    Do you ever make hash?? What are your favorite combos or recipes?? I'd love to hear!

      I really enjoyed your cooking video. these are helpful and encouraging to see what others are doing to manage health issues. I love doing a combo of homemade turkey sausage (ground turkey with spices), sweet potato, onions, kale or collards, and mushrooms. that's one of my favorites for breakfast. do you have any videos for easy meal ideas when you're too tired to cook? that seems to be a a constant issue for me.

    Thank you for these, Shannah! So much information for all of us and lovely attitude. It sucks when people just wanna profit from any recipe they give out.

    I’m new to AIP and made this and it was so good! You’re right, the avocado takes it to the next level of goodness! Thank you!

    Love your videos! Thank you so much for doing them. This month makes 4 years I began AIP. I stumbled across your channel a few months ago and have been enjoying catching up on your videos. I learned a few good tips from you even though I’m an old pro! Haha (For example, I found Plainville turkey at Costco and got a rebounder for Christmas, thanks to you! Lol)
    Anyway, I had a question on your Hot Logic...I purchased mine in fall before pandemic and never got a chance to use it, but hopefully will get opportunities soon! But I was wondering...do you leave your lid on your container when you use it? I have the snapware also, but the lids are plastic so I didn’t really want to heat them. How do you heat yours? Thanks!

      You're welcome Melissa and thank you so much! LOL - so glad my videos and tips are helpful! As far as the Hot Logic, I take the lid off the container when I use it. I also always heat my food in glass snap ware (again without the lid on). Also, just a heads up that the Hot Logic takes time...so allow plenty of time to heat your food. You'll quickly get used to it ;). Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks so much for being here!

      @@ShannaNemrow Thank you! I will use my snap ware without the lid. I knew it would take awhile, but the lid thing was stumping me! You’ve been very helpful, thanks!

    Like.
    I just thought that we have to stay away from broccoli and cauliflower on Hashimoto conditions. I'm confused.
    But you are using cauliflower rice. So can we have it even in the first phase or it's only for the maintenance phase.
    Regards

    Found you while googling recipes for the AIP protocol. Had to reach out and subscribe, simply because we share the same first name! Name Shanna for the win! 🙌

      Hey, hey, hey! Another Shanna!!! SOOOOO cool! I've only met a few in my life. Funny story, one day I was shopping at the store and the woman at the register's name was Shanna too and I got so excited and told her my name was too! I think I was a bit much for her - LOL. Thanks for reaching out and subscribing - much appreciated! ❤️

    Hi Shanna, I was just diagnosed with Hashimotos Hypothyroiditis and i have been stressing so much. My primary doctor says I don't need medication. Are you taking any medication and are you taking vitamins? I am taking vitamins but they contain soy and I know it's not AIP. I can't afford to buy good quality meat. I buy it at Sprouts. Is that meat ok. It says its grass fed but I dont think its 100%. What would you suggest me. Thank you for your videos. They give me strenght.

    Do you use refined or unrefined coconut oil with the coconut flavor?

    • @klozano1100
      @klozano1100 3 роки тому

      Oh unrefined virgin! I like the taste of coconut in my sweet potatoes.
