Last day of November, just finished the 50 minute exercise and feel great. I will be 72 in January, this is the best I have felt since 2017 when I started one of two different cancer treatments. Trying to do anything was a struggle. COVID lockdown stopped me from even walking through our Walmart. I started on November first and have worked out everyday. I am blessed to have found you both and your programs. 💕

I finally finished this one-- it's was a challenge for me. I started doing your workouts several months ago and I've gotten much stronger. I've tried other ways of getting fit, like walking. Walking depends on the weather so much -- it's great that I can do these exercises with you two every day no matter what the weather . Weights make such a difference! OMG this is excellent we're in Denver, CO for 5 week to help taken care of a grandson going to be born on Friday2-3-2023, And can't going out for a walk with one digit weather, your video is a big help especially 50 minute enjoy every minute of it. Thanks April and Aiko! It’s been just over six weeks since my surgery and the doctor has given me permission to walk and exercise gently on my feet. Last night I did the plus minus walking dance and had a ball. Today,I did this video, no jumping for me not for quite a while, but oh, it was so good to stand up and exercise even though I went much more gently than sitting in the chair. It felt so much better, thanks for hanging in there while I healed. The doctor is amazed how fast I healed, and I credit it to exercise. Because although I wasn’t really walking, I was moving it I was moving it and moving blood through it and it healed so fast. Thank you, thank you!

Absolutely love your workouts, and the banter between you and mum! My daughter has said that you are a reflexion of us with mum and daughter exercise together and chat ! She is the chatterbox, I just want to exercise! I love that you give alternative ways to do a move, I have had a knee replacement plus major foot surgery all on my left knee/foot, so no longer can do floor work so showing how to do those moves against the wall is genius!! I love this longer workout. I have also done a couple of yours recently where you show ways of making each move more challenging. Thank you for this. So many workouts for seniors seem to assume that we can only manage very gentle movements and very short sessions. Well ok, some days that's true actually! But most days I do an hour, so I look for the longer sessions. And I love the ones where I can either pick an intermediate version that you do, or work from a chair like your mum does, and sometimes it varies from move to move within the workout, depending on how this old body is feeling that day! Thanks to you and your mum for everything that you do.

This was the hardest one I've done to date, but I am always encouraged by Iko and April's banter and telling me I'm doing a good job. I love that Iko pats herself on the shoulder and I'm doing that now, too. It's wonderful to be able to "pull up" my two good neighbors, Iko and April. Presto! They are right here in my living room. If I feel I just can't get it together, I just pull up the ten minute all around video (which is my staple) and tell myself, "Come on, girl, you can do anything for ten minutes." This flips the switch for me. Thank goodness for the two of them!

I love this 50 minute workout! I wasn't able to finish this the 1st time I tried, but after a couple of months of shorter ones, this was suddenly no problem. I will be 77 soon and ever since back surgery, 2 hip replacements and neuropathy in one foot, I have had a hard time getting enough exercise. I found you two late last year and started in a chair with no weights. I had such a good time that it's easy to keep it up. Now, 10 months later, I dance my way through the exercises using 3 lb, 5 lb and 8 lb weights with dance music in the background. I can take this anywhere and work out in small spaces if necessary. My friends are amazed at how strong I've gotten and how good I look . I want to thank both of you for helping me to get my life back! ❤

Very very comprehensive and varied. My sacrum muscles can't withstand a full 50 minutes of standing, so I did this one in 3 stages and only sat for a very few of the strength routines. Same results, but with rests. My pace was good and comfortable. One to return to every so often. I do prefer the shorter routines, but I'm always up for a challenge. Aiko deserves a huge commendation for sticking this one out regardless that she had to sit for a small portion of the routine. Brava and thanks to you both!...Anastasia

I am so glad I found these two beautiful women. I’m 71and have a hard time keeping up with other aerobic exercise, even though they say older adults!! I can keep up with them and understand what I need to do. I just love their channel‼️❤️

When I saw that this video was 57 minutes and included strength training with weights, I really thought I couldn't do it, but I made it through the whole thing! I'm almost 72 and it's been a very long time since I exercised more than 40 minutes. The breaks that you take between the exercises help a lot. In some video workouts I've tried, they go from one exercise to the next with no break, and I can't keep up, but now I don't have to shy away from longer workouts. Thank you so much!

Last day of November, just finished the 50 minute exercise and feel great. I will be 72 in January, this is the best I have felt since 2017 when I started one of two different cancer treatments. Trying to do anything was a struggle. COVID lockdown stopped me from even walking through our Walmart. I started on November first and have worked out everyday. I am blessed to have found you both and your programs. 💕

I finally finished this one-- it's was a challenge for me. I started doing your workouts several months ago and I've gotten much stronger. I've tried other ways of getting fit, like walking. Walking depends on the weather so much -- it's great that I can do these exercises with you two every day no matter what the weather . Weights make such a difference! Thanks April and Aiko! It’s been just over six weeks since my surgery and the doctor has given me permission to walk and exercise gently on my feet. Last night I did the plus minus walking dance and had a ball. Today,I did this video, no jumping for me not for quite a while, but oh, it was so good to stand up and exercise even though I went much more gently than sitting in the chair. It felt so much better, thanks for hanging in there while I healed. The doctor is amazed how fast I healed, and I credit it to exercise. Because although I wasn’t really walking, I was moving it I was moving it and moving blood through it and it healed so fast. Thank you, thank you!

I love that you give alternative ways to do a move, I have had a knee replacement plus major foot surgery all on my left knee/foot, so no longer can do floor work so showing how to do those moves against the wall is genius!!

I love this longer workout. I have also done a couple of yours recently where you show ways of making each move more challenging. Thank you for this. So many workouts for seniors seem to assume that we can only manage very gentle movements and very short sessions. Well ok, some days that's true actually! But most days I do an hour, so I look for the longer sessions. And I love the ones where I can either pick an intermediate version that you do, or work from a chair like your mum does, and sometimes it varies from move to move within the workout, depending on how this old body is feeling that day! Thanks to you and your mum for everything that you do.

This was the hardest one I've done to date, but I am always encouraged by Iko and April's banter and telling me I'm doing a good job. I love that Iko pats herself on the shoulder and I'm doing that now, too. It's wonderful to be able to "pull up" my two good neighbors, Iko and April. Presto! They are right here in my living room. If I feel I just can't get it together, I just pull up the ten minute all around video (which is my staple) and tell myself, "Come on, girl, you can do anything for ten minutes." This flips the switch for me. Thank goodness for the two of them!

I love this 50 minute workout! I wasn't able to finish this the 1st time I tried, but after a couple of months of shorter ones, this was suddenly no problem. I will be 77 soon and ever since back surgery, 2 hip replacements and neuropathy in one foot, I have had a hard time getting enough exercise. I found you two late last year and started in a chair with no weights. I had such a good time that it's easy to keep it up. Now, 10 months later, I dance my way through the exercises using 3 lb, 5 lb and 8 lb weights with dance music in the background. I can take this anywhere and work out in small spaces if necessary. My friends are amazed at how strong I've gotten and how good I look . I want to thank both of you for helping me to get my life back! ❤

Had to split this video up! I much admire Aiko for sticking right with April throughout--and she's got five years on me. I've been going along with you both for quite some time. True, I don't feel stronger, my leg neuropathy doesn't get better, but for me it's about how I feel afterward--better mood, a sense of calm, ready to do something. You're a real pot of cheer to those of us living alone (by choice.) Stay well, and thank you for all you do for others.

Very very comprehensive and varied. My sacrum muscles can't withstand a full 50 minutes of standing, so I did this one in 3 stages and only sat for a very few of the strength routines. Same results, but with rests. My pace was good and comfortable. One to return to every so often. I do prefer the shorter routines, but I'm always up for a challenge. Aiko deserves a huge commendation for sticking this one out regardless that she had to sit for a small portion of the routine. Brava and thanks to you both!...Anastasia

When I saw that this video was 57 minutes and included strength training with weights, I really thought I couldn't do it, but I made it through the whole thing! I'm almost 72 and it's been a very long time since I exercised more than 40 minutes. The breaks that you take between the exercises help a lot. In some video workouts I've tried, they go from one exercise to the next with no break, and I can't keep up, but now I don't have to shy away from longer workouts. Thank you so much!

Love love this workout. My second day in a row doing it! I love that we get our cardio and strength training all in one! I also noticed that I had much better form today.
