The more you pursue him the more he will go away. He will find you annoying and without things what to do. Sadly that doesn't work with men. Some men like to say: If I would live next to you I would pursue you. That could be a strategy to seduce you and speak things without having intention to do ir for real. I feel like this kind of words working on young or very naive women.
Reminds me to listen to Aerosmith's Falling In Love (Is Hard On The Knees) once again. Those addictive biochemical neurotransmitters (which some call "great chemistry" and some others even go so far as to call them "unconditional love" since it feels so big and incredible, just like a drug might do, too) can really render one in a metaphorically kneeling position. It's good to come out of that. Great song also. 🎶
Your examples of personal experiences show a clear awareness, brava Shari, yet the modern social media is a hotbed for delusions and misunderstandings. People are seeking with various motivations. Strength of character is dimmed by dreaming, limerence, distractions, and past trauma. You have a southern CA vocabulary, it's fine, just sayin'... Thanks for posting.
Is it cynical of me to say that while women are usually repulsed by a man throwing himself at them, many men tend to think hmmmm, I could take advantage of this for awhile, when a woman throws herself at a him.
@@schahrzadmorgan When I was young, people would use the term infatuation, when people wanted to be together 24/7, shortly after meeting. The word fell into disuse. It is not a word for love.
just adding, i have been on both sides of the phenomena of projection and transference, learning the hard way the true indicators/signs of interest that schahrzad mentions here. i completely agree with her assessment of the internal mechanics and circumstances that lead us and others to lean into projection and transference. hard-won insights here. 🙏🕊
You’re exaggerating the issue of falling for someone who’s not interested. Not such a big deal. It happens all the time. Oh well. Time solves it all and people move on.
Wow Schahrzad, thanks for the honest info….Luv ya and God bless you millions fold
