Letterman always appreciated good rock music. He's definitely a fan of the Black Keys
the black keys are one of the only bands that gives me hope that good, true blues inspired rock and roll hasn't died. thank god or whoever it is for them

Every Keys performance on letterman was special, and kudos to whoever designed the letterman sound setup because it’s the best TV set one ever. Saw the Keys in 2012 and they were unreal at that time live. I remember thinking about Dan that there’s no way he wasn’t the best rockstar in the world at the moment, because he just couldn’t have been better. And down to earth dudes.
They're great and they're one of the best bands around and they're genuine.
Nothing like these two guys looking at each other knowing the other guy is Nailing it.

White lotus can kiss my ass and doesn't understand this is Black Keys fans talking up on here. And yes, this song is one of the finest songs that throws it back to the rock era songs made with soul. That just any other genre just doesn't hit that note quite the same. That last minute breakdown and guitar outro is absolute fire.

Saw them live not two months ago and they were better live than in the studio. He just bursts into solos and does a phenomenal job with jamming during a song along with Pat.

I fell in love with these guys when i first heard When the lights go out. Amazing song. i have listened to all their album and love them. Brothers came and i was AMAZED. Different sound (like not the same band) but equally as good and equally as soulful. I back these guys no matter what.

A Coduri watch the rig rundown about him... A good amount of the guitars are just from pawn stores and ebay... So cool he doesn't just use brand name guitars

Oh my god..how I love the Keys. I have never been so enraptured by a band. Their last two performances in Portland have been out of this world. They are the soundtrack to my life.

Garage rock masters. Good shit. Not overly ambitious but full of emotion and human touch. Also very catchy riffs. They got word the pop format makes millions and cashed in. THAT’S WHAT EVERY MUSICIAN EVER DOES
