I'm a sound guy. This is a great example of bad vs good microphone technique and also correct vs incorrect choice of microphone capsules. I don't know a lot about WT, but Sharon has pretty bad mic technique during this performance. She is leaning into that microphone so hard it craps out on several occasions. Also for some reason she seems to have a Beta 57 capsule on her mic which definitely does not help things along in that regard, it's not a capsule constructed for vocalists as it barely has any wind screen to speak of. That is why her dynamics is all over the place and rides way on top the rest of the mix. At the same time the FOH engineer didn't seem to have the balls and/or brains to compress or even low cut her mic enough to compensate for some of the problems. And if he would have turned her down she would bob up and down in the mix and be hard to hear clearly which is a big no no for the main vox channel. A lead vocalist never gets on stage with a hand held Beta 57 unless someone screwed up really bad. That FOH guy literally buried himself, and ended up with one uncontrollable lead vocalist. Anneke on the other hand has brilliant mic technique which allows her to self compress beautifully and not overpower the microphone, that in combination with the correct capsule for the job (Beta 58) ends up being an easy channel even for this engineer to lay onto the mix. While Sharon has more of that familiar karaoke sound which will never blend easily into any mix. You can really hear the difference when Anneke first comes in, she melts into the mix but is still clear and powerful despite being a couple of dB's low.
Thanks for the explanation! It is such a lovely performance that is not just a shame but a real crime that it was not mixed properly and we got this sound :(

"Mother Earth" and "Ice Queen" from the same concert are really beautiful. Also, those are 2 of the most iconic Within Temptation songs. :) Truly enchanting!
Another (less gentile) duet from Sharon is with Tarja (Ex of nightwish) in the song "Paradise (what about us)". Here is a live version ua-cam.com/video/8vsKQTfxf80/v-deo.html
I was about to recommend this myself - paradise is one of my favorite duets (it helps in the OMV there’s a 68 mercury cougar in it which is one of my favorite classic cars) especially to see tarja arguably in better form them she was with nightwish.
I'd definitely love to hear you dueting with either one of these ladies. The way you belt out that " Uuuuu " effortlessly while explaining the technical aspects of it is phenomenal. Wow... :-)
I have watched this original video countless times. A friend introduced me to Within Temptation via their song Angels. And another friend bought me the Black Symphony concert DVD (where this piece is taken from). It is a masterpiece concert. This always gives me goosebumps whenever i hear it. It is a beautiful performance.
I didn't include this one in the list I left since it was already here, but agree fully that this is a MUST LISTEN (along with the rest of the concert to be completely honest).
Sharon is an enigma and makes every song sound better than the original. She can blend with anyone. THAT is her talent. Listen to Sharon 'belt' with "Faster" (video clip). You will not be disappointed.
Great reaction as usual, thank you so much! This song is pretty fantastic, featuring two amazing vocalists as it does. It's a real treat to hear them weave in and out of one another's melodies
Mic issues aside, Sharon has one of the loveliest, sweetest voices I've ever heard. Just the epitome of purity. I actually discovered Within Temptation a long long time ago due to Sharon having a guest appearance on the very first Avantasia album. I was so smitten by her voice I had to look up who she was; this was back when search engines were still pretty new, so it wasn't quite as simple as today.
Wow! First time listening to them for me, too! What a find, through your channel, again! Their voices complement each other so well, and they truly do seem to have no 'ceiling' to how high clear-as-a-bell they can go. Loved the outfits, too, in the contrast, in the vibe. And, yes, the joy. What joy! Excellent demonstration of high note placement for front round vowels! And ... yes, the day WILL come, Christi, when we'll go to live performances again. It will come and we will appreciate and cherish it all the more, for knowing how much we longed for it. In the meanwhile, YES to the richness of music videos and the connection it allows during these odd times. I'm richer for it. Who knows, perhaps one day we'll go to a live concert together. Waving at you with affection and respect from NYC.
Another incredible Dutch Symphonic Metal band, this song is from their Black Symphony concert, a couple of my favorites from this concert: Within Temptation - Our Solemn Hour (Black Symphony DVD) Within Temptation and Metropole Orchestra - The Howling (Black Symphony HD 1080p)
For WT, I’d recommend “Stand My Ground “, “The Cross”, and for a great example of Sharon’s chest voice “Faster”. She is not trained, but she is one of my favorite singers.
Sharon’s “whistle” or “flute” quality that she shows at the end of the song is one of the many ways WT is so unique. For more of that sound, I’d suggest looking at “Candles” (especially live!) or “The Cross” - both highlight that aspect of her voice really well. Looking forward to more reactions!
Anneke recently did the ‘isolation sessions’, without audience. Recommended! Just her on the guitar. The song Saturnine is incredibly intimate and showing off her crystal clear, open and disarming voice.
Thanks, Christi! I love Within Temptation - they’re probably my second favourite band after Nightwish. I’m sure it’s already been said, but I find it pretty remarkable that Sharon is largely self-taught without a great deal of formal vocal training. If I’m remembering correctly, she can’t read music either! (I might be wrong on that, but I know it was true at one point in their career.) While I feel other singers in Symphonic Metal do have the edge on Sharon technique-wise, (Floor, Tarja, Simone, Anneke, etc), Sharon has such a lovely, sweet quality that makes her distinctive too. Whenever I hear Sharon I *know* it’s Sharon straight away, which is kind of a gift in itself. This song is from their 2004 album ‘The Silent Force’ (and not originally performed as a duet). I found that WT albums thereafter had Sharon using a much lower, darker tone (not sure if that’s the right word?) - whether it was a personal physical reason or for the album’s darker story moods I’m not sure, but as a long-time fan it’s been really cool to see another side of her vocals. Also notable is that for this particular live DVD with the orchestra, Sharon was quite sick I believe right up to the day of - as in, lost her voice entirely. Obviously it came back, (phew!) but Sharon said she thought it gave her voice a different sort of echo-y quality for the show when playing it back. Within Temptation have some great music videos, and a bunch of live material - would love to see you react to more in the future! Honestly, it’s difficult to narrow down any particular song since they’ve quite an extensive back catalogue, but their collaboration with Tarja (‘Paradise’) was great! I enjoy watching your breakdowns of different voices and your passion for music. You’ve got a bright spirit! ♥️
If Sharon had the training from childhood many of the others had, she would quite likely dominate all but maybe Floor. I dont think anyone can beat Floor, shes simply flawless.
@@dalehammers4425 That was kind of my point - I wouldn’t want Sharon to have trained... it would take away the special timbre she has that the others don’t. :)
According to the documentary on the Black Symphony DVD during this concert Sharon den Adel was sick but she was still able to perform an amazing concert for her fans. You must hear "An acoustic night at the theatre" blow your mind.
The best part about how they wrote the duette is in the chorus where every new sentence shifted who were singing the high notes, it just felt like waves of the ocean
You described that so well, no ceiling. Omg I adore Annekes voice so much, and she does adjust her vibrato speed to match her dueting partner doesn't she!? Neither of Them have transitional points for their registers, their mixes just blend effortlessly for easily three octaves which is the sign of prime vocal talent, health and fitness ❤️ You are beautiful today and everyday Christi, Im loving you 🥰
Wow you have an absolutely beautiful voice! Btw Sharon is completely self taught with no formal training! Love your reaction and I'm glad you enjoyed the performance!
Anneke is very versatile. I was introduced to her via her collaboration with Devin Townsend but she certainly shines in a variety of contexts. I agree that Sharon's voice is very special too.
They are a Dutch symphonic metal band that started the same time as Nightwish 1996. They are considered one of the pioneers of female fronted symphonic metal bands. The lead vocalist is Sharon den Adel who founded the band together with her partner Robert Westerholt. She applied, and was admitted, to the conservatory for opera training but did not like it so she changed over to the arts-academy within her first semester. So apart from that short stay she is complete self-tough. There she studied clothing design and management and completed it successfully. She has mainly used these skills in designing outfits used on stage. They have had a rather successful run in clubs for couple of years where their performances were constantly sold out. Because of that they got invited to the biggest festival in the Netherlands "Pink Pop". Even though they had a very early start the concert was a huge success. They released their single "Ice Queen"shortly after expecting it to be very successful but it did not do much until somewhere in December that year a dj played it on the radio. Suddenly the song shot up in the charts and even took the number 1 spot. Now other countries started to pay attention The next song to take a look i would recommend "The promise" from the same show. ua-cam.com/video/39k1IQoeLAU/v-deo.html A couple of years ago Sharon den Adel went through a rough patch that turned in to serious depression that lasted for about 2 years. She even separated from her long therm partner (Robert Westerholt) a relations that started in high-school. They were able to work things out and are back together again. When she finally got through it it turned out she had written songs to work through her issues. She started to play the songs to family and friends and all told her to release it. This resulted in her first solo album called My indigo. I have known for years that she wrote a lot of the lyrics of Within Temptation but yet was seriously impressed by her song writing skills. A great example to take a look at is "Out of the darkness" it will give a insight of her darkest period.. ua-cam.com/video/85VqEu5pIm8/v-deo.html
Sharon is one woman orchestra basically. She's self-taught. She never went to any music school. Also she's the one writing the songs for Within Temptation and she also designs costumes. Also about songs from Within Temptation my favourites are "Angels", "Memories", "Sinead", "Ice Queen", "Faster".
I made some comments on your video with Tarja and Nightwish about Within Temptation's Sharon den Adel . She has some songs you would like on Hydra and The Unforgiving. You really do a good job helping us understand what is going on with these highly talented vocalists! Please do more videos on her amazing voice. Thanks
i'm mostly a studio version guy, but the entire album "The Unforgiving" is a journey. Some of my all time favorites of theirs though are: Solemn Hour, Stand My Ground, Angels, Ice Queen, Shot in the Dark.
"Memories" is a great song by WT, you can really enjoy Sharon's voice. The music video is beautiful too. Also, "Paradise", her duet with Tarja Turunen, is amazing.
I only heard the original somewhere from the silent force Album (still one of my favorite albums out there!) Never heard the duet before but when Anneke joined Sharon my eyes just went huge. It's just INSANE
Hi Christi, you can also watch to:" Liefde voor muziek" It's the same als Beste zangers in the Netherlands but then in our neighbour country Belgian. Sharon van Adel sings beautiful songs of other Flemish good musicians. Especially the songs: Just what I need tonight" and: "Vandaag" ( in Dutch lanquage) and "Turn your love around".
I highly recommend "Mother Earth", "Our Solemn Hour", "Stand My Ground", "Angels", "The Howling" and "Memories" by Within Temptation, and the duet with Tarja Turunen "Paradise (What About Us)"
Nightwish, Epica and Within Temptation are the wholy trinity of Symphonic Metal. 3 diferrent sides of the same coin. You should really do more reactions to all 3 of those bands :) WT are more poppy and an easy listen for a non metal fan, I am sure you will like them. Also, Sharon contributes to the writting, something that I makes her a lot more than the great singer of a succesfull band and she never formally studied singing... (I am sure that made things harder for her) PS I really love the song"Stand My Ground", one of Within Temptation's signature songs, where (according to WIKI) Den Adel vocal range spans from C4 to A♭5 (I honestly have no idea if that is something special :) )
12:53 almost perfect... feels like is missing something at the end... «I'm recovering from a cold. I'm so full of penicillin that, if I sneeze, I'll cure someone.», Tommy Cooper
Late to the show, but one duet i'd like to se you react to is Garou & Celine Dion performing "Sous le vent". They voices are polar opposites, but yet together its magic. Now, if you havent heard Garou before. He makes the best version of "Leave your hat on" i have ever heard.
they both have tons of good stuff to listen to. from within temptation I would recommend the official videos of "stand my ground", "faster" (vevo version) or "dangerous" for the beginning. from anneke her work with "the gathering". their song "strange machines" brought young floor to metal. or her soloalbum "pure air" thank you for your reaction.
Hello Christi! Really! You must see the video of The Gathering, vocal singer is Anneke van Giersbergen, with the song " Travel." This song is a master piece! TG25 live at Doornroosje ( full live album unofficial video) It 's just so amazing and incredible beautiful song! Anneke sings about her love for the music of Mozart.
At this point, I really don't need to comment on how amazing their harmonies are, or the serene and ethereal the song and lyrics are in their entirety, since you know that even better than I do. I'm glad though, that this was the first time you got to hear Within Temptation (the band Sharon is with), as there is no better song that I would have recommended for an introduction to Sharon's haunting vocals. If you feel like taking a chance on the original Nightwish vocalist, Tarja, I'd really advise starting with her live performance from her last concert with the band. There are many amazing songs in the concert, but it's their cover of the Phantom of the Opera main theme that will catch you by surprise. ---- To address your question about the band Within Temptation, and which other songs you would enjoy listening to, this is my list of recommendations, in no particular order. "Somewhere" - Sharon's solo version (Though I LOVE her duet with Anneke more than her solo version) "The Heart of Everything" -- Black Symphony Concert w/ the Metropole Orchestra (same concert as "Somewhere", the version you reacted to here) "All I Need" -- This one was also in the concert "Swan Song" -- This was also in the same concert, and actually immediately followed "Somewhere" "Forgiven" -- Same concert "Memories" -- Same concert "Aquarius" -- Not sure if she ever did this one live, but it was on the album The Silent Force with "Somewhere" and "The Swan Song" "Never-Ending Story" "Paradise (What About Us)" [feat. Tarja Turunen, formerly of Nightwish] "The Recokining" [Feat. Jacoby Shaddix] off their newest album Honestly I could keep going, because I genuinely believe you can't go wrong with picking more music by Within Temptation to listen to.
Anneke also did "Ih Ah" with Devin Townsend worth a reaction. Sharon & Within Tempation also did a song with Tarja (Nightwish's first singer) called Paradise which is great live.
Great reaction to this duet! Maybe check out Anneke in a live performance with the band “The Gentle Storm” in the song ”The Storm”. She is vocally backed by none other than Marcela Bovio her trio sister In the “Valley of the Queens” with the third sister Floor Jansen. Talk about two powerful voices that blend beautifully! And for Sharon I like her live performance of “Just What I Need Tonight” a cover from the “Dinky Toys”. This one is from an Iceland production similar to Beste Zangers.
I’m happy you have discovered both Sharon and Anneke. I have loved Sharon and Within Temptation for 20 years now, and I once read that Sharon is a self taught singer. Furthermore, I feel like her technique has a wonderful flaws, and this makes her voice incredibly charming and unique. If you listen to more of Within Temptation, I wonder what you will recognize about her voice as well?
I wish I could find the interview where Sharon talked about her panic leading up to this show because she was so sick. There was literally no way to change the dates of the performance with everything logistically that went into it. In my opinion, if she was not 100% and she performed this well, it just goes to show you how talented and what a professional she is, despite the lack of formal training. Only someone with passion and showmanship like that could make it work out. Favorite performances by Within Temptation are on the Mother Earth Live DVD: ua-cam.com/video/s3Hmc8aec4o/v-deo.html Favorite performance by The Gathering are on the live album Superheat: ua-cam.com/video/Jfy2zwy3gwA/v-deo.html
I would like to see you do a video where you review "All our Sins" by VNV Nation. I am a huge fan of VNV and would love to know what a voice coach thinks of their songs as well. BTW, love your Sabaton video!
They are from the Netherlands you might like the songs angels, ice queen, deceiver of fools ,our solemn hour .live versions from black symphony concert is great .
You will find Sharon's voice maturing some from when this was done on the Unforgiving and Hydra albums. On Unforgiving, Faster, Where is the Edge and Sinead are good hard-rock symphonic metal tunes. On Hydra they explore some not as metallic things: Covered by Roses, the Whole World is Watching, Edge of the World are great places to start. She also does a Lana del Rey cover song titled Summertime Sadness - don't miss that one.
Hi Christi How are u. I like these two ladies and its a beautiful song. I tnink i read somewhere that Sharon had a cold. If you watch Sharon just by herself her voice is lower than this. Sharon is self taught and she was in fashion before she started the band. Please be safe. The guy next to her is her partner and have 3 kids. Sharon also has a duet with Tarja called Paradise. Floor, Anneke and Sharon are all from the Netherlands. Anneke sings Strsnge Machines with the band The Gathering at Pink Pop. Anneke also does group and solo acoustic concerts.
Anneke song: Amongst the stars with Amorphis (her voice just shines in there) Sharon song: the Cross, Our solemn hour or the Howling (all have powerful, dramatic low notes and high etheral ones) :D I really like your deconstructions. I totally can see that you have something to say about this artists ;)
ua-cam.com/video/2dKvA2QAvlo/v-deo.html the Cross ua-cam.com/video/ip3-6m958SU/v-deo.html the Howling ua-cam.com/video/yCxb8FwhzK8/v-deo.html Our solemn hour
If you want to react to a within temptation song with Sharon's voice in focus, I think you should go for "Memories" as the instrumental part is tuned down in that song to make the focus go even stronger towards Sharon's voice.
"One of them is singing the melody, the other is up above, then they switch". Their voices are not in the same place, while singing about searching for each other. Makes a lot of sense actually.
If you want to listen to another great song from Within Temptation then look for the song Ice Queen, live Metropole Orchestra. Watch Sharon deliver great vocals while giving a great physical performance, moving around the stage and jumping around. For Anneke, go right back to the beginning. The song Strange Machines live at Pinkpop 1996 is great. She was in her early 20s and already so beautiful and loveable
I hope you've had a chance more to listen to Within Temptation. Sharon's voice is absolutely gorgeous, and it's all the more incredible when you realize that she's self taught.
Ayreon - Magnetism, Anette with Marco Hietela (Nightwish) and Tommy Karevik - (Kamelot), The Eye of Ra (Floor with sister), Everybody Dies (a must see).
Other wonderful duets you should react to are: 1. Vanessa Martín and India Martínez 'arráncame directo' . 2. Pablo López con Pablo Alborán 'Peces de ciudad directo' and 3. India Martinez con Abel Pintos 'Corazón hambriento'. 4. David Bisbal con India Martínez 'Corazón hambriento' 5.Natalia Jiménez con Yuri 'Una mentira más' 6. Blas Cantó con María Villalón 'El no soy yo in Tu cara me suena Show'. I can swear you that these performances are absolutely wonderful and touching. They are authentic masterpieces and you will notice how much art you have being missing for these years hehe.

Two of the most unique voices in rock and metal, and yet they blend together perfectly. I love it!

Within temptation's good choices: «Mother Earth», «Intro»+«See Who I am» - two superb album openers -, «Angels», «Memories», etc...
Now other countries started to pay attention
The next song to take a look i would recommend "The promise" from the same show. ua-cam.com/video/39k1IQoeLAU/v-deo.html
A couple of years ago Sharon den Adel went through a rough patch that turned in to serious depression that lasted for about 2 years.
For Within Temptation I'd recommend "Forgiven", "Caged", "The Cross", or "Jillian".
Yes, More please!
I made some comments on your video with Tarja and Nightwish about Within Temptation's Sharon den Adel . She has some songs you would like on Hydra and The Unforgiving. You really do a good job helping us understand what is going on with these highly talented vocalists! Please do more videos on her amazing voice. Thanks
thanks! it was nice to see ❤️
...from Within Temptation: "Frozen", "Forgiven", "Angels", "Stand my ground" etc. 🤗
From myself I would suggest "The Truth Beneath The Rose", not only very beautiful song but also very important to hear in today's world.
@@wikingagresor yes, that one is great too 🙂
I'm a fan of 'Pale', but I like everything I've listened to them so far
i'm mostly a studio version guy, but the entire album "The Unforgiving" is a journey. Some of my all time favorites of theirs though are: Solemn Hour, Stand My Ground, Angels, Ice Queen, Shot in the Dark.
For Anneke I recommend checking out Travel live at Doornroosje with her old band The Gathering.
Yes, definetly ! The amount of passion and emotion she pours into that song.... Heart-melting.
I prefer the video with lyrics. Breathtaking.
My favourite is Saturnine. Maybe with only Anneke alone.
The entire live album Superheat by The Gathering is incredible. In my top 10 favorite live albums ever. Maybe even top 5 honestly.
Great reaction!
Thank you!! 😁 Always lovely to hear from you, friend!
The whole Black Symphony concert, that the Somewhere performance was from, is fantastic. I'd recommend The Promise from that concert.
Anneke's first band The Gathering - Strange Machines live at Pink Pop 1996. She was only 23 at the time.
You should definitely listen to "Angels" from Within Temptation if you liked Sharon's voice, it is so angelic
(I am sure that made things harder for her)
PS I really love the song"Stand My Ground", one of Within Temptation's signature songs, where (according to WIKI) Den Adel vocal range spans from C4 to A♭5 (I honestly have no idea if that is something special :) )
within temptation was a symphonic metal band, I loved them. From the album "the unforgiving", they are doing... (i don't even know what genre is)
Anneke is queen. I wish her mic were higher in this recording.
There's another vid of the same performance that has good audio, plz check it out!
very good format !
Christi, i love the effect of the lights in your pupils. Or are you from another planet?
12:53 almost perfect... feels like is missing something at the end...
«I'm recovering from a cold. I'm so full of penicillin that, if I sneeze, I'll cure someone.», Tommy Cooper
You is beauty!
Late to the show, but one duet i'd like to se you react to is Garou & Celine Dion performing "Sous le vent".
They voices are polar opposites, but yet together its magic.
Now, if you havent heard Garou before. He makes the best version of "Leave your hat on" i have ever heard.
Thank you!
they both have tons of good stuff to listen to. from within temptation I would recommend the official videos of "stand my ground", "faster" (vevo version) or "dangerous" for the beginning. from anneke her work with "the gathering". their song "strange machines" brought young floor to metal. or her soloalbum "pure air" thank you for your reaction.

To address your question about the band Within Temptation, and which other songs you would enjoy listening to, this is my list of recommendations, in no particular order.
"Somewhere" - Sharon's solo version (Though I LOVE her duet with Anneke more than her solo version)
"The Heart of Everything" -- Black Symphony Concert w/ the Metropole Orchestra (same concert as "Somewhere", the version you reacted to here)
"All I Need" -- This one was also in the concert
"Swan Song" -- This was also in the same concert, and actually immediately followed "Somewhere"
"Forgiven" -- Same concert
"Memories" -- Same concert
"Aquarius" -- Not sure if she ever did this one live, but it was on the album The Silent Force with "Somewhere" and "The Swan Song"
"Never-Ending Story"
"Paradise (What About Us)" [feat. Tarja Turunen, formerly of Nightwish]
"The Recokining" [Feat. Jacoby Shaddix] off their newest album
Honestly I could keep going, because I genuinely believe you can't go wrong with picking more music by Within Temptation to listen to.
Anneke was in the Ayreon video you reacted with Floor and Marcela
Anneke also did "Ih Ah" with Devin Townsend worth a reaction. Sharon & Within Tempation also did a song with Tarja (Nightwish's first singer) called Paradise which is great live.
I bet you could do both parts and still make them distinct, Christi. Give it a go!
Favorite performances by Within Temptation are on the Mother Earth Live DVD: ua-cam.com/video/s3Hmc8aec4o/v-deo.html
Favorite performance by The Gathering are on the live album Superheat: ua-cam.com/video/Jfy2zwy3gwA/v-deo.html
Ayreon - Valley of the Queens , live featuring Anneke Von Gersbergen, Floor Jansen, and Marcela Bovio.
Very nice reaction& analysis! I'm only sorry you used a link with some audio trouble...
Could you do The Promise next? Tnx!
My favourite music of all time is Jillian (I'd Give My Heart) from Within Temptation.. It's not that famous, but I love it sooo much
I would like to see you do a video where you review "All our Sins" by VNV Nation.
Anneke is great in anything but I really enjoy her in Amongst Stars by Amorphis.
Anneke also does group and solo acoustic concerts.
if you want to hear Sharon's range with excellent vocals and lyrics, I suggest PALE... I think it is from The Silent Force album and tour.
Anneke song: Amongst the stars with Amorphis (her voice just shines in there)
Sharon song: the Cross, Our solemn hour or the Howling (all have powerful, dramatic low notes and high etheral ones) :D
I really like your deconstructions. I totally can see that you have something to say about this artists ;)
ua-cam.com/video/2dKvA2QAvlo/v-deo.html the Cross
ua-cam.com/video/ip3-6m958SU/v-deo.html the Howling
ua-cam.com/video/yCxb8FwhzK8/v-deo.html Our solemn hour
If you want to react to a within temptation song with Sharon's voice in focus, I think you should go for "Memories" as the instrumental part is tuned down in that song to make the focus go even stronger towards Sharon's voice.
The first singer was Sharon. You've heard Anneke perfrome with Floor.
finally!!!!!!!!
got ticket for this year for within temptation together with evanescence, but it is postponed to next year
“The Promise” by Within Temptation for a great Sharon performance.
“Travel” by The Gathering for a great Anneke performance.
Sharon's voice was just angelic at that time.
Two goddesses of metal .
"One of them is singing the melody, the other is up above, then they switch".
Their voices are not in the same place, while singing about searching for each other. Makes a lot of sense actually.
I was listening in 2008: - Armin van Buuren feat. Sharon Den Adel - In and Out of Love - :)
OMG: 242 million viewed on youtube!
Great reaction! ❤ You can also watch at a video of Sharon den Adel the song: "Just what I need tonight" Such a great performance!
My favorite within temptation song is “Angels”
particularly in the same concert.
Que hermosa eres 🌹 🌹 🌹 🌹 Saludos desde México 🇲🇽 ✌️ 😘 😘
Just found your channel and will recommend it to others. I also love your lipstick color. It's perfection. Name?
For Within Temptation, my recommendation would be "Angels" or, if you would like another duet, "Paradise (what about us?)" with Tarja (ex-Nightwish).
Nobody ever suggests it from WT, but my favorite song by them is Stand My Ground. Its not their normal sound but its an amazing song.
Also, the fact that Sharon has no training and is totally self taught is just mind-blowing.
You forgot Vive Per Lei with Emma Heesters and Henk Poort
For Anneke. Do Ih ah by Devin Townsend live at the Retinal Circus. Devin and Anneke duets are always great.
performing with "an orchestra", the multi Grammy winning Metropole Orchestra!!
