Something I appreciate about this book is that one of the Soldiers mentions that despite how well armed they are they were still underquipped to deal with the dinosaurs that were hunting them as they did not have an adequate calibre of bullet to put them down fast enough. Cutter himself says something to the same effect and that some of the creatures they face don't know their dead till much after you shoot them. I love this because so many times in dino media when people bring guns they always bring small arms when there is a very real possibility that they would encounter multi-tonne predators that would only be aggravated if shot with something like an Ak-47. The bigger they are the bigger the bullet will be what is needed and it felt great to see that kind of acknowledgement in this book.
I'm amazed that even Primeval kept their Liopleurodon more modestly sized than Walking with Dinosaurs. You'd think the former would go hog-wild and have it be even larger than the largest blue whale or something.
Next book is extinction event. I think that was set after series 2 finale after when Stephen die. I remember it shows Cutter blaming himself for his death but he comes to terms that it was Helen fault. It explains why Cutter was now to terms with it and he knows it was her fault in the first episode of series 3

2:52: There ain’t no way they expected people to take that name seriously.

Sorry I couldn’t be there for the premiere. Amazing video! As always!
Did you mean to say S2E4 at the end?
What’s the music at 7:20 called?
It's music from the 2001 Lost World when they're climbing to the plateau

6:48 I did NOT need to know about this. Between that and the stripper comment, seems like there's some very peculiar opinions on "Abs". :v
And here I was thinking you weren't going to be able to get this out before the Series 3 breakdown videos.
Leek was taking a holiday
Or meeting up with Helen or recurring his men and planning his plan of becoming the powerful man on the planet
On a butterfly collecting expedition
I enjoyed this video, I really liked the show when it was on. I have one question... did I hear you say Brussels, France?
That may have been a goof
Have you heard the first teaser for talon is out
What movie was that at 8.59?? Memory unlocked 🤣
