    I read an article in mopar magazine long time ago they built one of these dyno’d it and listed out the numbers with two carbs and single carbs, and a list of the part numbers used. I once upon a time had all the parts less the eagle h beam rods, and the pistons. My bud i sold it all to still has them and has offered to sell them back every time i see him. I still have a couple old dodge trucks with the 360 that would make fine candidates. Maybe one day. It sounds heavenly.

    I have seen the Victor and the TF will have matched ports , not the victor without some major grinding to victor. I look forward to the dyno testing

    Good build... the Trickflow head is way better than the Speedmasters... But a ???, were the Speedmasters ported and opened up ??? on the 550 hp build..

      The speedmasters were their full CNC and then cleaned up a little more after purchase.

    Hi terry my son and love watching your videos we are getting ready to build a 2000 360 magnum for his durango he wants to build a 408 stroker like some of the one you have done we are looking at some the lunati cam 20200713 we are problem finding lifters and what cam bearing would recommend with that cam thank so much

      @shawnbardwell7576 they stopped making that cam. But the comp 20-813-9 is a good one as well. Morel lifters work good. They are retro fit but will work in magnums as well. I'm not sure of a good magnum lifter

    Great sounding 408!! Is it cheaper piecing the bottom end together with a Summit crank, pistons, etc. than just going with a scat balanced rotating assembly? Otherwise, I'm curious why you went that route.

    Great build! Do you sell them as crate motors ready to run or just custom order ones?

    • @brightonracing
      @brightonracing  4 місяці тому

      Both ways. I build a few for inventory and also get requests for custom builds, but mostly as crate.

    Wow what a cam - any guess on low end torque number?

    Love your builds! What kind of vacuum do these motors get? I just sent a 360 block to a machinist for a similar build, looking to make a 408ci, but still want to have enough vacuum for power brakes.

      @brightonracing  4 місяці тому +2

      The 408 from last video with one step smaller cam made just enough vacuum for power brakes

    • @brightonracing
      @brightonracing  4 місяці тому +1

      535 torque as a guess with the single plane and that cam
