Just go to my playlists! I have a playlist for each topic...but be careful because how much you have to know/the specifics can be wildly different depending on your school...so always refer back to whatever you school has given you to make sure it lines up!

What is diff between sarcoplasma and sarcolema
Sarcolemma is the cell membrane
Sarcoplasm is the cytoplasm (intracellular fluid) of a skeletal muscle cell
And even though you didn't ask: the sarcoplasmic reticulum is a netlike structure that contains calcium that is released into the sarcoplasm to cause a muscle contraction.
