hi, I am from Nagaland a state in the northeast part of India. yes we get that taro here which can be eaten raw. but sending from here probably it will get dried up by the time it reaches the US 😊

Taro leaf we have to dry in the sun whole first ? And after that will shred into small pieces? Or first shred and dry?

Depends on how you would like to eat, but I like the hard part of the stem so I don't peel it off.

It is stem not root which you mistook e.g potato is stem not root
And not stem it is braches which you have cutten into pieces
