From all the artistic shading, painted-on detailing, and use of oils, it looked as if you applied figure painting skills! The results are _very_ impressive and realistic. 👍
Fabulous work and attention to details. Having built this same kit, it is probably one of if not (the) best engineered and fitting plastic model aircraft kits ever made. Great video - thank you.
Lovely work. A lot of models look great from a normal viewing distance and then start to look less realistic as you get closer. Your model looks more and more realistic the closer you get into the detail. I can see the hours you put into each piece and it really makes the model seem more real and each piece stands on its own merit. The model somehow feels "solid", like its actually metal and not just plastic. Fantastic stuff. You have a new fan. :) Dan
Phenomenal. Easily as good as any of the top model makers on UA-cam, and arguably even better. I just wish you’d share more on your techniques... and ditch the slide transitions! Thanks for the inspiration.
Thanks for the feedback! I'm preparing detailed videos about painting specific parts of the plane. But it's gonna take some time. I hope u will like it. I will work on my slide transitions.
Great job...realistic & a true working Corsair navy fighter! I built the Tamiya 1/32 scale F4U Corsair with it's million parts that allows for different configurations! Not a cheap model by any means & quite complicated! Unlike you, I gave my Corsair a pristine paint job just off the assembly line. She hasn't been battle hardened as yet...lol!
Thank you all for your feedback. Dirt and weatering on airplanes is my favorite part of model building. Maybe I sometimes exaggerate, but I just like it that way... Of course, I have nothing against "clean" models.
Sorry to be so offtopic but does anybody know of a method to get back into an Instagram account..? I somehow forgot the account password. I appreciate any help you can give me.
@Kaiden Walter Thanks so much for your reply. I got to the site thru google and I'm in the hacking process atm. Looks like it's gonna take a while so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
I recently acquired the same kit with the Eduard photo-etch upgrades. It all seems a big undertaking, but soon I will dive into it. Hope I can build it as impressively as you did yours.
Stunning! How do you achieve these diffferent shades of green in the cockpit interior? Just by shading and edge highlighting, or do you actually use different shades of green? It looks so beatiful! Greetings from Germany:)
Thanks for the feedback! I'm preparing detailed videos about painting specific parts of the plane. But it's gonna take some time. I hope u will like it.

David R Lentz, Columbus, Ohio, USA (Saturday, 27 July, 2024) You have brought us an authentic master class in painting generally-surely you are an artiste of the finest order!-and for the better quality model kits we have. I hope you assemble and paint figurines, vehicles, etc., in 1:32nd-, 1:35th-, and 1:25th/24th-scales. Are you able to sculpt objects of different kinds (people in various labours, equipment and tools for such endeavours, perhaps animals: pets, livestock, wild fauna, etc.), as well? If you are as good at sculpting as you are at painting in the style and manner of the great masters, you conceivably could generate a creditable income creating the originals to make molds for casting reproductions that model-builders would buy; in other words, a side hustle that might even offset your expenses in building model kits.
Thank you all for your feedback. I previously freelanced for Aires creating masters for their products as well as designing photo-etchings. I don't have much time now, but the cockpit sets for the Me 262 1/32 Revell are coming out soon - a single, a two-seater night and a two-seater trainer, which I helped to model. Of course I will use the set when building the Me 262B on my YT channel.
@@DetailsScaleModels, YOU freelanced for Aires? I keenly admire them for their resin work, and overall excellence. i can see why: you are at the pinnacle of excellence! I fervently appreciate you for your exemplary artistry. I only wish our meeting were in person! I hope you are well. My own illnesses (I have become terribly thin) kindles my empathy for others in their suffering and struggles.

This is no model. It's a true WW2 movie miniature! What an absolutely amazing work!
Your weathering and paint fading effects are exceptional.
I've seen many scale modeling videos on YT. Your channel is the best by far. Amazing!
How much detail do you want on your kit? YES!
Amazing work!

Excellent looking build, love the advanced paint work and extras you have put into the build, well done mate.
beautifully done. Crazily detailed
Brilliant build! Details are jaw-dropping in their realism.
Thanks for sharing. Your work is beautiful!
Great work ! What a fine detailing and painting. No longer it doesn't looks like a model.
Wow, the detail on this bird is so good. cheers to ya!

Thank you for the tips and high quality video. This goes in my playlist to watch multiple times.

Fantastic, I am blown away.
Absolutely Perfection! Love it.
Cool!... we operated Corsair planes with our RNZAF... there is a Corsair warbird here.. thanks from NZ 👍🇳🇿
Very nice. The landing gear is excellent, and the engine is particularly good.
You are an artist!
You hit it out of the park.
Awsome work! Full pro. Greetings from Poland! 🇨🇿🍺🍺🇵🇱

Beautiful.
Great work ! Bravo :o)
I build the same model I love your work on iit.
Some of the best panel work I've seen! 14:46, I noticed you didn't fill and sand the joints between the tire halves. Intentional?
Thanks for the feedback. I was not consistent...
Wonderful job. How much time required this brautiful model?
Thank you all for your feedback. I guess it was 3-4 weeks
Just seen two Videos and i am amazed!!!!!! 😱 This is just a piece of art!!!!!How much time do you spent per Model?
I built the Corsair for a review when it was new. Construction was quick, about a month. It's the perfect kit.
Awesome! 😁👍

Unbelievable...!

Wish Tamyia ,would make a marine , version of the f4u-4 Corsair it's has 4 blade prop and scopes on the cowl .
Excellent. Please video the actual airbrushing.
Are you willing to sell this Birdcage or commission a build $$?? Henry
Your work is fabulous!!
I'm sorry, but I no longer build models for sale. I was sorry to say goodbye to them then...
I understand!! Needless to say I’ve enjoyed your craftsmanship and I learn a lot by watching !! Thank you for responding!!

Previously, I worked more with Aires. I don't have time for that anymore and I'd rather devote myself to my UA-cam channel. Good luck to you.
English???
English subtitles?
Not in English very dissapointed
He made the effort to put subtitles! Too lazy to read ?
