It's interesting how sometimes in this game one can go hours between spotting game to then finding a herd/honey spot.

I almost messed up another level 9 red deer, shot a tree and it ran away. I was like "noooooo, not again !" I quit the game in rage, reloaded the map because I've seen you do so, and went straight back to the same lake. I'm not joking, he was right in front of me at 300m. So I got my first diamond red deer, 255 score.

@@s.z.9517 took me 6 weeks to get my first diamond Infact maybe nearer 8 weeks , I have 6 now but the fun is the more you play the maps the more big animals appear then it’s all on the hunter to get them

To get an exact yardage, spot the animal then open map and place a waypoint on the animals icon
Why didn’t you set your zeroing to 300 when you were taking the long shots at the bears?
I took a shot at a mule deer with the eckers 30-06 and he was resting with another big mule deer , his first number for the trophy rating was in the 200s but he never dropped, i aimed for a lung shot but I guess it just didn’t penetrate, I was using polymer tip bullets too.
Weird I can get bears up to 400 yards easily

In The Vetrenyye Taiga, The Top Left Corner of The BIG LAKE there is a forest. if you look at it from the lake, The Right Side is Good For Moose and Lynx, Where as if your up on the Mountian/Hill thing, your going to get more Wild Boar.

As someone with maybe a thousand hours in this game I do the same thing. I ignore whatever I'm not after it's a waste of my time at this point if I don't need it for a mission or my wall
You can get onto the ice Islands with the atv. You don't get enough air and crash into the water but respond on the island with the atv only to be trapped

First of all the mosin is called solohkiin and can't hit a linx even at 192yds so I don't know how you managed it.
And second 300 magnum or canning magnum isn't even in any weapons list so I don't know how you got it.
