You simplified it... Wow. You explain it in so simple way that all new comer can UNDERSTAND it so easily. It was not mess, very precise and sweet presentation like a story......
Great explanation, the best one i found! I have some question about it: 1) There are specific times to trade with ICT? 2) What are the best assets to trade with ICT? 3) Which minutes or hours chart do you use more for entering your trade? Someone can answer?
ICT looks for macros to be executed every hour from 10 minutes before the hour to 10 minutes after the hour. He also says there are several macros the last hour of trading futures from 15h to 16h. As Ed mentioned here you can focus on the daily sessions (high volume periods). You can see these by just opening the volume on your chart and studying a few days. Then plan your trading for something that makes send for your lifestyle. ICTs methods target liquidity (to and through) for your targets. So they work on ALL markets. As for a timeframe, you must try this yourself and choose based on your personality. Try trading every 15 min, every hour, every day, every week or every month. One of those, when you test it going forward over next 6 months will give you a better result. Focus on the timeframes where you proved to yourself that you can execute successfully. Back testing is not sufficient to know yourself and what you are capable. You must do it on the hard right hand side of the chart.
Very informative. I had been looking for a summary of the ICT concept for a while now and this came up. I still prefer our fractal flow 'concepts' to this. At least, like you mentioned in this video, the 'daily bias' could be considered for incorporation into F.F price action reading.
Believe me, I prefer fractal flow as well. I'm just capitalizing on the current hype about ICT, which will eventually fade away. In the next videos, I will make a counterpoint between ICT and fractal flow. That will be very interesting.

If you're planning on covering more ICT concepts, please give us your take on: - Market Maker Buy/Sell Models (and their fractal nature i.e., buy/sell models within buy/sell models from HTF down to LTF charts). - How the Andrew's Pitchfork can be combined with the market maker buy/sell model. -Projecting range expansions with standard deviations. Thank You, Don.
@@TheSkulsum69I’m just a humble student of ICT and Fractal Flow. I’ve not earned any right to guide others with UA-cam videos just yet. Long road still ahead. But thanks for the confidence boost 🤝
Don, for the MMxM, you can draw your fork from the original consolidation. Often this is the CBDR or Asian Range for the daily. Then, set your fork up with warning lines. 10-20 will do. Watch as price passes through them. You will have instantly predicted all of the FVGs and IOFED entries that ICT would use during those trades. Also, if you watch for ICTs macros at the top of each hour, you will be able to identify the best pendulum forks to catch the reversals. Try it and let me know how you get on.

I was disheartened because they seemed too complex, but you've explained them with such clarity and skill. Fantastic job! Thank you so much. You've definitely earned a lifelong subscriber!
I've been here for five and a half years actually haha.
🤣@@fractalflowpro
Thank you very much for sharing this awesome concept! As a trader, I found it incredibly valuable.
Thank you so much! Your channel is awesome full of so much value. Thank you for the time and effort you put into these videos and I wish a very prosperous life and your family.
Thank you!
I've learned something new from this video. I've been looking at the charts for over 2 years but I didn't learn some of the concepts I've learned today. Thanks
U complied it very nice however, me myself, I rather stick to FFS, MMS,NTS ! I studied ICT for 3 months and I found myself doing very mechanical things and taking a lot of losses. Definitely recommend all Fractal Flow Strategies based on science and nobel prized winning giants.
Of course! I'm not recommending ICT's method. I'm just showing what it is to attract new people. Good old technical analysis, which is what I teach, will never go out of fashion.
@@fractalflowpro that's right, i will bet my life on a fractal bar!
Oh man, thank you very much. Your method of explanation is excellent and the arrangement of information is very beautiful and concise. When I watch the ict itself, I get tired because it talks a lot 😂
Wow ! What a fantastic video !!
I watched it twice so far. I feel ill go back here from time to time to refresh these concept.
Thanks
This is an excellent succinct class in basic ICT strategies
You did way better than the ICT founder! Great work. I hope you extend this series to another video covering potential entry models. Thank you very much!
He rambles too much. I can certaintly create videos like that if people want to!
@@fractalflowproplease do that sir
I will make a video about various "entry models" next I believe.
@@fractalflowpro That would be amazing! Thank you very much for taking our suggestions into consideration.
That would be awesome man@@fractalflowpro
Much appreciation to how you drastically take your time to explaining the market. Peace be upon you sir.very amazing lesson for biggners like me. it help me so much to improve my trading skill. thanks more.
You just simplified ICT strategy to the bear minimum.. Great Job buddy.
great help, tried out the OTE and Swing high swing low method just now while watching 8 minutes in on EUR/USD 4 hr backtest, was in profit, I think this will be my main strategy.
Any update on using this strategy?

Excellent explanation and demonstration! Looking forward to learn from your experience on other concepts and models 💎
I stumbled with this great video plenty of valuable information just by luck. Really appreciate your time and effort to share this information. God bless you.
Thank you for making this video giving a short but very informative explanation on the core ICT concepts.
Very well structured.
It was very helpful.
Much needed simplify explanation. Thank you very much for the value you've created.
Thank you so much for summarizing these concepts, much easier to understand for beginner ICT leaners!
Great content as usual from this channel!
Say goodbye to the rollercoaster of trading and hello to the stability of compounding with NoahSwap. My investments are steadily growing, and I'm loving it. #NoahSwap #Crypto"
Thank you, it makes very clear the ICT Foundation in just 30 minutes LOVE IT ❤❤❤
You simplified it... Wow.
You explain it in so simple way that all new comer can UNDERSTAND it so easily. It was not mess, very precise and sweet presentation like a story......
Great explanation, the best one i found! I have some question about it:
1) There are specific times to trade with ICT?
Excellent questions and excellent answers
Very informative. I had been looking for a summary of the ICT concept for a while now and this came up. I still prefer our fractal flow 'concepts' to this. At least, like you mentioned in this video, the 'daily bias' could be considered for incorporation into F.F price action reading.
Believe me, I prefer fractal flow as well. I'm just capitalizing on the current hype about ICT, which will eventually fade away. In the next videos, I will make a counterpoint between ICT and fractal flow. That will be very interesting.
@@fractalflowpro yeah i do think that ICT is quite dangerous in my oponion because it doesn't follow the trend.
Oh finally you make the video and as I expected an other perfect video great job brother you are a professor
Thanks!
Really great job Ed. Hope you explore ICT more. I do understand some of the material is a bit difficult to "endure"
Hello just wanted to I am offering mentorship for 20$ I have been trading for 6 years now and have developed my own strategy which is really unique. once you see it your going to laugh hahaa but it is amazing nothing crazy it makes around 40% to 60% which is realistic
Thank you so much for your summary of ICT strategy! Really appreciate it!
Really useful, simple graphic, good content... Thank you!
Thanks
One of the best videos I’ve seen about trading! Thank you so much!!
If you're planning on covering more ICT concepts, please give us your take on:
- Market Maker Buy/Sell Models (and their fractal nature i.e., buy/sell models within buy/sell models from HTF down to LTF charts).
- How the Andrew's Pitchfork can be combined with the market maker buy/sell model.
-Projecting range expansions with standard deviations.
Thank You, Don.
Ok
Honestly don with that essay type of a question you need to start your own yt channel and u should. I support you and I’ll subscribe.
@@TheSkulsum69I’m just a humble student of ICT and Fractal Flow. I’ve not earned any right to guide others with UA-cam videos just yet. Long road still ahead. But thanks for the confidence boost 🤝
Way to advanced... Ict channel. Last video
This video is pure gold. Thank you for your work 🙏🙏
Love this❤ Thanks for taking the time to break down these concepts. God Bless:)
Your video was able to clear almost all possible aspect of candle reading.
Not even close. There is a lot more to see.
I am thinking newbies are watching this bait so this is for you, you need minimum 2 years for understanding this watching live price action.
How many years did you take ?
Just keep looking at the charts, choose one or two pair and your eyes will be trained to notice price action
The fact it took you two years doesn't mean it will take others that much time stop discouraging people
@@Heisnxthan It's not a good attitude for the trader profession to be discouraged by random internet comments. Lower your expectations and trust the process, whether it takes you 2 or 10 years to take this job with the seriousness it deserves. The results will appear on their own.
Crybaby mad because he paid money when all the knowledge is on the internet and even better explained
Really perfectly Video bro, you explain it like a pro, you gave me really new way to look and analyse the market
