These sovcits are charged with simple citations for traffic offenses and turn them into bench warrants, contempt charges and felonies! What tools!
Make ALL of his court dates In Person! Enough with the silliness already.
But then we won't get to enjoy his silliness, unless this court puts in-person appearances on UA-cam (most courts don't).
Other judges have tried that, and he just doesn’t bother to show up. One thing you have to give Martin credit for is that unlike most sovereign citizens who only think they are above the law and not subject to its jurisdiction, Martin is able to repeatedly demonstrate that he actually is above the law by walking all over every judge he deals with.

@@davidwilliams5407 For courts that stream on yewtoob, most of them do include in-person appearances, but they do not usually stream trials, or at least not jury trials. Judge Washington is in the same district as Judge Cedric Simpson, and we have all seen tons of lively in-person hearings in his court.

I looked up the statute for his State regarding stupidity and there is no such statute.

What good is a bench warrant when they have no intention of enforcing it?
I really hope that the judge, when he’s found guilty, gives him the most severe punishment she can under the law.

People forget, the insurance law is protecting us from people who either a) can't drive or b) shouldn't be driving because of multiple dangerous driving infractions - with sovcits, it's usually DUIs - alcohol or weed. Most of these idiots are tax fraudsters and pond bottom feeders.

Yep. It's ridiculous that some states allow jury trials for every misdemeanor and traffic charge. In my state (Arizona), we only allow jury trials for a handful of misdemeanors. The rest all get bench trials and are generally wrapped up within 30-60 days.
The courts get backed up, that's why there are so many plea deals that seem lenient - to free up courts so trials aren't 4 months in the future for stuff this simple.
As long as he ends up having to pay for all the court time he's used when he's found guilty, it seems fair

Judges really need to start handing out contempt fines/sentences for repeating arguments/motions that have already been ruled on and for making “demands”. They have no authority to make demands.
Contempt …and have the Sheriff’s Dept pick him up at his home. Leave him in the gray bar hotel for 30 days and let him get a taste of his future.

In the state of Queensland Australia they have passed special laws against vexatious litigants which was designed to prevent this kind of behaviour wasting the courts time
There are also laws against vexatious litigants in America, too. But it’s rarely used.

I can't remember which judge it is, but he's really hip to the sovcit lingo so he'll say "do you comprehend" instead of "do you understand" so they can't say "I DON'T STAND UNDER THE CHARGES REEE"

I'm doing much better now but right after I got there they had to take out one of my ribs, among other things, and I definitely wasn't planning on being there that long so it was just network TV in the room and UA-cam on my phone so it was nice having his videos to pass the time!

He’s filing lawsuits, utilizing these services provided by the state…and REFUSES to follow any laws! If your so “sovereign” stop using ALL the services provided by the state, including roads, electricity, landfills, COURTS, etc (the list is INCREDIBLY long). But as soon as you “travel” on city streets, you are ACCEPTING the contract between you and the state. Your word salad and irrelevant citations will NOT change LAWS.
