I feel blessed - I've never drank since 45 years ago I, along with a group of other idiots , drank an entire bottle of Jack Daniels in an afternoon while skipping school in the 8th grade. Never touched a drink since.

Sadly people don't want to hear this, alcohol is very ingrained in our culture, you see it everywhere, billboards, people who discredit studies because they are either under the payroll of the alcohol industry or they themselves can't accept the truth or do not want to change their ways

“Do not want to change their ways” if your refering to alchohol addicts…they’re addicted. Its not that they don’t want to change. And no…never seen an alchohol add since 2007

Alhamdulilah I am a Muslim, Allah forbids anything that harms you including all alcohol. Alhamdulilah never drank a sip of any form in my 32 years of life. Grateful of my Rabb 😊.

Wow. If someone asked me 10 years ago I would've said cancer doesn't run in my family. Ab 10 years ago I found a lump in my neck. The Dr. said to not worry ab it. So 6 months later I went to surgeon and said please take out
All biopsies came back negative. So he took out . When results came back well I'll never forget him on phone in next room. He told this person you mean I gotta go in here and tell her she has full blown thyroid cancer???? He said my body cocooned it to protect it. That's why my biopsy came negative. So I went down that journey. Now 10 years has gone by. Right this very moment my Mom has had sle lupus for ab 15 years. All at some time in her 70's she has O think it's msp cancer. She had 3 cancers in her bloodstream and bone marrow. At same time this week I'm going back in a few days for major testing in breast with mass. Last mammagram was 7 months ago. First time this hurt so very bad and swollen like a cantelope lol. Sincerely for weeks very painful. Well I just put this in Gods hands. All my lymph nodes hurt under arm and other places. I can't believe my Mom is going down while at some time I gotta face my near outcome. I keep positive for her and do what I can to help. I ask for prayers for all who suffer with this cancer. My Dr. is very concerned I may very well have breast cancer. But I will be strong as I can be. God Bless All

Also I wanted to say, in past ten years I lost an uncle to throat cancer, my Grandfather to lung cancer, a life long family of 6. Well a young son to stomach cancer, and rest of family died years apart due to some type of cancer. The entire family. That was unbelievable to me. But it happened. Me niece had breast cancer a little over a year ago. Thankfully she survived. I truly believe the last 20 to 30 years the way society has been living such as alcohol, drugs, cigarettes, certain foods etc may have been a part of cancer problems in my opinion. I just wanted to get this out there. God Bless You All.

Drink in proportion but you can still get it....that helps thanks! How can you lower your risk by simply drinking less if it says even a certain amount can cause it. Best bet would be to completely stop drinking then and never enjoy your life no more!

I know that..As vegan I KNOW that ever since i stopped eating the fat based foods I feel a lot better, and I drink alc. too.. But if you are non vegan, come on - if Jesus drank, and if God in the Bible in fact allowed it than come on ...

And if he never drank he might live to 120. My father lived and drank till he got cancer and died at 96. He might have had ten more good years.
