I have the older version and I find it a little cumbersome to maneuver. I like the fact that the new one is touch screen and its bigger. The fact that you can just go straight to the screen of settings etc and accomplish the task much much quicker. Thanks for sharing. 👍👊👏👏👏
Thanks guys. Would be really interested in chatting about your opinion on the Tireminder vs TST having used both........ the discussions are almost as bad as Ford vs GM.
I love that gadget! You are right it does make a great Christmas present. I’m glad they have something like this out in the market. Thank you for this great video. Hope you had a great thanksgiving.
Thanks for the review. We have had the 507 since March this year and have not made a trip without false alarms, we are full time, sometimes multiple false alarms. We have contacted TST 4 times and at last have mailed in the monitor for review. I cannot recommend this product at this time because of the time required in getting the issues even looked at. All the previoius contacts were really run-around solutions, not what I expected from a product is this price range. If they don't replace my last monitor, I actually may buy this monitor to save the investment I have in the 10 sensors.
Hi Allen, thats very odd. Since having the 507, we have had 3 occasions where it reported a high temperature in one of the tires. The temp is always something ridiculous. If often fixes itself though pretty quickly. I would be interested if it is always the same sensor? The guys at TechnoRV are always very helpful with things like this. They may be able to help is TST can't.
Thank so much Cindy! You can find it here: ua-cam.com/video/5hK89Z1W1P4/v-deo.html. We also did a fun livefeed intro & outro last year that you might enjoy.....ua-cam.com/video/FoakUdWnSpo/v-deo.html
Howdy Lawrence We have been using this upgraded unit since the beginning of June, the cool thing about it is it came installed on our 2022 Rockwood Mini Lite 2109s that we bought new in June. The sensors are factory mounted inside the tires of the trailer .... what a very cool system .... Where would you suggest we purchase sensors for our tow vehicle and what style sensor would you suggest. Thx Larry
Hey Larry! It's really great that they have made this available as an upgrade from the 507 screen. Previously, this was only available as part of the package you get with new RVs (As you are aware) and I admit that I'm kinda jealous that you got this so early :) . I just googled your rig and that looks like a fantastic trailer. I assume you're happy with it? We have always trusted Techno RV for our purchases all the way back to 2018. They are great with support and returns. They are a small family run business and provide a very personal service. So, I would suggest buying the sensors from them: technorv.com/products/tst-507-sensor-4-pack-cap?_pos=18&_sid=b7f61cb0b&_ss=r&Click=11935 I personally like the valve sensors, purely due to cost and ease of access, but you can also buy the internal sensors.
@@BrazenBrits We picked up our trailer in June in Ohio and drove up through upper peninsula of michigan, then into Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota and into Montana working our way back home to Idaho. We took over 2 months getting home and had a blast so yes we are very happy with our trailer and made the best of our first journey out
Do you run on battery or have it plugged in? My old black and white screen lasts a week or more on the internal battery. How long will this screen run on the internal battery? If it will last 8-10 hours I will buy one. I do not want another cord to be in my way.
Hi David, we haven't done a proper test while using it, but I did accidentally leave it on after making this video and it was still showing an almost full battery 48 hours later. Obviously, I expect the sensors shut off, which probably saved it some life, but I would be confident to say that it would last for 8-9 hours ...... that is a guess for now though. I do also have it connected to my upfitter switches, but its not always on. I like to run the batteries down and then charge it fully.

Hey guys! Yup, we totally agree. Love it!
Fantastic!... Now I have to upgrade... That looks great. We went from the TireMinder to the TST with our new rig.. Love it. Thanks for the share.

@@larrybrackley3249 Fantastic! Any 'shake down' issues that you've had to fix?
@@BrazenBrits
We had to reinstall and enforce the pantry shelves and tighten some cabinet door hinges.
Also some sort of a water leak in the front windshield that we had someone temporarily correct

Techno RV in the product listing Q&A stated 5 - 8 hours.
