My favorite Eivor song is Boxes, but I love all her songs and everything about her. Eivor is the greatest vocalist I have ever seen live by a country mile. Unlike you I love watching her and can't get enough.

Thank you for your usual nice reaction and humor. I had not seen this version before by Eivor and her supporting musicians. Yes many of her songs are in Faroese without English captions, but often a supporting comment provides an English translation. Eivor also has done some of her songs in English. One example is "i Tokuni" and an English version "Into the Mist". However I generally prefer her songs in her own Faroese. One of my recent favorites by Eivor is "Gullspunnin (Live on KVF)". The title translates to "Spun in Gold" and the English lyrics for it are available although not captioned. She is accompanied by her band and also a Faroese female choir in this performance. Wolfman should even be able to watch it!

She was born and raised in the Faroe Islands, studied opera and jazz in Iceland, and has lived in Copenhagen, Denmark for many years.
