That's indeed ice on the wipers. The part where we put Wing Anti-Ice On is not in the video (I touched my head to the GoPro looking at the wings) and is selected OFF together with the Engine Anti-Ice at 6:02.
@@hawai-i6c No, it normally doesn't happen this fast. I think this would be classified as Moderate Icing and is not that common. Mostly we encounter light icing only. If the temperature is close to 0 degrees Celcius or just below, we have the biggest chance of getting moderate or severe icing. In the video it shows -3 to 0 degrees in the clouds, so the circumstances are there 😉
@@TheReverses78 Yes we did put Wing Anti-Ice on too but it's not in the video (it happened in the cut at 2:45). The indications of ice accumulation on the wipers/windows is normally also an indication that ice builds up on the wings leading edges and a trigger for us to use Wing Anti-Ice. Primary method is to let it build up on the wing and use Wing Anti-Ice as a de-icer, secondary method is to use it as an anti-icer (when you expect to be in moderate or severe icing for longer period).
Lovely Ryanair ❤
Fantastic video ❤
Beautiful video and view
Great capture of the landing 👍👏👌
Beautiful video, good editing and I also love the camera perspective!
Curious the ice that forms on the windshield wipers.
Stunning 😍😍
Beautiful vid!
5:36 is there some ice on the wipers ? Shouldn’t you turn on wing anti-ice when there is visible ice accretion?

@@AviaView ohh okayy, and is the ice build up happening always this fast ord there was particular circumstances that day ?

@@AviaView Did you put anti ice on the wings too or that wasn't necessary? And in what case do you put anti ice on wings too?

Would like to see a Dublin video in future 🇮🇪
Maybe coming soon. I have a few videos, have to check if they're good enough 😉
Nice video! Love the explanations on how you’re going to land.
What’s the first song name? 👀
Thanks! I'm happy you like it. The song is called Chill House Lounge by AudioSphere.
@@AviaView Thank you! Keep up the great work 👍 if you don’t mind me asking, what program do you use to find music for your videos?
8:44 What does the ding-dong mean? Great video as always, thank you for all your uploads!
That is CPDLC which we forgot to terminate/log-off in the descent. On landing you will get a ATC COMM TERMINATED message automatically.
Thank you for your explanation!
@@Mr_Hieronymus You're welcome! Thanks for your nice message! 🙌
