
smells like bad deli meat
Unfortunately, this isn't the first time big celebrities got wasted in nothing roles in animated movies. Even Disney does it! Just look at Academy Award Winner Octavia Spencer playing Ms. Exposition Otter in Zootopia, who talks in one scene in the beginning and then doesn't talk again until near the very end of the movie.
"Everyone's Hero" is actually really cute. I recommend it.
6:41 Holy Crap Bob. You found the Animated Movie equivalent of "_Allan please add details._" XD
i think feral refers to domestic animals that have gone wild, like dogs or pigs
I remember watching this once. Can’t remember when, can’t remember what happened until now, and it left my mind til now.
Thank god this hasn't been taken down yet
Oh gosh the fan mail bits get better and better
Wait! No throwing of the DVD copy into the box??
Kudos to the movie for showing the dad getting shot I guess, instead of shying away from it?
And of course my obligatory “Ah! Bird teeth! D:” 6:14
The bees should have taken a page from Charles' book and went ahead with his greatest plan
Thanks Bobsheaux, this review sure did put a smile on my face. Also I got to ask some questions,
1. Do you plan on reviewing Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom?
2. Are you going to start your Christmas reviews or are you going to continue with the Giving Thanks month?
I love animals, but I agree that messages saying how horrible humanity is is just stupid and hypocritical. Real life animals are not the kindest of creatures. They CAN be, from TRAINING, but yet animals ALWAYS go by their natural instinct, which involves stealing and killing. There was no "share" in the animal kingdom.
To be fair, I've seen untrained Polar Bear brothers, full grown, sharing food together in a documentary (forgot which one). Some animals are kinder than people think. It just varies.
@@MidnightWhisper Well, that doesn't mean all humans are the most horrible creatures on earth though. There are people who legitimately care about animals.
@@koichidignitythief7429 That is because of the common belief that humans and monkeys and apes share a common ancestor. Personally, while I know it IS a scientific fact it doesn't make me feel any less insulted.
@@mikeykitty1235 Well, it's more to show or question, if any other animal were in charge of the world, would they be any different from humans. The film says yes, because everything that we find wrong in our own society, also exists in the society of a different species according to the film. It's like a critique of the people who think that all animals are benevolent beings.
@@koichidignitythief7429 Honestly, I think it really just depends of which species. If it's a species that live primarily on land, and that includes animals with the ability to climb, chances are the only difference would be what kind of food that we eat, but even then it wouldn't stop some from trying to eat other things. If we were to evolve from fish, then we would build our society on water. If we were to evolve from birds, then we would have education systems teaching us how to fly.
15:50 Oh, look, it's Gerudo Town!
Welp, guess Mommy Kitty needs to take it on her own from here.
I used to be obsessed with the English dubbed Delhi Safari
"Why not make more use of actors with more marquee value?"
Answer: to save money. By giving them less screen time through smaller roles they probably don't have to pay the more expensive actors As much, giving them more money to pay more big names. It's not the worst budget stunt but Bob does have a point that it seems really incompetent.
Also, I call BS on these songs being forgettable. I watched bad children's movies in my freetime for a while and this is one of the ones I took on. And I had those songs stuck in my head for a week afterwards!
28:16 - So a character in a kids' movie has a "FCUK" t-shirt on. Stay classy, movie.
So let me get this strait, they are being hunted by an evil animal killing baco with a face, and they, don't, want the monkey to keep his weapons?
Oh My Gawd! "FernGully" this is NOT!! >___
7:55
This is giving me Flashbacks to that one Gamera scene
I doubt bobsheaux will be giving a lot of thanks this month as far as the movies he will probably be watching.
im surprised he
is for 90% of the schlock they give him
Exactly
And at the end if the video, do you mean that you'll review Leo The Lion next time?
Where a mommy elephant and daddy lion love each other very much and have some ugly kids?
@@ilikecurry2345 Yes, THAT Leo The Lion.
The road is always at your feet unless you're Richard Hammond.
Or the owner of a flying and/or time-travelling car.
Correct me if i'm wrong. But i think the songs sounded nice as far as i heard. If they had tossed out the genocidal monkey and the perversion of the parrot then i think i could stand it more. But their designs are so unappealing that i'd rather watch ferngully.
Maybe it's because i have only seen the movie once and it was long ago. But the animation didnt seem so bad from what i saw here. Unless you're talking about the 3d models to which i very much agree.
This makes Fergully looks Subtle~
And the Villain there is Polution!
5:25 cracked me up 😂😂
you should watch: puppy star Christmas on Netflix with pup star
Wait what???
+Diego Hernandez it's real , look it up
28:16 I'm sorry, what does THAT say on that man's shirt?
FCUK
4:00 Megaweapon! Megaweapon! Megaweapon!
10:57 Wow, this music is too good for this kind of animation. Edit: Okay, does this movie have a soundtrack? These songs are surprisingly good. Edit: Okay, fine. The song you played over the end credits was crap.
I actually thought this movie was decent and but the dub wasn't good
The hindi dubbed version is soo good... Bajrangi was sooo good..
I would have actually really liked that Delhi Safari song shown at 10 minutes in if the lyrics were better.
Bobsheaux what are your thoughts on Malcolm In The Middle's series finale Graduation and Unhappily Ever After's series finale.
Your face at 4 35 is so funny 😎😎😎 thank you I need that today
2:53 Fyi Bob, if there's 1 thing the male leopard finds fun, it's attacking the cubs to death. That is why the mother has to both protect the babies from the father and teach them how to hunt.
Oh, Bob, you cheat! I always wanted to review this movie! ;3
Surprised you didn't make a Wreck-Gar joke fro the parrot, since they both talk TV.
Bobsheaux can you review/rant on Malcolm In The Middle's series finale Graduation.
I watched this movie as a kid. I still get a few of the songs stuck in my head.
Ugly-nastalga!
Anyone else who noticed that the guy at the end has a T-shirt that says "Fcuk"?
Bobsheaux, you should also add the disrespect Alex gave Bajrangi plus the fact that the monkey was also treated like trash by mama leopard during the bee chase. Oh yeah, and Alex actually laughed when Bajrangi almost died and essentially proved he was faking it
I love Tara Strong and Tom Kenny 😟
This movie has such a who's who for voice talent. Tara Strong, Tom Kenny, Brad Garrett, Carlos Alazraqui, and even Christopher Lloyd too!
This film feels like a waste of such amazing talent.
So We have Twilight Sparkle, Spongebob, Robert From Everybody loves Raymond, Rocko and Doc Brown....Wasted in a Cheap Indian movie.
What pays the bills i guess.
Don't forget Jane Lynch, she's famous too
But yeah my heart goes directly to the voice actors of that film. Really is a drag
Also Roger Craig Smith
this movie was really odd with all those celebrity cameos
This parrot should be pinning for the fjords.
Pining for the fjords?? What kind of talk is that??
