You can change your wifi password in the Manager menu but only if your alarm system has the latest firmware. If you are one of our customers, give us a call and we can update it remotely for you using our Smartlink software.

Hi there, when I put in the user code it arms the system immediately rather then bringing me to the menu can you please explain?
