I've been 5 times and going again Saturday. It's a brilliant place to ride. The north up around Pollenca is where most go but its super busy. There is just as good cycling down south as you can still easily get to some great climbs but way less other cyclists and tourists etc. Yes Formentor and Sa Colabra etc are must do rides but after that, look elsewhere.
That's why I moved here 7 years ago.....! You should try staying down South, easy access to Palma and some amazing riding.
