In general , good layout . I like two king beds . No drawers needed under beds that way more bulky stuff like beddings or winter coats etc can be stored under them . If Second shower would be longer same as in front bed room , my wish list is a bath tub for a little feet spa , loft height needs to be a little more at least same as in 395 alliance floor plan . Safety for crawling kids would be appropriate be considered in a loft such as window child locks , outlets plugs , loft lockable entrance gate . It is a practical layout . I am a grandma of two month old baby boy , considering purchasing two bed room two bath room with the loft which be safe for my grand baby . I like that no drop down frame on rear - no worries when pulling . Also like the second door on the back - it is a big plus . Also like that upsides simple white and black , inside interior white or light great walk and light cabinets are appropriate in rvs , apartments , tiny homes Still undecided 395 alliance and this one or other brands. Also exterior front cap of the rv should be white too, in hot country we appreciate light colors . Compliments to bigger and copper tires , also gives higher clearance. Appliances in stainless steel instead of black , accent also deep dark color instead of black
No loft, and being able to raise the bed. Yes on a dish washer. Can the sinks for the bathrooms be larger. I have noticed that when you have cabinets above sinks their can be a space issue when leaning over the sink.
Nice unit however, Forest River voids their warranty if you rv full time. Brinkley is another brand that uses dove tail construction in their drawers. I noticed in the master closet that the lighted clothes rod is the exact same style as what’s found in Brinkley.
Definitely love this 5th wheel I was watching someone else do a walk through and at the very end of the video he said the manufacture was planning on dropping the frame to give more height to the loft I'm thinking he did his walk through after you but dropped his video before yours Was mentioned that people were commenting on how cramped the loft was Maybe you can double check that with the manufacturers please?

I love this 5th wheel!! They really nailed this one- the colors, the layout, THE KITCHEN- I LOVE those appliances, the dovetail cabinets- when I saw that I was like 😱, they put so much time and thought into this. I could definitely live in it full time- the only complaint I have was the same as Myles, the sharp island corners; I thought it was strange that the coffee bar corners were rounded off but the islands wasn’t so it was like they forgot to do it, but that doesn’t change my love for this camper!! I’d definitely make the loft space all storage, personally- the ceiling height was a little too low for anyone to sleep in there and not wack their heads sitting up or even trying to move around to get out of the space but it was perfect for plenty of storage, especially if you’re living in it full time. I do wonder if you could change the back bedroom into a queen bed and maybe make the bathroom a little bigger, where to toilet is not on top of the shower?!? Or give a little walk around space around the bed; before everyone jumps down my throat I know the point of the camper was both the 2 king bed bedrooms but just an idea. **Side note: the icemaker and dishwasher, to me, aren’t must haves. My current 5th wheel (toy-hauler) doesn’t have them and we’ve gotten by just fine; granted we don’t live in it full time but good friends of ours lived in theirs full time without either and it made no difference to them. There are certain things you know won’t come in Toy-haulers, even brand new, top dollar ones so you have to make sacrifices(even when spending $170k +/- on something that has at least 12 feet of empty space, lol) and I think most people who buy 5th wheels in general assume that. As far as Toy-haulers it hasn’t been until this year really that we have been seeing dishwashers in them and every so often they will have icemakers and 5th wheels are in the same boat with the dishwasher but icemakers are more common. If your like my hubby and I, you LOVE Chick-fil-A ice, you’re not going to get a refrigerator that makes that anyways so just buy your own nugget icemaker and put it on the coffee bar, in the pantry, or wherever you have room, even if that’s in the “garage” like we did and you’re good to go😉!!** Thank you Myles for another AWESOME video and 5th wheel, you found a GREAT ONE!
I love it! I do not like those blinds above a stove. Why do they do that? We're looking for the best full-time living 5th wheel, there is no need for a window by the stove. I love the darker furniture and cabinets because they just stay cleaner. While the floors and counters that I clean daily, look better lighter. We've been looking for over a year, this one is as close as it gets to our ideal retirement home!
FINALLY! I've been waiting for a 2 bedroom with king beds and the plus is NO FLOOR VENTS and a bathroom in or close to the bedrooms! We wouldn't need the bunk space but I guess you can store the suitcases up there along with other stuff. We are in our 60's so nice for taking the grown kids or in laws with us
This is perfect for couples who have been living full time in a trailer for a while. The loft is definitely a storage space, and the 2nd king size bedroom and bath are far more comfortable than sleeping in the pickup cab and shitting in the woods when the inevitable annoyances happen
So far in the first couple seconds here, I love the light colors absolutely love them! I would get rid of the table and chairs and put another Reclining loveseat, that way four people could comfortably sit.🎉 Seeing the rest of it, I can also see a lot of places where additional storage could be added. I love this!! Only thing I wish was different is the fiberglass shower. I’d like it to be the tile looking solid rectangle style shower w the flip down seat lol. But def not a deal breaker. Love that the washer and dryer is to itself and the kitchen is super spacious!!
The Loft in this RV is awesom, and fine if you lean it to your dau8ghter and her boyfriend to go on vacation! Withb the Loft this shallow, there´s definitely no Sex happening up there! lol.. No way to do such things - otherwise one breaks his back up there, or gets unconcious by hitting the head to the ceiling! So, parent of a young daughter, rest assured! No danger up there! lol

I love the floor plan, especially the 2 full beds. Except for the loft. Under that plan, does it come without the loft?
