I am a huge Martini fan - bracingly cold, very dry (I wash the ice with Dry Vermouth and strain it out leaving only the slightest amount of Vermouth!!) and then expressing organic lemon spritz onto the Martini!! Sometimes I add 2 drops of good quality orange or grapefruit bitters! The grapefruit are actually very nice as I think they pair beautifully with the Gin! Loving the Martini so much makes me think I would really enjoy The Tuxedo Number 2!! It looks fabulous and oh so delicious!! I have never had one and I am definitely going to make one for friends and myself before dinner tonight! I even have all the ingredients! I love that you also enjoy St. George's spirits!
