HELP This is my second unit from Amazon. and I am either getting defective units or doing something wrong. I press the power on, the machine begins to heat up, I press the Temperature button and use the minus to get the unit to give me 150F temp, however the unit continues to heat to 210F and the minus button does not respond, BUT I can make the temperature higher. The Minus button does not beep as well while touching it, but it beeps if I change the time. Can anyone help me?

Wouldn’t you have to put Teflon or something to protect the vinyl when you layer ?

@Natalie, I thought the same. I just got this very Heat Press today, but I will definitely be covering everything with a Teflon Sheet.
