- Sold the dump trailer and found the perfect replacement for my needs. A lightweight Sport Haven Aluminum trailer that is low and pulls easily. Now to start the mods.

That's a really nice trailer!
I like it. It's one of the lower priced aluminum trailers and my dealer has been selling them for years with no major issues. With Dexter axles it should last. thanks for watching.

I hope you are both keeping safe and well, that looks to be a great looking trailer, you mentioned about more smoke being blown down from Canada, I was watching Sprague Wood Turning this week he is from Canada, mentioned about Forest fires , were very bad as well, my next door neighbour spoke with me with his son who speak English, and he said that they would come in 2/3 weeks time and help me remove the trees out of river, in return I would help make him a oak frame for the back of his barn,
I have a lot of trees that need to be removed, they are leaning over the river badly and one as gone over since last weekend, the river is removing the embankment so the roots are exposed and then the tree goes over, I think that I have lost about a 1Mt of land in 10 years,
I will probably end up not having to cut the grass 😂, I will just end up have a boating 🛶 lake, 😂 .

Yes this past week we have had the smoke from the Canadian fires make the air unhealthy to breathe in our area. Basically been in the house with windows closed so we don't get sick. Hopefully next week there finally will be some rain to help clear the air. Don't forget your fishing pole. Thanks for watching.
Sharp looking trailer. Very wonderful that you actually MADE money selling that older trailer! Darn smoke pollution in my area is finally starting to dissipate a bit. My eyes are still burning and I have a slight cough going on too. Hope and pray that we both get that rain that is on the way. Most of all, I hope it moves very VERY slowly to give this concrete-hard ground a chance to soak it in. We had only 5/100 of an inch of rain in the past couple of days. None in May. The heat just evaporates it so fast. I still have plants to get into the ground. Too hot and windy to finish in the past few weeks. Enjoy all your wonderful back-saving power equipment. You always keep everything so clean and well-maintained. I hope Mrs. URHC is feeling better.🤎
I got lucky with the timing. Dump trailers are in high demand now and utility trailer sales are way down. Made money on the dump and was able to get $1,500.00 off this one by having 3 dealers within 100 miles of me competing. our eyes are burning and throats still sore just like you. Looks like we will finally get rain this coming week that should help. Its so dry the birds are fighting over the bird bath now. It has been like a nuclear winter here. Toys really help make life easier but also take time to maintain. Just picked a big batch of turnip greens for tonight. Thanks for watching.
Backing up the ramp with the zero turn gives you better control. Especially with wet conditions. Give it a try

I'll probably sell it on Craigslist once I see if the weigh safe is a keeper. With crazy inflation it's worth alot more then I paid for it now and I can invest that in L track.

Aluminium track they use in planes to secure cargo. Same anchors as the trailer came with.
I just bought the same trailer. I am looking forward to seeing your tie down video. That's the one thing I don't like about the trailer. No serious tie down locations.

Thought i notice the ramp flex a little with the green tractor. Might be worth putting 4 more pieces of that box aluminum
I don’t think the ramp is as strong as they rate it. I have an idea about a set of feet that contact the ground in the middle. May have to get a spool gun and learn to weld aluminium.

I just bought the 5x8 version of that exact trailer. I found the wheel and tire on Amazon for the spare, and the dealer's price for it was within about 20 bucks, so I bought that too. To clean it have you just been power washing it? I'm using it for an atv so it's going to get dirty
I tried polishing it up with a good protective aluminium polish and gave up because of how messy it was. I plan on just letting it oxidize and hosing it off now. Thanks for watching.

Very nice unit , I heard you say 7' wide but didn't hear the leangth I assume 14' by the model number.
Yes it's 14 feet. The 12s were a litt short to be able to balance the load for hitch weight. It's a middle of the road brand that seems perfect for my needs. Thanks for watching.

I don't know why, but for some reason I thought you had a Ford Maverick truck, not a Ranger.
No, they are toy trucks that can't tow much. The Ranger has a 7500 pound tow rating. 5k unequalized so this is perfect for all my needs. Thanks for watching.
