Sweden has highest percent of tax i.e. 57% . Then what is the use of getting 50 Lac. Better to get job in India with 30 LAC

Let those smart people leave, at least there will be less competition.
Getting 30 LPA in INDIA is rare.
Starting is 3-4 LPA for Engineers in service-based companies like TCS where there is no growth.
And making it into DATA ENGINEERING is very difficult as most companies ask for 5+ years of RELEVANT EXPERIENCE.
For every vacancy 1000s of people apply so intense competition.
And people pay taxes in INDIA but never get any benefits.
30% tax for those earning more than 12 LPA but no health insurance, no pension, overcrowded roads, competition, everything like kid's education, college tuition etc is expensive.
