Jump King updated to make RTA and IGT the same, so that run is a personal best by 16 seconds.
Made a dumb mistake in the chapel exit, but I'll take it. This run uses a new cycle skip found by lennygold, saving 12 seconds. Another cycle can be skipped if you go for window skip + sewers skip.
