~hey guys im having a lot of questions... i just wanna say that it really WORKS sooo fast & i love this method ... and it's not important how much oil / or salt do you use just do something like that ^^^^ THERE ARE THE RESULTS AFTER 1 WEEK im doing this every weekend and i really love it ;) :* ... * olive oil works better
*first mix them all and then put your nails in it
*keep them for 1-2 hours (for ex. while you are watching a movie)

Like, really? I won't put my hands in a Bowl for 1 hour (!!) plus have you actually tried this? The oil and the water won't mix, so you're actually bathing your fingers in water for an hour... Try rubbing olive oil on your nails every day, this keeps them soft and reduces chipping :)
I put olive oil on my nails and it has reduced chipping and one of my nails that i broke is growing back
as i said, rubbing it on directly is much more effective :)
well that's why you need the salt it helps the water and the oil mix together..

I've always done this and it always gives me great results for me and my mom. I've seen many people asking for measurements so here are mine:
1. One bowl of warm water (no exact measurement just make sure its a little deep)
2. Two tablespoons of salt
3. One tablespoon of oil. COOKING OIL that can be found at your kitchen.
I leave my nails in this mixture for an hour or less :)

I did this to get my claws longer (I'm a Fox, I have claws, not nails) and I had to get water from the kitchen tap, the bathroom tap, the water dispenser, and the backyard hose, as is advised in the video. Such a waste of time and precious water.

So i was searching for a method to get long nails about 6 months ago, and i stumbled upon this video...i wasn't sure if it would work but i was desperate. So i did the soak, water oil and salt and it really doesn't matter the measurements, although i put quite a lot of oil because it moisturizes your nails, anyway it worked very well, i saw results the next day! so i recommend this.

Eli Gonzalez no, you have to remove the nail polish. If not, your nails can't suck in the salt, which makes harder/stronger not just the surface but the whole structure of your nails.

Oil
Salt
Put water in a medium sized bowl and add a teaspoon of salt.
After that, add in some oil.
Add another teaspoon of salt.
Mix all of it together.
Put your nails in the mixture and keep them there for 1 hour.
2-3 hours is ok too.
You now have longer nails. Lol your welcome

guys if it dont work ur doing sonething wrong...for me it worked perfectly my nails grow and now its looking great. So ur not doing sonething right...this guys forgot to tell us how many salt or oil but i put few drops of salt and 5 small drops of oil and it did really work they are super long results are great. Using jojoba oil and vitamin e oil (if you dont like the liquid consistency) and applying it under your nails, around them, and on top of them will help them grow. All you need is patience, and to try not to break or bite them :)
