This is by far my favorite floorplan for a family, and easily the best of the double suite options. The first thing I would change is making the second bedroom a bunk room with the same storage. (Can't lose that storage!) We're hoping to get this model and would completely take the second bed out and replace it with beds for our daughters (leaving the loft for our son). The second and more important thing is switching to a tankless hot water heater. I would also love shelves in the living room for books. Thanks for the tour!
We were so excited to see this new floorplan but are very disappointed. This two bedroom layout would have been perfect with ONE larger bathroom near the kitchen and a LARGER garage underneith. No need for a second bathroom with the master bathroom so small with no storage. There is not enough storage for chairs, bins w/ supplies, blackstone grill etc..... Also, don't like the door in the rear of the unit.
I really liked the 2 bedroom but I cannot handle not enough storage in the kitchen and none in the master bath otherwise I would of ordered it pls add a towel cabinet and a medicine cabinet in the master bath. The kitchen cabinets are not all useable
Love it! It’s first on our list . I just wish they offered cloth upholstery for couches. Not a fan of pleather as it doesn’t hold up

Definitely not a floorplan for everyone but Montana has lots of them to choose from!
