In the fervent hope of a big blue wave this year, I'm doing the knit along with my leftover dark blue (as the substitute for green) from the Feb 2023 Aurora Borealis cruise and the light blue (substitute for red) and white yarn from the Knitting on Top of the World cruise this September. I pretty much forgot what I knew about knitting on double pointed needles so I rewatched the video that taught me the technique in the first place: Carlos' May 7, 2017 tutorial! And it worked again. Having fun and feeling proud to relearn something that is really a lot of fun.

I'm excited! I'm on track! I got the toe done yesterday on Day 1. I'm a slow knitter so it took me about 4 hours. Hopefully, I can keep up this year. ❤

Thank you for the tip about changing things up when carrying the yarn. This really helps since I had just did straight doing 4 stitches and then switch when I made the stocking last year. You published 10 books. I have two of 10.
