    after looking up jobs in HR, the employee relations positions I find definitely pay the most. I find numerous employee relation specialist jobs that pay 75-100k who just require a Bachelors and a few years of experience

    So would you say E.R. Specialists lean towards protecting the company even in the instance the employee is correct or can be objective in their judgements?

    Do you do every branch of HR or just one branch for example pay roll

    • @CarmenGilFraguada
      @CarmenGilFraguada  3 роки тому +3

      Normally an HR professional will only focus on one branch at a time, but it is possible for you to have duties from different branches in one role especially if it’s in a small company!

    I've worked in Employee Relations and I've never handled unemployment claims. I have seen multiple company's tie in compliance related to Employment. Many other pieces missing.

      My videos are meant as a general overview, specific job duties always depend on the company & industry. I understand you have haven’t experienced it, but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t happen :)

      I'm currently working in ER and I do handle unemployement claims, I guess it varies depending on the company.
