I bought mine and opened it up a week ago, going to be using it for the first time so this video was great. Mine did have a piece of the plastic broken on the very front left side of the drawer slide which doesn't effect the workings of it but was really disappointing when I opened it up as the two boxes that it was inside of weren't damaged at all so I'm guessing it happened in the warehouse. But what I noticed trying to put a T-shirt on their was I could hardly slide the drawer in? I haven't turned it on yet but I hope it lifts up a little bit when I turn it on so I can do thicker items like sweatshirts. Update works great and as soon as I turned it on it lifted up but I had to replace the mat after about twenty presses as it wrinkled badly.
We loved this press when we first received it in January 2023. We only use it moderately (less than 6 items pressed per use per month). Now it is August 2023 and it will not close. It heats up perfectly but when we try to press it closes and pops right back open and the controls start blinking. It has also started making a grinding noise. I contacted warranty support as the press is under warranty, they responded requesting videos of the problems, we emailed videos back, they responded with they couldn't open the videos (they are too stupid to download them and use a player to view them), we uploaded the videos to our you tube channel (cause everyone has one of those) and sent them the links....There response was to give them significant time to troubleshoot the problem and they would get back to me. I’m sure enough time for my warranty to expire. I asked them point blank to honor their warranty and replace the press…Crickets!!!! Others here have complained about these same issues in the reviews. THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY!!! I'll update this review if something changes.
@@zahrabdeiri8684 Update, After I sent an email to Amazon warranty support they FINALLY after weeks of back and forth agreed to honor their warranty. We had to send our press back to them (thank God we had the original box and packaging) and then after prompting them with proof (tracking) that they had received it, they sent us a new press two weeks later. The whole process from start to finish lasted over 6 weeks. I don't believe they would have honored their warranty if we had not contacted Amazon. Given all of this I would definitely not recommend this press as your primary press as I don't know any businesses that could operate for 6 weeks without a primary piece of equipment.
I’m having the same issues w/ customer support. I added a 2nd pressing pillow to mine and no matter what I do none of my vinyl will stick to t-shirts or can coolers. I’m having to press 150 coolers and 20 shirts with my easy press before my son’s wedding and another wedding party. I got mine the middle of last month.
I JUST ORDERED MINE, IT SHOULD BE HERE BY OCT 2ND. HOPEFULLY BEFORE THAT DAY. I WAS HURT ON THE JOB SO I CAN'T PULL DOWN ON MY MAIN HEAT PRESS, 16X20. THIS WILL WORK AS A BACK UP.
Hi hello, the latest i know is for dtf printing we still need to spread dtf powder and after that we send the paper to oven to "cook" the printing. After this two step we can heat press the material. If im not mistaken , i dont see those two steps in your video. So with this technology we can skip the powder and "cooking" process? Please advice. Cheers from Indonesia 😊
I love this machine with the exception that you can't turn it off. The light will continue to blink once you turn it on the very first time. If someone discovers a way to turn the blinking light off please post it so everyone will know. The machine is great other than that!!!

I found this on Amazon last year and bought it. It works great and I love it. I highly recommend it. Makes it so much more fun to craft and use the iron on vinyl..

Is it a three prong or two prong plug for USA version? Heard some people hurt some people ordered this and got a 2-prong plug when we normally get 3-prong plugs for heat pressers

How do you do the sublimation transfers? Is there a certain kind of transfer that you print the design on for it to do this? If that’s the case, do you need a particular kind of printer? I have an HP Inkjet but wasn’t sure if that would work at all.
For sublimation you need a specific sublimation printer with sublimation ink. The printers are expensive, so I bought an Epson EcoTank, and instead of adding the inkjet to it, I added sublimation ink. I have a video showing how I did it. Here's the link for it: ua-cam.com/video/fn4oI6mDBcI/v-deo.html
I've been using this machine since it first came out. I've done many DTF transfers with it and they come out great. I love this machine!
Awesome!! That's great to hear!!

Hi, I just ordered this machine, I am a bit worried that I have seen negative feedbacks. How is your machine like now? Are they working well?
