Designing, fabricating, and assembling a model of this magnitude is a stunning achievement, and you accomplished it flawlessly! Your flying skills are impeccable as well! Absolutely brilliant! Bravo!
That is absolutely STUNNING MAN! You did an incredible job, that is really something. A lot of work and you accomplished it perfectly. Thanks so much for showing this, my favorite video!
Very nice... I really like the power system.. I wish you would’ve shown the servo and battery system. Nice and I’m sure Pappy Boyington is smiling down on you from heaven.
A feat of miniature aviation engineering, congratulations sir on what must be this years most interesting & innovative model aeroplane, beautifully flown too.
Congratulations! You are a genius, and the way how you manage the weight and balance for your airplane is amazing. Thank you for sharing. It's a great airplane from a great builder. Best regards from Mexico
This is inspiration and hope for our hobby, to fly indoors, as regulations become increasingly burdensome for us outdoors. Thank you for sharing this video, Jurgen...subscribed!
How delicate is the model? Can it be flown outside? Could it handle a rough landing? It is truly impressive. I'd love to see it in real life. Capped off with a beautiful landing!
Awesome build! My baffled how the wing supports are mixed between ones with holes/space to save weight and a couple that are completely solid. Are there ways to calculate the load those supports have to hold and how many supports you can get away with punching holes in? or was that more of an educated guess? Thank you for not putting loud, annoying music in the video lol, I was convinced my sound was muted.
Very nice plane ! I build large scale rc planes for outdoors, I had never even seen or heard of this kind of ultra light rc plane. Do you use a sound system for engine sounds and how many rpm is the engine spinning. I saw a different video of it flying before watching the build video.
Thank you very much! No i haven't a soundsystem. The enginesound come from the speakers.. i think i can fly with 400rpm but if i would i could 1600rpm at full throttle.
Parabéns guerreiro. Sensacional, você é sinistro amigo. Coisa de louco esse progeto. Lindo e completamente funcional. Mais uma vez parabéns pela tua engenhosidade
what do you mean when you say, "no space for helium". Sorry, I'm new to this and am not sure what you say there. Edit: ok, i think you're saying for all doubters that you are not doing trickery with light-weight inert gases , is this correct?
Fantastic job. I am curious what drove the decision to use a 4 blade prop rather than the traditional three. Can you explain possible design differences or challenges involved? Does it change the flight characteristics or speed?
Excellent. I guess I just wasn't aware of that. Plus looking at the prop on the plans at the beginning showed the 4 blade over what appeared to be a 3 blade. Thanks for the reply. Is this plane to light relative to its size to fly outside in anything other than dead calm?
Yes 3,8kg is correct. A glider is no corsair... a big wing, big airfoil and flaps bring a lot. And the corsair fly faster than it looks because there size
Well done, fantasitic model and even with fixed undercarriage it would have been good but with retractable undercarriage as well it made the model excellent.
I think it should be the best way to reproduce the flight of the wonderful FIESELER STORCH Can you fly outdoor? Great talentS, indeed. Thank you so much to make ouf dreams come true
Do you have a link to the reduction gearbox? I've been searching for one for my 1/5 scale AT-6 but have no luck. It will be about the same weight and I'm curious about your power setup. Thanks
Absolutely incredible! Please tell me what the prop was made from? I assume the trick to slow scale flight indoors is large slowfly type props but you pulled off a scale looking prop for low rpm...I am very curious to know more!
Holee cow - carved by hand?? I believe you met an ex South African friend of mine who makes stunning composite MB326 and Impala models recently, he's a big fan of your work as am I.
Yes indeed, a super nice guy and fellow South African in your country, I did some illustration work for him. That makes sense on the prop, amazing craftsmanship to shape a prop that has to perfectly balance - even if it was milled first it's still impressive that you get it balanced.
Is there any way I can get plans for this? If there is how much are you asking in U.S. dollars? I would die for a Corsair this size If there are no plans any recommendations on how I can do this?
Jürgen Schönle ok. I'll see if I can find it , recently I have been trying to rebuild my Corsair collection since most where damaged however I have been trying to go larger, what electronics do you recommend?
Designing, fabricating, and assembling a model of this magnitude is a stunning achievement, and you accomplished it flawlessly! Your flying skills are impeccable as well! Absolutely brilliant! Bravo!
Such an amazing craftsmanship. Amazing work.
With few exceptions HAND BUILT! You are a true Craftsman, sir! You have not surrendered to the robots.
I am amazed at how well your planes fly along with your ability to fly them, your building skills are impressive as well. Thanks for sharing
That is absolutely STUNNING MAN! You did an incredible job, that is really something. A lot of work and you accomplished it perfectly. Thanks so much for showing this, my favorite video!

Unglaublich wie du solche leichten Modelle baust und fliegst lieber Jürgen ich bin sehr begeistert!
Friedhelm Hess wie schön von dir zu hören! Vielen Dank! Ich hoffe dass es dir gut geht?

One of the best models i ever saw
Fantastic - love this model and an incredible flight envelope. Well done Sir
I love your airplanes. Are you going to make and sell plans?
Thank you very much for the video of the manufacturing process! That's cool! I really like light large models ... Super!
Beautifully built and flown. Superb..
Did it again! Love the scale! Fantastic!
Love war birds. This Corsair looks fantastic and it flies beautifully too. Thanks for sharing.
A BIG and awesome job of construction and engineering. Thanks for sharing your talents. Shalom
amazing work ...! and PERFECT landing!!!!
Wunderschön! Opportunities to fly this plane must be limited and it must be a real treat when you can!
This is Awesome~it even has Retractable landing gear, wonderful! Great build~
Very nice... I really like the power system.. I wish you would’ve shown the servo and battery system. Nice and I’m sure Pappy Boyington is smiling down on you from heaven.
Amen and Amen.
Great combination of old school techniques and new age materials! BRAVO!
Amazing work and awesome engineering, well done !
Wow great build and flight.....😎
I'm in awe of your skill! Model must be incredibly delicate.
Such an amazing model.
How on earth could a silent video with no action or drama or naked ladies be my favorite on UA-cam?? I don't know but it is!
Naked ladies after awhile cause brain damage to us men....
@@kevinbrislawn5918 LOL. But what a way to go!
Gratuliere Dir Jürgen! Was für ein perfekter und schöner Arbeit ! Staunenswert!
Just doing the math to create the drive system is a major accomplishment. Fantastic plane and flight - well done!
A feat of miniature aviation engineering, congratulations sir on what must be this years most interesting & innovative model aeroplane, beautifully flown too.
Thank you! That was very nice to see how it is built. To keep planes light need as much skills (or more) than regular outdoor model..
That is a very awesome build. I really like the Corsair. Good job!!
Congratulations! You are a genius, and the way how you manage the weight and balance for your airplane is amazing. Thank you for sharing. It's a great airplane from a great builder.
Best regards from Mexico
Epic. Makes me want to do a 1/4 scale P-38 the same way. Kudos
That's would be awesome!
Impressive build and flying video bro. Keep up the good work!
Das ist die geilste Schaumwaffel ever... Jetzt noch einen Soundgenerator da rein...
Das wäre der Hammer!
Amazing job, its art in the air ! Congrats my brother 🎉🎉
CONGRATULATIONS FOR THE PROJECT
Love your planes and videos. Good job!
Amazing awesome skill and talent, great building skills. I’m impressed, plane looks and flys great .good work 👍
Mindblowing! Well done, Jürgen!
That's awesome. Great work!
Your work is legend.

Thank you very much! Yes it can flown outside!
Oh I forgot to thank you for the video photo log. Very helpful to see.
👍 👍 👍 Echt toll gemacht Jürgen. Sehr viel Arbeit und Herzblut haste da investiert. Klasse
Ergebnis, und sooo cool vorgeflogen. RESPEKT !!!
Vielen Dank!
Most amazing build...
WOW!! Unbelievable! Amazing! so beautiful flying slow like that - you are the best builder i've seen :) :)
Truly awesome!👍👍
Wunderbar !
Very cool. Well done!
Ive been in rc for 40 years in one form or another and I don't give compliments freely ...two words for you sir...FUCKING SPECTACULAR !!!
Will you consider making a kit for more ppl to enjoy such a aircraft.. Regards FeliX Thng Singapore.. it flies fantastic

Goblin 500 main bearing block? that's really ingenious!
At first it was from a Goblin 570 but now it is from a 380. It save more thann 400gramm and i have more as enough power.
Wow the styrofoam wheel look awesom
Jon E thank's but it is epp, no styro..
just amazing job !!
incredible!

Fantastic job. I am curious what drove the decision to use a 4 blade prop rather than the traditional three. Can you explain possible design differences or challenges involved? Does it change the flight characteristics or speed?
Some originals have 4 blade too and I think it looks better
Excellent. I guess I just wasn't aware of that. Plus looking at the prop on the plans at the beginning showed the 4 blade over what appeared to be a 3 blade. Thanks for the reply. Is this plane to light relative to its size to fly outside in anything other than dead calm?
@@jonathanstreech2267 flying outdoor is no problem
Is it really 3.8 kg? It flies like 380 g. I have a glider of 2 kg and same wingspan - it flies at 100 kmh and 20 kmh stall speed.
Looks awesome!
Sergey Ogurtsov ii
Yes 3,8kg is correct. A glider is no corsair... a big wing, big airfoil and flaps bring a lot. And the corsair fly faster than it looks because there size

Many compliments!!!
Now this is bad ass.
wow.

Great talentS, indeed. Thank you so much to make ouf dreams come true
where did you get this kit ....... amazing
Alice Copper it is no kit, it is scratchbuild by me..
awsome
3d printed parts? Propeller? I love the design and build
Work of art! Well done indeed!
No, propeller is wood and carbon
Awesome, amazing flight. About how much does the ready for flight aircraft weight?
Thank you! It weights 3,8kg ( 8,4lb)
Was ist die maximale Gewicht für den Modell? Ist sehr Schönes! Dank für teilen.
Well Done 👍👍👍

Jürgen Schönle ja dafür ist es wohl gedacht, aber ich würde solch einem projekt trotz diesem schönen video jämmerlich scheitern👨🏭👨🔧
Wow!
Amazing
Wow! How does it fly outside with a little wind? Really good flight thanks.....
Derredmax thank's yes, a littlebit windy is no Problem

What’s the term “no helium” mean indoors ? Ultra noob asking:)
Jon E most people mean that every slow flying plane need helium to fly so slow. But this one flies without helium..
Bravo.
can we fly this out door

Darren-Edward Oneill you mean anton Benning? The prop is in first time milled and i carfed it to make it finish
Yes indeed, a super nice guy and fellow South African in your country, I did some illustration work for him. That makes sense on the prop, amazing craftsmanship to shape a prop that has to perfectly balance - even if it was milled first it's still impressive that you get it balanced.
Darren-Edward Oneill yes, i met hin this year. It was nice. 4 blade is easyer to balance as 3 blade :)
How much for a kit or Complete model of this
Thanks.
Anyone know what make is this kit? Would like to build one
No kit, it's scrachtbuilt!
@@GJuergen2009 wow, guy has talent
Can this be flown outdoor too?
Yes of course
ua-cam.com/video/3btIlsC2Pyk/v-deo.html
the word "Amazing" is too mild, but from concept, to construction to actual flight, the entire project is at least amazing!
depron 3mm o 6mm ?
ribs 3mm, skinn 0,6mm
You covered the frame with depron? I actually thought it was some paper like material, this build is absolutely phenominal
Is there any way I can get plans for this? If there is how much are you asking in U.S. dollars?
I would die for a Corsair this size
If there are no plans any recommendations on how I can do this?
Rex C sorry but i haven't any plans. I use just a 3side view from the internet
Jürgen Schönle ok. I'll see if I can find it , recently I have been trying to rebuild my Corsair collection since most where damaged however I have been trying to go larger, what electronics do you recommend?
YOU PLACED A REDUCTION BOX IN THE ENGINE TO REDUCE THE SPEED
I need a gearbox to move a big propeller " 42x25inch"
wowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww.. beautiful
Sweet juice!
