I suddenly understand why this dude is such a pain in the patoot. He’s lonely! The only time anyone speaks to him is when he’s in court. He can’t even get along with his own sister! Probably because she knows the meaning of the word “understand,” and he hates that.
I’m a long time court watcher and have been following this guy through several traffic cases and you are right. He actually relishes the attention and was thrilled when a female attorney spent some time on the phone with him. If you search sovereign citizen you will most likely find the cases.
How do you know he hasn't met someone special in jail, and this is the only way he can spend time with them? 😅

Martin will violate the no contact order the minute he gets out of jail. There is no way he will abide by any of the terms of his release. We will see Eric Martin back in court next week if he does bond out. Eventually Martin will realize he the court does have jurisdiction after he suits in jail for a few months.

As soon as he said "I AM allowed at the house" she should have made a record that he has stated intention of violating bond conditions and no-bond-ed him.
If I understand correctly, there are rare circumstances in Michigan where bond can be denied, and I don't think there are any misdemeanor cases under which he could be no-bonded.

Courts shouldn't tolerate a sovereign citizen's refusal to acknowledge who they are. Until they state their name, they should be treated as if they haven't appeared in court and remanded for the next court appearance ... and the next court appearance ... and so on.
