had a suggestion.. i feel if you're running multiple sirens might be confusing.. how about for 1 Run Lets try the Whelen Siren And the Q only with lots of horn . i love when the q peaks super high
People are idiots in the Philippines. Unlicensed drivers outnumber licensed ones 1000:1 there. Plus, there's no law against having more than one siren on an emergency vehicle. Volunteer firefighters will take advantage of this, and there's no such thing as overkill. Also, fire in the Philippines spreads faster, so getting there is a necessity.

@CenturyEmergencyPhotography I do get the styles of both countries. I came from the Philippines and immigrated to Canada in late 2015.
Some places in Canada or the US do run more than one siren tone, but not as much as seen in this video. Personally, if I were a volunteer fire chief, I'd have more than the number of sirens that the volunteers in this video use, keep it for the fire trucks, and if our situation called for it, maybe for POVS too.
